先进性建设是企业党建工作的根本.要增强党的先进性必须仅仅围绕发展经济这个中心任务来进行;必须实现好,维护好,发展好广大职工群众的根本利益;必须不断增强企业党组织的执政能力建设;必须在继承和创新中构建保持党的先进性的长效机制.     

On Christensen's conjecture

In this paper we give solution to a conjecture appearing in Christensen (1997, p. 360) in relation to the definitions of standardized residuals in loglinear models. A multivariate version of Gini's rank association coefficient

In this paper, we introduce a multivariate generalization of the population version of Gini's rank association coefficient, giving a response to this open question posed in [4]. We also study some properties of this version, present the corresponding results for the sample statistic, and provide several examples.     

Multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution as a limit of multivariate waiting time distributions

Multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution proposed by Minami [2003. A multivariate extension of inverse Gaussian distribution derived from inverse relationship. Commun. Statist. Theory Methods 32(12), 2285–2304] was derived through multivariate inverse relationship with multivariate Gaussian distributions and characterized as the distribution of the location at a certain stopping time of a multivariate Brownian motion. In this paper, we show that the multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution is also a limiting distribution of multivariate Lagrange distributions, which is a family of waiting time distributions, under certain conditions.     

合肥848名小学生心理健康状况的调查分析

为调查与分析合肥市小学生心理健康状况,本文采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对合肥市某小学1 096名7~11岁小学生进行测查。结果表明:(1)小学生心理健康问题总分检出率为3.65%,各分量表阳性总检出率为总人数的62.5%,其中学习焦虑因子检出率为43.3%,各项检出率依次排序为:学习焦虑、过敏倾向、自责倾向、身体症状、对人焦虑、冲动倾向、孤独倾向、恐怖倾向。(2)除恐怖倾向外,其他各因子分男生与女生没有显著性差异。(3)恐怖倾向和冲动倾向与年级的相关达到了非常显著性水平,其中恐怖倾向与年级呈现负相关。学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向与年级的相关达到显著性水平,其中孤独倾向与年级呈现负相关。研究得出:合肥市小学生整体心理健康水平较好,但学习焦虑明显,应制定有效的干预措施,加强小学生的心理健康教育。
