试论倾听技巧在少数民族预科汉语教学中的作甩

人的一切实践活动都离不开听,听力是人类直接获得信息最为重要的手段之一。少数民族预科汉语教学的目标是培养“听、说、读、写”的能力,而“倾听技巧”在实现这一目标的过程中所起的作用是显而易见的。因此,汉语教师在努力探讨自身在提高课堂教学效果的同时,也有必要探讨倾听技巧在教学中的作用,只有教师和学生互相认真倾听对方心声,课堂气氛才能活跃。文章拟对倾听技巧在少数民族汉语教学中的作用及师生双方在课堂上如何运用倾听技巧进行探究。     

对外汉语阅读课教学方法初探

对外汉语阅读课是分技能课中的一种,其教学方法有很多。我们认为,阅读课教师应该了解学生,拉近师生间的距离;课堂上应积极采取以学生为中心的课堂教学模式;教师应该善于根据学生已掌握的汉语知识,导入更多的文化因素;并且要求学生多练习,潜移默化地进行课内课外教学。     

信息技术教学中素质教育的培养

21世纪是信息时代,信息技术教育是现代科学技术的基础与核心,是信息社会的主要技术。作为工具,计算机在教学方法、考试方法及教学评估等方面促进教育技术的现代化;作为课程,计算机在各级各类学校设置成为必需。由于计算机教育贴近现实,有着其它课程无可比拟的可操作性、实用性、实效性,作为素质教育的一环,在素质教育中占据了重要地位。因此说信息技术课是培养学生面向未来,提高起科学文化素质的重要途径。     

Declining inter-industry wage dispersion in the US

Industrial effects have long been significant factors in wage inequality. Previous research indicates that wage differentials across industries were increasing through the mid 1980s. Using more recent data, however, we find that the level of inter-industry wage dispersion declined by 36% from 1986 to 2002 despite the continued trend towards increasing inequality in the labor force. This decline in inter-industry wage dispersion is evident across gender and educational groups. Using multilevel growth curve models, our multivariate results indicate that the decline is only weakly related to industrial changes in education, occupation or even productivity despite the fact that the latter variable had been a critical factor in the prior period. Indicators of globalization and downsizing also do not appear to explain this decline. For the more recent period, the most important factors associated with the narrowing of inter-industry wage dispersion are reduced unionization rates and the higher proportion of casual workers. We interpret these results as suggesting that firms may now be less economically obliged to pass on a portion of their rents to broad groups of workers and may instead be engaged in more idiosyncratic processes of negotiation with individual workers based on micro-level sources of bargaining power.

网络信息是一把双刃剑 ,高校德育直面网络信息时代就是要趋利避害 ,使其为我所用。因此 ,在对大学生进行爱国主义、理想信念教育的同时 ,应重视鼠标下的德性 ,注重网络信息的可持续发展 ,大力加强网上主旋律宣传 ,加强网络环境建设、网络伦理建设、网络信息队伍建设以及网络信息的舆论监督、网络信息前景的预测和对大学生影响的研究。     

互联网技能会带来农村居民的消费升级吗?——基于CSS2015数据的实证分析

互联网正逐步与“三农”领域相互融合,重塑着农村居民的消费行为观念。为此,本文结合CSS2015数据,系统探究互联网与农村居民消费升级的关系。研究发现:①互联网技能会显著提高平均消费倾向与文娱消费倾向,降低恩格尔系数,在运用倾向得分匹配法纠正选择性偏误,运用处理效应模型和两阶段最小二乘法控制潜在的内生性偏误后,研究结论仍然稳健,即互联网技能可以释放农村居民的消费潜力、优化农村居民的消费结构,推动农村消费升级;②随着分位点提高,互联网技能对农村居民平均消费倾向的影响呈现倒U 型态势,对恩格尔系数的影响呈现U 型态势,相比之下,互联网技能只对高分位点文娱消费倾向有显著正向促进作用;③互联网技能会增加中部、西部及东北地区农村居民消费需求,优化东部地区的消费结构。以上结论有助于认清互联网对农村居民消费行为的深层影响。     

Preparation for practice--developing and assessing DipSW students' pre-placement competence 1

Social work enters the twenty-first century in very different circumstances to those which have prevailed through the major period of its development. We are now in an era that has been characterised as that of 'post-welfarism'. Using recent theories that focus on the ideological and structural aspects of the social changes within which contemporary social work is developing, this article examines the impact and implications of such changes for social work education. Some conclusions are drawn for a critical approach to thinking about the content and process of professional education.     

“养儿防老”还是“以地养老”：传统家庭养老模式分析

家庭养老仍然是当前我国农村主要的养老方式.江汉平原J村的实地经验表明,家庭养老中“土地”的重要性大于“儿子”,大部分农村老人是“以地养老”而非“养儿防老”.土地对于老人的意义体现在三个层面:解决了老年人的生活问题、维护了老年人的家庭地位、为老人提供了一种休闲娱乐方式.当前政府主导的大规模的土地流转冲击了“以地养老”模式,加剧了家庭养老的危机,因此,应谨慎推行.
