探索工人阶级分享改革发展成果的新途径（上）

重建工人阶级的主人翁地位，不仅让工人群众走出困境，而且让他们尽快富裕和强壮起来；不仅要在国企改制全过程中保护工人阶级的权益，而且要从战略上将工人阶级的主体部分培育成为中等收入阶层，是实现全面小康社会的关键，走建立工人股份制之路是必然选择。     

中国工人阶级结构变化的历史沿革及原因

基于马克思的历史唯物主义原理，从工人阶级的内涵入手，按时间梳理中国工人阶级结构变化的历史轨迹，阐述中国工人阶级历史演变的过程，并从4个方面分析导致工人阶级结构发生重大变化的原因。     

制造业溢出效应对气候变化的影响

制造业的发展给气候变化带来的影响主要有两个方面：第一，制造业溢出效应导致人口迅速增长，从而改变了地表环境，引起了气候变化；第二，制造业的发展、消费市场的培育，增加了能源的消耗。发达国家对这些影响负有主要责任，应在碳减排方面应承担主要责任。

从新经济史的角度观察产权的形成因素 ,可以发现技术、人口、资源的稀缺程度以及要素和产品相对价格的变动占有重要位置。产权的发展经历了三个阶段 ,即公有产权———排他性公有产权———排他性私有产权。从公有产权到排他性公有产权的转变主要受人口因素的影响 ,而从排他性公有产权到排他性私有产权的转变主要受技术因素的影响。企业产权制度的变迁则是按个人业主制———合伙制———股份公司进行的     

Organizational Change and Representations of Women in a North American Utility Company

Using a critical sensemaking approach, this article explores the process that leads to the formation of different types of masculinity over time. In particular it looks at organizational change programmes, the subsequent representation of organizational men and women in corporate documents and the consequences this has on the gendering of organizational culture. Annual reports from a North American electrical company, Nova Scotia Power, which underwent significant changes between 1972–2001, are used to show how the company's masculinist cultures were reflected in company policies and portrayed in the images and text in these documents. The focus of this article is on how strategic change programmes influenced different notions of masculinity over time, how these understandings were enacted through organizational policies, how this identity was (unconsciously) portrayed in images and text and what effects this had on the gendering of organizational culture.     

Sinn und Unsinn von Quoten auf Basis von preisbereinigten Werten

Zusammenfassung: Eine wesentliche Neuerung der Revision der Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnungen vom April 2005 ist die Einführung eines neuen Deflationierungsverfahrens. Durch den übergang von der Festpreisbasis auf eine Vorjahrespreisbasis mit Verkettung liegt keine Additivit?t der preisbereinigten Komponenten eines Aggregats mehr vor. Dadurch k?nnen keine langen Zeitreihen von Quoten auf Basis preisbereinigter Werte berechnet werden. Für ?konomische Analysen zum sektoralen Strukturwandel und zur intersektoralen Arbeitsteilung fehlt damit ein erg?nzendes und relativierendes Ma?.

Summary: A major change of the 2005 revision of German national accounts is the introduction of a new price adjustment method. The former fixed price base (last 1995 prices) has been replaced by an annually changing price base (previous year’s prices) with chain linking. But the chain-linked levels in absolute terms (billion Euro) are not additive. The sum of chain-linked sub aggregates (e. g. real gross value added by industries) differs from the value of the chain-linked total aggregate (e. g. real GDP). Thus it is no longer possible to calculate time series of ratios based on deflated values. Economic analysis of structural change or of the inter-sector division of labor thus loses a useful complementary measurement tool.

An experimental study of thermal energy storage with phase change materials by design of experiments

Accurate theoretical modelling and simulation of thermal energy storage (TES) by means of phase change materials (PCM) is very complex and its results are not close enough to experimental values. This paper presents the empirical study of a thermal storage unit operating with a commercial PCM called RT25. The study is carried out by means of the statistical procedure, Design of Experiments. This methodology has rarely been used in the analysis of heat transfer problems. The present study has allowed us to investigate the phenomena involved and to design an actual system. We show the whole procedure followed in order to design the set-up, to run the experiments with a 2³ factorial design, to compare its results with a numerical simulation and to get the empirical model by regression. Its results have been used to design actual installations aimed at free-cooling or maintaining the temperature constant in rooms where thermal security is necessary.     

路径依赖与股份合作制

股份合作制自出现以来，一直备受官、产、学的广泛关注，最近被作为一种正式的企业制度安排。对此，众说纷纭。本文首先对诺思的制度变迁理论中路径依赖部分进行简要的介绍，然后根据这个理论，对股份合作制的产生条件进行了分析，考察了它的三个悖论，指出股份合作制偏离了我们的企业改革目标，实际上，股份制是股份合作制今后的发展方向。
