生态资本主义的哲学批判

环境问题已经是资本主义各种矛盾的集中体现,在日益严峻的环境和生态问题的压力下,资本主义试图调和人与自然环境的关系,构建一种生态化的资本主义,即生态资本主义。但它面临许多无法解决的困境和问题。如何全面准确地认识和评价生态资本主义,对于我国建设可持续发展的社会具有重要的启示意义。     

道德哲学视野下的美国金融危机

经济与道德不可割裂、相互依存。基于这一点,美国金融危机的发生则必然存在着道德哲学层面的原因,具体表现为：货币拜物教伦理观的盛行、利他主义人性的缺失、缺乏社会责任的人为制度设计以及社会公正的丧失等。     

资本利润率趋向下降规律的启示

劳动社会生产力的发展致使在资本主义商品经济中有资本利润率趋向下降的规律，文中基于相同的原因又得出了在商品经济社会中也存在着工人生活必需品扩大的规律，并通过对于主要资本主义国家经济史的考察，验证了这一规律的正确性。最后，本文运用OLS法对我国国民收入结构进行线性回归分析发现：增加低收入者、工人阶层的工资收入，自觉运用工人生活必需品扩大规律，是当前破解宏观经济问题的关键。     

农民工返乡的理性分析与现实思考

金融危机、经济结构调整和惠农政策的影响是导致2008年下半年以来农民工大量返乡的主要因素。农民工的返乡引发了其收入的减少、子女的上学困难，返乡后的农民工难以适应农村的生存和生活，农民工返乡后给基层政府的治理带来困境。农民工返乡背后所反映的是农民工技能的缺失、农民工创业政策的不完善、土地流转还存在政策上的缺陷、农民工的社会保障制度还有待深化等问题。建议加大农民工培训力度；完善社保制度，使更多的农民工享受到社会保障的权益；降低农民工返乡创业的门槛；采取一些措施消除返乡农民工可能带来的一些治安方面的隐患；规范土地流转制度。     

“It's the Beast Thing”

This article examines the representations of men and masculinities in contemporary crime narratives featuring a female protagonist. These “chick dick” stories (which adapt elements from the hardboiled detective novel, film noir, chick lit, and chick flicks) repeatedly engage with the gendered power dynamics made visible and problematic through the intersection of “chick” and crime genres, most particularly the sexualization of violence. In these narratives, popular masculinities operate as deployable concepts to dramatize contemporary gender relations. By tapping into the popular sentiment of a “crisis in masculinity,” chick dick texts also mobilize a rhetoric of unrepresentable male victimization and individual male pathologies. This strategy highlights the spaces and places in which masculinities are made vulnerable at the same time as it offers simplistic and individualized explanations for the systemic sexualized violence that dominate these narratives.     

从四川地震看政府的危机管理

目前中国已进入危机事件高发期，为有效防范危机，降低危机造成的灾难和损失，必须提高政府的危机管理能力。以四川地震为例，指出中国政府在危机管理中存在的主要问题，并提出提高政府危机管理能力的对策。     

Strong laws of large numbers for dependent heterogeneous processes: a synthesis of recent and new results

This paper surveys recent developments in the strong law of large numbers for dependent heterogeneous processes. We prove a generalised version of a recent strong law for Lz-mixingales, and also a new strong law for Lpmixingales. These results greatly relax the dependence and heterogeneity conditions relative to those currently cited, and introduce explicit trade-offs between dependence and heterogeneity. The results are applied to proving strong laws for near-epoch dependent functions of mixing processes. We contrast several methods for obtaining these results, including mapping directly to the mixingale properties, and applying a truncation argument.     

美苏对德政策与第一次柏林危机的缘起

第一次柏林危机是美苏冷战的产物,也是冷战起源问题研究中的重要课题。尽管苏联封锁柏林的行动直接挑起了危机对抗,但从战后国际格局转换的整体视角看,危机的缘起与战后初期美苏关系的变化和两国对德政策的演进之间存在着密切的逻辑关联。可以说,这次危机是战后初期美苏两国从盟友向对手转变过程中,围绕着如何处置德国问题而产生矛盾冲突的必然结果。     

Framing the Sino–US–Thai relations in the post-global economic crisis

Based on the frame analysis, this study conducted a content analysis of Thailand's two English-language newspapers, Bangkok Post and the Nation, to examine the relationships among the world's two largest economies, the United States of America and the People's Republic of China, and the emerging economy of Thailand in the wake of the subprime housing loan crisis. The study has established five generic news frames: economic consequence, human interest, morality, conflict and cooperation. It was found that such cultural values as individualism – collectivism, materialism – spiritualism and conflict – harmony have influenced the frame-building process. As a consequence of the subprime crisis, the US was portrayed as the old power waning in hegemony while China an emerging power with a fast growing economy. The Thai press played up a sound Sino–US relationship based on cooperation rather than conflict which would shape the 21st century. Thailand, where the Asian financial crisis broke out in 1997, offered morality or ethics as a remedy frame for the global economic crisis.
