特殊环境中的语言现象研究——北京人的言说兴趣及其成因探索

“爱说”“爱侃”已成为北京人显著的身份特征和文化性格的组成部分；其言说表现出浓厚的政治趣味和幽默特性，这虽然在表面看来只是一种语言现象，但它所以出现在北京人身上，却蕴含了丰富的成因，而不可仅仅视作一种语言学现象，其形成有着经济、政治、文化等诸多原因。     

Generalized empirical likelihood inference in partial linear regression model for longitudinal data

In this paper, empirical likelihood inference for longitudinal data within the framework of partial linear regression models are investigated. The proposed procedures take into consideration the correlation within groups without involving direct estimation of nuisance parameters in the correlation matrix. The empirical likelihood method is used to estimate the regression coefficients and the baseline function, and to construct confidence intervals. A nonparametric version of Wilk's theorem for the limiting distribution of the empirical likelihood ratio is derived. Compared with methods based on normal approximations, the empirical likelihood does not require consistent estimators for the asymptotic variance and bias. The finite sample behaviour of the proposed method is evaluated with simulation and illustrated with an AIDS clinical trial data set.

针对2004年以来河北省红色旅游的发展历程，河北省红色旅游产品开发中主要存在缺乏市场调查、产品开发层次比较肤浅、红色旅游品牌产品比较缺乏等问题，结合红色旅游发展的目标和实际需求，提出河北省红色旅游产品发展应该注重规划的与时俱进、市场调研的充分性、深度开发以提高产品的吸引力及打造红色旅游品牌产品等适合于河北省红色旅游产品开发的对策。     

近代直隶天主教传教士对自然灾害的赈济

近代以来,直隶地区灾荒频仍.面对自然灾害,传教士采取多种方式救助灾民,取得了一定成效.传教士在本着博爱、慈善愿望开展赈济事业的同时,也带有改变教会殖民形象和吸引灾民入教的实用功利动机.正因为一些传教士过分注重赈济事业的传教目的,采取了一些急功近利的传教政策,故而弱化了教会赈济事业的慈善色彩.     

日本明治后期《支那语学》月刊传播北京官话的历史意义

《支那语学》创刊于1907年6月,是当时世界范围内推广北京官话、传播中国文化最为重要的学术月刊之一。该杂志栏目设置很有创意:从教学角度安排北京官话语言基本知识学习内容;从培养语言学习能力角度安排汉日译解、翻译、写作、阅读基本能力训练内容;强调中国文化导入,加深读者对北京官话的整体性理解;以月刊为手段,迅捷传播中国信息,引发读者兴趣;内容选择强调趣味性、生动性、口语性、通俗性、学术性;版式设计新颖灵活,不拘一格,在对日北京官话教育史、汉语史、清末中日两国关系、文化交流等方面具有较高研究价值。《支那语学》应用现代传媒手段,拓展了北京官话的教学空间,标志着实体学校之外期刊杂志取得了传播北京官话的话语权;学校教学和杂志教学有机结合,直接把北京官话教学延伸到了社会,开放性强;实现了日本"国家语言政策"的目标;对后来北京官话教学期刊发展影响至深,对今天中国"国别"对外汉语教学机构和期刊结合教学、国家推广汉语战略政策的制订都具有较强的启发意义。     

Testing Treatment-Covariate Interaction in a Nonparametric Analysis of Covariance Model

We consider a recently introduced nonparametric model for Analysis of Covariance and derive an asymptotic test for interaction between covariate and treatment. Furthermore, we suggest data depth techniques to obtain joint confidence regions for the covariate effects in this model.

The finite sample behavior of the asymptotic method is evaluated in simulations. Application of the procedures is illustrated using an epileptic seizures and chemotherapy data set.     

Conflicts in urban fringe in the transformation era: An examination of performance of the metropolitan growth management in Beijing

The performances of urban growth management are often criticized because their original objectives are frequently inconsistent with local development facts. Underlying the many reasons for this are the political and institutional contexts that influence policy-making and development activities. The urban fringe, a zone is managed to against urban sprawl in many countries, represents the conflicts between urban management system and local development resulting from political transformation. This study examines the case of decentralised-concentration strategy, one of the most important metropolitan growth management in Beijing since the 1990s, and sheds some lights on the performance of the growth management in the transformation context. The results suggest that the aims of municipal growth management to concentrate developments in urban fringe have partly been achieved through actual local developments; however, some unexpected and illegal local developments outside the planned areas are counterproductive from the perspective of municipal growth management. The performance of the present growth management is being challenged by new trends towards political decentralisation and locally fiscal responsibilities. In the interest of future policymaking, the dominant central planning system in Beijing should take these decentralisation trends into growth management account, compared with the great progress in decentralisation in economy system. The urban policy needs to shift from the dictatorial manner and put more efforts into creating a harmonious relationship between municipal growth management and actual local demands on development.     

河北省金融资源充分利用的路径选择

在开放的市场条件下,金融作为现代经济的核心,其资源的优化配置对区域经济发展有着及其重要的作用,本文根据河北省金融资源配置现状,分析了河北省金融资源利用中存在的问题,指出要充分利用河北省金融资源,必须从调整经济产业结构、改善金融生态环境、抑制金融资源外流和提高金融业自身水平做起。只有这样才能提高河北金融的竞争能力,促进河北经济的整体发展。
