新世纪高校学生干部培养

随着近年来高校招生规模的不断扩大,学生数量急剧增加,一直备受关注的学生管理工作又成为各学校瞩目的焦点,而这一焦点的着力点自然就落到了高校学生干部的培养工作上来。高校学生干部是联系学校、老师和普通学生的桥梁,是学生管理工作中的重要力量,优秀的学生干部能更好的服务于广大学生,因此学生干部的培养尤为重要。目前面对新形势高校学生干部队伍还存在一系列问题与不足,针对这些问题,高校应该加强对学生干部的教育培训、实践锻炼和学习交流,不断健全学生干部培养机制,努力培养一批高素质、高水平、高层次、高能力的高校学生干部队伍。以高校学生干部的培养为立足点,分析新形势下面对学生数量的急剧增加高校培养优秀学生干部的应对策略。     

Conceptualizing anxiety among social work students: implications for social work education

Student anxiety is frequently discussed within social work education. Due to its potentially devastating impacts, social work educators need to have a full understanding of anxiety in this context, in order to determine the best way to support students. Research on student anxiety from a broad body of literature provides implications for social work classrooms and field education. Key underlying concepts from previous social work and related research on student anxiety inform a conceptual model to help educators develop a more complex understanding of student anxiety. Implications for further research and important next steps in the development of support strategies for social work students are identified.     

Practice supervisors’ perceptions of social work students and their placements – an exploratory study in the Norwegian context

Practice placement has been a basic component in Social Work Programmes for many decades in Norway as elsewhere, and supervision of students has been a valued role for social workers. Here, we have carried out a pilot study of nine supervisors from various practice settings, dealing with their experience with and views about supervision of students. The aim was to get more knowledge of student supervision today and the meaning of student supervision in different practice settings. We found that the content of supervision depended on the agency context. Supervision embodies core agency values. There was a lack of common ground between supervisors and the school of social work, and between supervisors and the students.

当代中国民族主义社会思潮在对大学生爱国主义教育工作起着促进作用的同时,也对大学生爱国主义教育工作产生了消极的影响,大学生爱国主义教育应通过其教育主体的自我提升、教育内容的完善、爱国主义教育的拓展等方式积极应对挑战。     

浅谈当代大学生的道德问题

当代大学生中有相当一部分人的确存在道德问题,但我们并不能因此否定整个大学生群体的思想道德状况;与身处社会转型期的其他人一样,当代大学生的确存在着一些道德上的问题,但他们渴望得到社会各界的关爱和帮助,使之成为"爱国守法、明礼诚信、团结友善、敬业奉献"的新一代大学生。     

基于可能自我概念的高职生心理健康教育

可能自我概念属于心理学范畴，本文通过分析当前环境下高职生的心理特点，结合可能自我横向和纵向两个方面的内容及其形成原因，介绍了在实际学生工作中如何利用这一概念做好思想教育工作，改善高职生自我认知，从根本上对这一群体给予心灵和行为上的关怀。     

高校学生党员答辩机制的创新研究

在高校学生党员培养全过程中建立并完善答辩制度,对于进一步提高学生党员综合素质、加强基层党组织建设、增强高校学生党员发展工作的科学性和和公信度均具有重要意义。完善层次分明、以人为本、与时俱进的答辩内容,是提高学生党员教育、培养、考察和监督实效的关键。应从完善答辩程序、建立分层培养、突出过程评价、加大监督力度这四个方面对高校学生党员答辩机制加以创新研究,不断推进高校学生党建工作。     

Meningococcal serogroup B outbreak response University of Wisconsin-Madison

A meningococcal serogroup B (MenB) outbreak at a large public university prompted an emergency response to immunize undergraduates. Objective: To report on a successful meningococcal serogroup B (MenB) vaccine clinic response at a large public university. Methods: We assembled the team leaders to write this case report. Results: Activation of the emergency plan and points of dispensing required cooperation of many units on campus under the leadership of university health officials with support from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, state division of public health and the city-county health department. Significant efforts to provide consistent messages to students and parents regarding the outbreak and the availability of the MenB vaccines were made. Volunteers were recruited to staff the clinics alongside university healthcare providers. Over 22,000 doses of vaccine were administered. Conclusion: We report our experience and lessons learned which may be helpful to universities in preventing and responding to disease outbreaks.
