网络语境下的大学生榜样教育研

互联网的广泛应用使大学生榜样教育在形式上和内容上都得到了丰富和深化，但仍然存在网络推广方式还不能适应大学生成长要求、传统榜样的影响正在弱化等问题。运用问卷调查法，分析了当前网络语境下大学生榜样教育的现状以及存在的问题，剖析了榜样教育弱化的原因，进而提出了适合网络语境下的大学生榜样教育路径。     

Who needs Cantonese,who speaks? Whispers across mountains,delta, and waterfronts

This essay digs into the ‘dirtiness’ of cultural studies to prioritize praxis, or as the way my mountain folks collect summer lotus: putting our feet in the muddy water, and finding ways to get the stems underneath the smooth leaves. Using Cantoneseness as a case to locate such ‘dirtiness’, I draw on personal/familial histories as well as research projects to tell how conjunctures of Cantoneseness are politically and unevenly lived. This complex journey travels roughly from my childhood in the Yuebei mountains of northern Guangdong through my teenage and early adult years in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) to my current location as a temporary resident in the East Pacific port of Vancouver. I selectively emphasize and speak on three different locations: first, the rural inland Cantonese location of Yuebei mountains – the borderland and hinterland experiences of my family and myself living what the mountains would offer and how these have changed; second, the industrial superior Cantonese location of PRD in Shenzhen and Guangzhou – my personal experiences and identities as a migrant youth, combined with a case study including interviews with migrant peasant-workers and their children; and third, the western transnational Cantonese location of East Pacific waterfronts in Vancouver and Richmond – my personal engagement with social activism as an ethnicized, international student, combined with a narrative study including interviews with social activists with different Cantoneseness and migration routes. While this mix of whispers speaks in its own way towards using cultural studies with more seriously (global) space-sensitive and (social justice) praxis-sensitive approaches, the primary focus is more modestly on my autobiographical accounts and research efforts as a specific case: to show some strategic locations of ‘Cantonescape’ on the one hand, and to invite wider conversations around cultural-spatial politics on the other.     

我国白酒企业经济研究(1991—2015年)的可视化分析

以CSSCI数据库中1990-2015年112篇白酒企业经济文献为研究数据,利用Cite Space科学计量工具绘制了白酒企业经济研究学者、研究机构和研究主题的知识图谱,用数据可视化的方法还原了近15年来中国白酒企业经济研究的发展历程。研究结果表明:已经有很多知名学者对白酒企业经济展开了深入研究,他们大多来自于白酒企业内部以及高校,但核心作者的发文量相对较少,尚未形成一个完整的知识体系;主要的白酒研究机构与白酒企业分布地区相吻合,说明白酒的科学研究与地方经济有着较为密切的关系,地方智库对地方经济的发展有着重要的推动作用,但各个研究机构各自为政,尚未形成一些有影响力的学术共同体;白酒的研究主题与国家政策节奏相吻合,研究热点也随着白酒市场地不断成熟而发生变迁,从起初对酒厂内部组织改革、生产流程改进等问题,慢慢向对白酒企业外部市场、企业品牌建设、营销模式创新、商业生态系统构建等问题进行转变。本文建议今后学者在对白酒企业经济进行研究时,可以借鉴市场营销、消费者行为等学科中的研究范式,尤其加强对倡导白酒健康消费、以消费者为中心、白酒企业社会责任等方面进行更为深入地研究。     

农村新“空巢”家庭社会工作介入研究——以山东省泰安市水泉村为例

本文主要探讨在农村空巢趋势背景下,社会工作在养老中所能起到的作用.通过山东省泰安市某村一位老人个案服务的案例,研究在社工介入过程中,案主的需求、社会工作者能提供的帮助、服务的策略、服务方案的设计以及理论分析,并对实施过程中资源的链接、介入的技巧和本土化过程中各方面角色的配合提出了相关的建议.     

城市空间关系问题研究——以黄冈与武汉城市圈内周边城市空间关系为例

城市化的快速发展使得城市空间关系不断变化，如何准确界定城市空间关系对城市战略选择至关重要。本文在总结前人对城市空间关系研究的基础上，将城市空间关系分为依附型、竞争型、共生型、异质型四种。进而在此基础上以黄冈为案例，研究黄冈与武汉城市圈内周边城市的关系，并提出黄冈的定位和发展战略。     

利用数学软件复原碎纸片的方法

研究了碎纸片的拼接复原问题,建立了合理有效的碎纸片拼接复原的数学模型；给出了数学软件实现自动拼接的具体算法；结合人工拼接得出复原图片；最后,对所给的拼接方法提出了改进方向.     

胡塞尔“构造”概念的三种图式

“构造”概念是胡塞尔现象学的核心概念，它被用来刻画意义如何向我们显现。索科拉夫斯基认为，胡塞尔分别在静态现象学和发生现象学阶段采取了“静态构造”的形式-质料图式和“发生构造”的一元论图式。笔者将指出，随着后期胡塞尔现象学的推进，构造的含义将更加复杂，它同时指示了自我在世界视域之中的横向结构，以及绝对时间意识支持着世界经验、并与其相互交织的纵向结构。笔者也将在此基础上，提出第三种构造图式。     

Control or Autonomy? A Case Study of two Organizational Forms in the Zhangjiakou Internal Migrant Organization

Control often weakens autonomy in organizational theories. While many scholars focus on the paradox of control and autonomy, few pay attention to how an organization obtains both control and autonomy. By exploring Zhangjiakou Internal Immigrant Organization, this study finds two mechanisms can contribute to the balanced combination of control and autonomy. First, managers play ambidextrous official-merchant roles, which means superiors take both bureaucratic and autonomous management styles. Second, members have dual organizational goals for both political status and network support. In conclusion, the successful combination is shaped by the subjective interaction between the government, superior managers and subordinate members.     

信息碎片化时代新媒体在高校主流价值维护中的运用——以民族高校官方微信为例

信息碎片化的时代，新媒体成为形塑学生世界观的重要工具。民族高校经以学校官方微信为龙头的新媒体宣传矩阵，从新媒体工作意识、运行机制、品牌竞争角度形成了成熟的工作机制，通过面向主体诉求的选题、高效的传播形式设计、交互传播方式选择，获得了新的话语优势。民族高校将新媒体建设导向思政工作，使新媒体的传播力变成一种教育力。新媒体通过提供一个合适的议题，让学生在参与议题的过程中去认识问题，由议程设置引导主流价值观形成。民族高校的新媒体依靠塑造共同体意识，对群体成员的价值观和行为形成约束力，使得主流价值得以巩固，学生的媒介素养得以提升，学生在面向复杂环境时，具备了更强的鉴别能力，在维护主流价值观时更加坚定。     

无人机军事化利用的国际法规制

无人机从20世纪初初具雏形到今天运用于许多领域,其军事化发展进程总体上看从未停止。国际法上虽然承认军事化无人机存在的合法性,但当它被用于诉诸战争权的行使时却依然存在争议,并且自主无人机需要国际人道法考量。军事化无人机必须在国际法框架下行使。在用于诉诸战争权时,应该谨慎解释"国家同意""国家同意的限制""必要性""相称性"等概念,并且严格区分普通无人机与自主无人机对国际人道主义法的挑战,让军事化无人机可以更加规范地被利用。
