紧贴行业的应用型人才培养模式之研究

广东白云学院在推进汽车检测与维修技术专业教学改革过程中,紧紧围绕汽车服务业的现状和特点,以行业人才需求为依据,确定专业培养目标和人才规格,以行业的岗位能力要求为出发点,构建高效、实用的培养方案,以服务于行业为目标,建立有行业参与的教学机制,在人才培养质量上取得了优异的成绩。     

Creating Stepfamilies: Integrating Children Into the Study of Union Formation

As a result of the growth in out‐of‐wedlock childbearing and union instability, adults contemplating forming a new union are often already parents. This article examines the role of children in stepfamily formation, both coresident and not, using the 2,594 respondents in the National Survey of Families and Households who were not living with a partner in 1987/1988. We consider children of the respondent and of the partner, which allows us to examine the determinants of entering a stepfamily. We found that being a coresident father dramatically increases forming a union with a woman with children. Women’s coresidential children reduce women’s odds of forming unions with men who do not have children and increase them for unions with men who do.     

Threshold decisions: how social workers prioritize referrals of child concern

This paper examines local authority social workers' decision‐making when considering referrals of children, where the concerns are on the margin of child protection procedures. In doing so, it describes the findings of a qualitative research study undertaken in the policy context of attempts to ‘refocus’ social work practice in the late 1990s and early twenty‐first century. Data collection involved interviews with social workers and parents in 23 cases. Conclusions are that referrals were evaluated on the basis of five key factors, specificity, severity, risk, parental accountability and corroboration, the use of which determined whether an initial assessment or an investigation of alleged abuse took place. The analysis builds on previous work in the child protection field, but demonstrates how the application of these factors differs between cases of child concern and cases of child protection. Policy implications concern the complexity of decision‐making in the uncertain context of limited referral information and it is proposed that the simplistic notion of a continuum of abuse is now outdated. 攻击性行为是儿童身上一种经常发生的不良行为,本文从儿童攻击性行为的特点出发,探讨国内外关于攻击性行为发生的理论假设,并对攻击性行为与家庭、学校、同伴群体之间的关系进行了简要论述,在此基础上提出了儿童攻击性行为的矫正方法和措施.     

基于IPv6的防火墙系统分析

IPv6是下一代的IP协议,它的提出解决了现有协议的一些安全问题,它在防火墙中的应用提高了系统的安全性,本文以常见的三类防火墙为例,对基于IPv6的防火墙系统做一些详细的分析,并与基于IPv6的防火墙系统相比较,指出基于IPv6的防火墙系统可以实现对IP数据报的认证和保密,它比基于IPv4防火墙系统具有更高的安全性.

试论日本近代儿童文学观的形成与发展——日本明治期儿童文学的历史轨迹

日本近代儿童文学的历史,一般被认为是起步于进入明治维新时代之后。本文从时代发展的宏观角度,着重探讨了日本近代社会的儿童文学观的形成与发展,并基于此考察了日本早期儿童文学读物的特征与嬗变、创作型童话的诞生及其历史意义,揭示出明治时期萌芽的新的儿童文学的时代特征和发展的概貌,以及在世界儿童文学史上的历史地位。     

正烯烃沸点与其分子结构之间定量关系的研究

本文根据分子结构的特点，借助图论探讨了正烯烃的沸点与分子结构的关系，提出了一个具有一定结构基础的定量关系。对４０种正烯烃的计算结果表明，沸点计算值都接近实验值，平均误差仅０．０５４％。
