教会教育家那夏理与真光书院

美国长老会传教士那夏理女士于1872年在广州创办的真光书院,是广东乃至华南地区第一所女子教会学校。其在真光书院里引入了当时西方先进的教育理念、教学方法以及教育内容,为广东培养了一批受过近代新式教育的女性,广东第一批女医生、女教师和女护士即出自该校。尤其是真光的毕业生中做教师的较多,遍布广东的城乡,推动了女子教育的发展。

中国古代的经济干预主义思想——《管子》“轻重论”

“轻重论”主张封建国家通过研究和利用商品货币流通规律，进入商品流通领域及部分商品生产领域，直接参与市场活动，以经济手段为主，经济和行政手段兼用，对国民经济实行全面干预与控制。国家实行货币谷物政策和官有官营政策，商品流通领域由国营工商业垄断，从而有效抑制富商大贾，打击分裂势力，增加财政收入，加强君主专制中央经济集权，巩固对广大人民的统治，达到“以轻重御天下”的目的。     

光学全散射微粒测量方法的改进和发展

本文对全散射式光学微粒测量方法作了重大的改进和发展,提出了多对双波长光束法,使测量的可靠性和精度明显提高,粒径的可测范围增大,测量方法和测量装置也简单可靠。文章给出了多对双波长无束法的工作原理及测量装置,最后给出了对聚苯乙烯标准颗粒所做的测量。结果表明,其测量精度已达国际先进水平。     

测试光谱强度推算光栅透过率函数

本文采用测光谱强度推算透过率的方法,对光栅光强透过率分布规律进行了研究。文章列举了几种振幅光栅的母板、复制品、正弦光栅及其复制品的测量数据和推算结果,并引出若干值得进一步探讨的问题。     

“Prince Charming Syndrome?” Gender gap in preferences for defined contribution pensions in Japan

Using survey data collected by the Japan Institute of Life Insurance in 2002, this study finds that a significant gender gap existed in defined contribution (DC) pension knowledge among workers employed at small- to medium-sized private firms in Japan. Even with similar DC knowledge, however, men and women reveal different preferences for DC pensions, indicating that their perceptional responses may widely differ from actual behaviors. Apart from the knowledge gap, the result shows evidence of the Prince Charming Syndrome among female employees as a significant source of the gender gap in DC participation rates. Among corporate pension-covered employees, the gender difference in the efficacy of DC portability is a more significant gap-generating factor. DC tax advantage is particularly favored by pension-covered female employees over male counterparts, reducing the DC preference gap. No similar evidence is found for employees with no corporate pension coverage.     

Generation and complicity in Zoë Wicomb's Playing in the Light

Zoë Wicomb's novel Playing in the Light (2006 Wicomb, Z. 2006. Playing in the light, New York: New Press.  [Google Scholar]) continues to address a central concern in Wicomb's earlier fiction, that of conflict between generations where the racist complicity of an older generation is addressed from the point of view of their children. Generation is, in Wicomb's work, not simply a concern for individual families but deeply connected to and reflective of the political legacy of coloured identities. ‘Playing white’ gains its particular meaning within the question of complicity – the association of whiteness with superiority, and the very real privilege granted to persons classified as white under the Population Registration Act. In the aesthetic theory of the German philosopher Hans‐Georg Gadamer the concept of ‘play’ is used to address the function of the work of art. The opposition between play and seriousness is, according to Gadamer, a result of a one‐sided focus on the player rather than the play itself as subject. The metaphorical use of play in the expression ‘play‐whites’ also suggests that the game itself is what has primacy, not the players. By addressing the issue of ‘playing white’ through a depiction of conflicts between generations, Wicomb's novel approaches history in a manner that evokes Gadamer's concept of gleichzeitigkeit (contemporaneity) whereby history becomes present in its enactment through the work of art.     

INVESTIGATION ON A FLOWRATE MEASURING SYSTEM USING LIGHT FIBRE FLUOROMETERS

In this paper a flowrate measurement method in pipe directly using light fibres with some fluorescent tracer is proposed. This method will work better than traditional tracers measurement such as using radioactive or salt tracers. It is shown that the flowrate signals are sensitive and intensive also if the injected tracer volume is very small and if the tracer concentration is very lew (<10ppm) ico. It is also show that the calibration factor K is constant within a certain flowrate range. An estimation of uncertainty of flowrate measurement is given, which shows that the measuring accuracy can be within ±2%.     

《八月之光》:宗教多重性与民族身份认同

《八月之光》是福克纳小说中最具挑战性的一部力作。小说主要以人物的记忆为核心来呈现个体身份认同和寻求社会归属等重大人生问题,并在种族主义、暴力和性等多视角上揭示出了作家的宗教多重性思想。从美国文学传统的角度来看,小说在美利坚国家民族身份认同的宏大叙述主题上也占据重要地位。     

特殊非婚生子女非常法律救济之法理探讨

鉴于特殊非婚生子女的生父母双方或生父一方为限制民事行为能力人,生父因犯强奸罪而被依法惩处,双方对其子女抚养能力极其有限,其切身利益能不到保障。为贯彻以人为本人文主义精神建设和谐社会和弱者倾斜保护原则,保护特殊非婚生子女合法权益,围绕具体问题具体分析有选择适用轻刑这一非常法律救济之可能性和必要性进行探讨是很有意义的,从而使立法者、司法者能够有效地谋求法律价值最大化,在协调各种价值之间的冲突的基础上提出新的解决对策。
