赖草PMC细胞融合现象的研究

本文报道了赖草（Ｌｅｙｍｕｓｓｃａｌｉｎｅ）花粉母细胞（ＰＭＣ）的细胞融合现象，结果表明，细胞融合主要发生在间期，终变期。间期发生细胞融合主要是细胞质转移，因此不会产生明显的遗传学效应。终变期细胞融合主要是染色体的迁移，其细胞遗传学效应主要是造成供体和受体细胞的染色体数目变化，从而产生了非整倍体配子。文章还对细胞融合产生的原因进行了讨论。     

The Imagination and Social Life

Sociology gives almost no consideration to the imagination. Yet, as this study seeks to demonstrate, the imagination plays an important role in social life. This article examines the question of how the imagination enters into ongoing interpersonal relations, taking as a case study cross-national couples and their discussions about where to live. Findings from semi-structured interviews with thirty-seven individuals in cross-national relationships suggest that the imagination enters into the lives of couples in four ways: imaginings suggest to partners where they would like to live; partners use the imagination as a tool to access and advance a preference, either together or individually; partners frame the desires of the other as fantasy as a way of countering these desires; and lastly, spouses tolerate an undesirable situation by engaging in escapist fantasies. Finally, this study suggests that the imagination permeates our decision-making, routinely enters our thoughts, is a domain in which individuals immerse themselves regularly, and, in the form of collective imaginings, can inspire social change.     

新型公司制企业产权制度的创新

文章从财产权属制度变迁的角度,分析了新型公司制企业改制后财产权属关系,包括股权、法人财产权的性质与特点,以及"股权--法人财产权"结构模式及其相互关系,从而论证了财产产权制度扬弃财产所有权制度的历史必然性,以及固守于大陆法系财产所有权制度观念的局限性.明确指出股权与法人财产权是两组在内涵与外延上完全不同的产权权利束,作为股权--法人财产权这种结构形式,既不是私有权,也不是公有权,而是社会共有权的财产形式,是资本的社会组织形式.     

Implementing a diversity policy through public incentives: Diversity Plans in companies of the Brussels-Capital Region

ABSTRACT

The development of diversity policies in the private sector is mostly a result of a voluntary engagement of companies. When interested, they decide about the ways and goals of such policies, implications for human resource management and the inclusion of staff with a migration background. This article explores a specific situation in which public authorities offered support and resources to companies in order to develop diversity policies. I present a first analysis of the implementation dynamics of the Brussels Diversity Plan, a policy instrument launched in 2007 by the Government of the city-region of Brussels. Building on the theoretical tools of the political sociology of public policies, I use qualitative material (interviews and administrative documents) to explore implementation processes in three private companies. I show that public authorities can play a decisive role in developing diversity policies in the private sector through incentives rather than constraint. Yet, the room for manoeuver offered to companies leads to important variations regarding how processes unfold and the results achieved.     

流动：农村家庭消费观念现代化的动力——基于中西部五省的实证研究

基于2005年初在中西部五省所展开的调查，本文主要探讨了农民大批进城工作的流动经历对农村家庭消费观念的影响。分析发现：这种经历有助于推动农村家庭消费观念的现代化。而且，不同的流动经历所产生的这种影响的大小又有一定的区别。此外，流动这一单一因素对农村家庭消费观念现代化转变的影响又是有限的，要完全实现这种转变还取决于其他多种因素。     

Is demography destiny? The role of structural and demographic factors in Australis past and future labour supply

Following the release of the Intergenerational Report, the Australian Treasury identified the levers to address the economic effects of demographic ageing as ‘the three Ps’: population, participation and productivity. To date, the first ‘P’, population, has been treated as an exogenous factor, with the common view being that there is very little that the government can do to supplant demographic ageing. Focusing upon labour supply, this paper shows how variation in Australia’s underlying demography can significantly alter Australia’s future labour supply. Although governments cannot redirect the cohort flow component of population ageing, much can be achieved in promoting growth of the labour supply by maintaining or increasing fertility (in the longer term), or increasing targeted migration (in the short to medium term). This paper also decomposes the relative role of cohort flow, changing demography and changing labour force participation on the growth of the labour supply over the past 20 years. Over this period, the entry of the baby boom generation (cohort flow) and increased labour force participation of women accounted for almost all of the growth in the labour force. Changing demography had very little effect. However, Australias future labour supply will not include a large increase in cohort flow (as caused by the baby boomers) or a very large increase in female labour force participation. Regardless of the assumptions used, labour supply growth will be considerably lower in the next and subsequent 20 years, when compared to the previous 20.     

基于logistic模型的外来人口婚姻迁移的影响因素分析——以珠三角某地区为例

婚姻迁移是人口迁移的一个方面,且增多趋势愈见明显。动机研究是人口迁移相对集中的关注问题。但是关于以迁入地为基点对婚姻迁移的影响因素分析相对较少。本文试图以某地区为例,研究其外来人口中婚姻迁移行为发生的影响因素,主要包括个人、户籍、经济、就业和城市适应五大因素,并引入logistic模型对测量变量进行统计分析。结果表明,个人因素对婚姻迁移的贡献最大,除了就业因素外,其他因素的贡献相似。尤其指出的是随着外来人口的城市适应程度提高,婚姻迁移的可能性将会增加。由此说明,外来人口城市生活的再社会化程度将为他们的社会融合奠定基础。     

镇泾地区地层异常压力与油气运聚关系

针对镇泾地区长₆~长₈层位油气运聚方向不明确致使该区油气勘探受阻的现状，采用异常压力研究的新思路来寻找油气勘探认识上的突破口。利用声波测井资料制作近50口井泥砂岩压实曲线、计算每口井的压力系数，结合镇泾油田的地质背景，研究镇泾地区地层的压实特征及异常压力与油气成藏条件和运移成藏过程之间的关系，并将各种因素的时空配置关系有效地结合起来研究镇泾地区的成藏问题。对进一步论证鄂尔多斯盆地西南部延长组的勘探潜力有重要意义。     

Security or insecurity? Representations of the UK border in public and policy discourses

This article analyses representations of the UK border (in relation to migration) in UK public and policy discourses. It uses methods from corpus linguistics and critical discourse analysis to compare the two discursive domains. A 26 million-word corpus of policy documentation and British newspaper articles published between 2007 and 2014 is examined using the analysis tool Sketch Engine and applying qualitative concordance analysis. The analysis reveals a key difference between the two domains: while the UK border is represented as a security concept in the policy corpus, the corpus of the public newspaper domain frequently and saliently represents the UK border as a concept dominated by insecurity. The article argues that the discursive label of European Union has played a role in contributing to this difference.     

20世纪90年代以来乡土移民小说的苦难叙事

乡土移民小说是指那些“专门关注漂流进城市的广大民工生活的新的文学样式”。乡土移民小说描写的是乡土大地一颗颗执拗朴实的心灵个体或主动或无奈地告别乡土走向城市的不同文化心理和价值观念的冲突、居无定所价值丢失造成的肉身和灵魂的孤独漂泊。这类小说的苦难意识非常突出，并且独具特色。它的出现一方面与社会公众期待视野有关，另一方面从这些移民叙事中看到了久违的现实主义精神，但遗憾的是，很多小说都停留在对农民生存苦难的自然主义的揭示，丧失了人性批判的创作立场，体现了当今消费社会的审美趣味。
