体悟哲学追求普遍理性的韵味———基于古希腊哲学家关于世界本原的论述简

在古希腊哲学中,最初具有普遍理性或终极普遍理性思想的哲学是阿那克西曼德提出的“无限者”学说,而巴门尼德的“存在论”则奠定了哲学追求普遍理性的最初根基。另外,柏拉图的“理念论”、毕达哥拉斯的“数”,以及古希腊“原子论”学派的实体实在论也都具有哲学所追寻的普遍理性的韵味。

Postal Savings for National Development—The Experience of Japan and Future Perspective in a Globalized World

Global economic forces have been prompting the institutional changes in the public sector based on the market-oriented principles and such changes greatly have affected the postal savings system in Japan. Postal savings system’s public roles were fundamentally changed because of current administrative reform undertakings. In this article, firstly the role of collecting savings from ordinary citizens for fiscal policies was reviewed and the assessment of this public role is conducted. Secondly, abolishment of Universal Service Obligation due to the privatization of the postal savings system and the possible occurrence of Financial Exclusion are analyzed.

无论是革命战争年代还是社会主义建设时期,把马克思主义基本原理与中国的实际情况相结合,是社会主义事业取得胜利的根本保证。尤其是改革开放以来取得的巨大的成就关键在于坚持了把马克思主义基本原理同中国现实情况相结合的中国特色社会主义道路。坚持走中国特色社会主义道路既是根据当代中国实践不断推进马克思主义中国化的必然,也是今后中国继续深化改革必须坚持的伟大方针。     

以可行能力视角看待障碍:对现有残障模式的反思与探索

残障研究经历了个人模式-医学模式-社会模式的发展历程,社会模式对残障产生的原因进行了革命性的解释,大大推进了残障人士权益的发展。但上述模式都将关注点放在障碍产生的原因上,而这可能会强化原因与作为影响的障碍之间的固定联系,进而加重刻板印象以及弱势地位等问题;此外,以原因区分障碍的做法并不能准确地反映人们在现实中遭遇的障碍,在认识、分析和处理障碍方面也存在一些困难和缺陷。因此,我们应当尝试将关注点从障碍产生的原因转向障碍本身,以可行能力受限或者受损看待障碍,将原因和障碍真正“解绑”,从而超越“医学模式-社会模式”“社会隔离-社会融合”“优势-劣势”这些不合理的二元对立。基于这样的转变,我们可以为消除障碍找到更加精准、更具有整体性且更加有效的办法。     

Has the Nordic Welfare Model Been Transformed?

The Nordic welfare model is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Using Denmark we show how a universal welfare state model is gradually being transformed into an emergent multi‐tiered welfare state. Whereas the Danish pension system's having become multi‐tiered in the 1990s, with private schemes – collective and individual – supplementing public schemes is well documented, scant attention has focused on more recent developments in other areas of the welfare state. This article shows how the multi‐tiered welfare state spread in the 2000s to policies for families, the unemployed and the sick. Although Denmark still offers universal coverage in core welfare state areas, the increased use of occupational and fiscal welfare as well as changes in public schemes has gradually transformed the nation into a multi‐tiered welfare state that is more dualistic and individualistic, with participation in the labour market becoming still more important for entitlement to benefits. These profound changes have taken place in such a way that although core characteristics are still in place, new structures and understandings of the welfare state are also developing. Thus classical typologies need revision, so that they include more focus on this combination of universality and institutional attachment to the labour market. Moreover, measures of what welfare comprises should include not only public but also private elements.     

Efficient circular neighbour designs for spatial interference model

We consider circular block designs for field-trials when there are two-sided spatial interference between neighbouring plots of the same blocks. The parameter of interest is total effects that is the sum of direct effect of treatment and neighbour effects, which correspond to the use of a single treatment in the whole field. We determine universally optimal approximate designs. When the number of blocks may be large, we propose efficient exact designs generated by a single sequence of treatment. We also give efficiency factors of the usual binary block neighbour balanced designs which can be used when the number of blocks is small.
