新疆维汉关系社会学研究的新范式评析——评戈登研究范式的局限性

20世纪90年代以来，社会学领域的民族关系研究开辟了新的视角，渐渐形成较为统一的范式．即以美国学者戈登所提出的变量和命题为框架来展现国内的民族关系。但其自身具有的局限性也决定了将它用于描述我国新疆维汉关系现状时的片面性。     

品牌竞争力的DNA模型解析

通过建立品牌竞争力的DNA模型对品牌竞争力进行了探索。DNA模型以品牌显性竞争能力和隐性竞争能力为双链，形成双螺旋结构，并以品牌市场能力、品牌领导能力、品牌创新能力和品牌文化能力为碱基，形成具有生物活性的DNA结构，从而打造出具有独特性和可遗传性的竞争优势。最后，用DNA模型对海尔的品牌竞争能力进行分析，清晰地呈现了海尔品牌的强势基因，为企业提升品牌竞争力提供了一种分析方法。     

Small area estimation: the EBLUP estimator based on spatially correlated random area effects

This paper deals with small area indirect estimators under area level random effect models when only area level data are available and the random effects are correlated. The performance of the Spatial Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Predictor (SEBLUP) is explored with a Monte Carlo simulation study on lattice data and it is applied to the results of the sample survey on Life Conditions in Tuscany (Italy). The mean squared error (MSE) problem is discussed illustrating the MSE estimator in comparison with the MSE of the empirical sampling distribution of SEBLUP estimator. A clear tendency in our empirical findings is that the introduction of spatially correlated random area effects reduce both the variance and the bias of the EBLUP estimator. Despite some residual bias, the coverage rate of our confidence intervals comes close to a nominal 95%.

结合虚拟企业的特征,提出了虚拟企业的组织学习模式,基于该模式建立了组织学习能力的提升模式。同时,运用结构分析法的建模思路与原则对组织学习过程中的学习智障进行分析,以减少乃至消除这些智障,以保持组织的持续、快速学习能力。

组织内派系形成的网络动态分析

本文以行动者的模拟模型考察公司中的雇员形成派系的过程。基于互惠原则与资源交换理论，模型展示了互助行为使人与人之间产生连带，逐渐形成在内部相互支持的群体，这种群体进一步排除他人的参与，并最终在组织中形成了派系。在考察影响派系形成的因素时，本文选取了与工作环境相关的两个变量以及表达组织气氛的一个变量。曲线图展示了本文的实验结果：接近或超过个人极限资源量的工作量和越不平均的工作量分配状况越有可能提高派系形成的速度和数量，并可能导致派系的不断分裂；而太小的工作量与过于均等的工作分配可使个体交往倾向减弱而处于相对孤立状态。

翻译作为人类最复杂的认知活动之一,一直没有得到人们应有的重视,现有的多数研究总以翻译的结果--译作为对象,对翻译过程的研究相对不足.Bell的翻译过程模式以系统功能语言学为基本理论框架,从语言理解的角度,对翻译的心理过程进行了描述,虽然有种种缺陷,但基本上反映了翻译的本质,是具有科学性和一定操作性的一个模式.翻译研究应该重视对翻译过程的研究.     

Optimal experimental design criterion for discriminating semiparametric models

This paper studies the optimal experimental design problem to discriminate two regression models. Recently, López-Fidalgo et al. [2007. An optimal experimental design criterion for discriminating between non-normal models. J. Roy. Statist. Soc. B 69, 231–242] extended the conventional T-optimality criterion by Atkinson and Fedorov [1975a. The designs of experiments for discriminating between two rival models. Biometrika 62, 57–70; 1975b. Optimal design: experiments for discriminating between several models. Biometrika 62, 289–303] to deal with non-normal parametric regression models, and proposed a new optimal experimental design criterion based on the Kullback–Leibler information divergence. In this paper, we extend their parametric optimality criterion to a semiparametric setup, where we only need to specify some moment conditions for the null or alternative regression model. Our criteria, called the semiparametric Kullback–Leibler optimality criteria, can be implemented by applying a convex duality result of partially finite convex programming. The proposed method is illustrated by a simple numerical example.
