安徽省区域经济增长差异性研究

鉴于目前对安徽省区域经济差异性的研究主要以定性分析为主，选取定量分析的方法，从绝对差异、相对差异两方面对安徽省区域经济增长的差异性进行了研究，并通过锡尔系数分解法和基尼系数分解法对区域经济增长差异的构成和来源进行分解，定量揭示出不同的经济区域及产业构成对安徽省区域经济增长差异的影响程度，给出了区域经济差异的主要来源、构成及差异的变动趋势。     

An alternative method correcting BDR type of heteroskedasticity by the weighting re-estimated absolute residuals

The aim of this paper is to introduce a new method which corrects residual variances for the butterfly distributed residuals (BDR). Distribution theory, confidence intervals, and tests of hypotheses are valid and meaningful only if the standard regression assumptions are satisfied. Heteroskedasticity is one of the violations of these assumptions and BDR is another type of heteroskedasticity. This study reveals an alternative approach to correct the BDR type of heteroskedasticity by the weighting re-estimated absolute residuals (WRAR). After giving brief information about heteroskedasticity and BDR type of heteroskedasticity, WRAR is introduced. WRAR and the usual variance stabilizing techniques are compared on multiple and simple regression models.     

Alternative beta estimation for the market model using partially adaptive techniques

The leptokurtosls of many security market return distributions can contaminate ordinary least squares estimates of the β coefficient of the market model. Partially adaptive estimation techniques accommodate the possibility of fat tailed distributions. this methodology limits the influence of extremely large residuals and yields estimates which are both statistically and practically different from ordinary least squares.     

折扣系数法在建立预测模型中的应用

本文针对不同观测点对预测值的不同影响,采用折扣系数法探讨了用折扣最小二乘法和折扣最小一乘法建立预测模型的方法以及用折扣系数法建立组合预测模型的方法。本文的方法不仅适合于一般趋势预测模型的建立,也可推广到一般回归预测模型的建立。这对于提高预测模型的预测精度有着重要的意义。     

调频广播用数字立体声编码器的数字内插处理

介绍了采用ＤＳＰ芯片ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ５０及高速Ａ／Ｄ芯片实现的调频广播用的数字调频立体声编码器及其结构。研究了数字内插器的实现方法，讨论了基于凯泽窗的半带滤波器的设计步骤。该数字化方案不仅改善了音质，提高了立体声通道隔离度，而且减少了运算量，便于工程实现，并给出了实验测试结果。     

基于行业集中度与区位熵的宝鸡市产业集聚度测度研究

在对现有产业集聚度测度方法述评的基础上,根据宝鸡市产业发展历程和现实情况,选择绝对测度指标（行业集中度）和相对测度指标（区位熵）对宝鸡市一级目录产业和二级目录产业的集聚状况分别进行测算.结果显示：依据区位熵和行业集中度指数反映的宝鸡市工业产业集聚情况基本吻合,同时也发现宝鸡市产业受资源禀赋和产业布局的影响,产品结构单一、重复生产严重、产业关联度低,配套协作率低等问题,以期为宝鸡市产业向集群化发展提供理论依据和对策建议.     

Using an approximate L1 Estimator

This note investigates the efficiency of using near-best or approximate L₁ estimators as starting values in L₁ linear programming procedures. In particular, it is shown that the total computer time can often be reduced if one first computes the least squares estimator, β, and then adjust y to y - Xβ in Barrodale and Roberts’ improved algorithm.     

Least Absolute Regression Revisited

We describe a method for fitting a least absolute residual (LAR) line through a set of two–dimensional points. The algorithm is based on a labeling technique derived from linear programming. It is suited for interactive data analysis and can be carried out with graph paper and a programmable hand calculator. Tests conducted with a Pascal program indicate that the algorithm is computationally efficient.

《艺术哲学》是谢林关于美学的重要著作,不仅是他美学思想的集中体现,是对艺术进行了哲学的研究,而且着重辨析了艺术与哲学的关系,分析了各种具体的艺术形态。尤其是在针对艺术与哲学的关系问题上,谢林持有与以往哲学家或美学家不一样的独特态度。在谢林看来,艺术具有与哲学等高甚至更高的地位,因为艺术比哲学更适宜于把握“绝对”。     

康德德性论的价值

康德是一位真正文如其人的思想家。“普遍的立法形式”、“人是目的”、“意志自律”是康德的三条“道德律令”。虽然康德的德性论有过于理想化、抽象化、形式化诸方面的缺点 ,但是不影响其在伦理、思想史、哲学家思想史上具有卓越的地位 ,不影响其对于我国社会主义市场经济条件下的道德建设的指导意义。
