提出车间作业计划编制体系的概念以统一描述车间作业计划问题,车间计划问题在内容上由计划类型、计划期、期量标准和编制方法四方面组成,在形式上与生产类型、生产组织形式和资源负荷能力相关,内容与形式的统一揭示了车间作业计划编制问题的一般规律,特别地,在一个飞机装配车间结合计划编制体系的概念,迅速确定了装配作业计划问题的界限,并提出用Petri网求解计划问题的新方法,它与各种经验方法相比,便于计算机模拟与实现。     

Undercounting Medicaid Enrollment in Maryland: Testing the Accuracy of the Current Population Survey

The U.S. Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey is the most commonly cited source for estimates of the insurance status of Americans, but there are concerns that the data may undercount participation in public programs such as Medicaid. Such a Medicaid undercount may result from survey respondents not acknowledging Medicaid coverage because they are unaware that they are enrolled in Medicaid, because they have not recently received health services, due to the stigma associated with receiving public assistance programs, or due to simple recall bias. This paper estimates the extent to which the Current Population Survey undercounts Medicaid participation in a single mid-Atlantic state, Maryland. We administered the Current Population Survey questionnaire to a random selection of known Medicaid participants. We find evidence that the Current Population Survey significantly undercounts Medicaid participation in Maryland and that much of the undercount could be corrected if the survey better identified the Maryland Medicaid program. We also find that recall bias may contribute to the undercount as well. There was no indication that stigma contributed to any undercount. Though not an aim of this study, we find that the Medicaid undercount may contribute to an over count of the number of uninsured.

本文主要介绍了建立在G IS软件的基础上,以江浦县为例,利用1:5万的国家基本地形图作为基础底图资料,根据国家DEM的制作精度要求,制作1:5万、30m空间分辨率数字高程模型(DEM)的方法及过程。同时对生成的DEM做了精度和质量上的检验。     

Brief Report: Thin Slices of Racial Bias

The present work examined the detection of racial bias through thin slices of nonverbal behavior. Thirty Black and 30 White American judges rated the nonverbal behavior displayed by White individuals from 20-seconds of silent videotape of an interaction with either a Black or a White confederate. Correlations between judges nonverbal ratings and targets scores on a response latency measure of racial bias (i.e., Implicit Association Test, IAT) as well as on a self-report racial bias measure (i.e., Affective Prejudice Scale) were obtained. Results revealed that relative to White judges, Black judges nonverbal behavioral ratings were better predictors of both White individuals IAT and explicit racial bias scores, but only if those targets were engaged in an interracial dyad. The results are consistent with recent research finding that subtle forms of racial bias leak through nonverbal behavior, as well as with work noting the predictive accuracy of judgments made from thin-slices of nonverbal behavior.Jennifer A. 数字图像匹配算法的改进及研究

本文从数字图像匹配运算的速度与精度方面出发，详细地讨论了数字图像匹配算法的改进，经粗略匹配和亚像素级精确匹配以后可快速得到亚像素级匹配点．计算机仿真实验表明．本文给出的改进匹配算法与现行的最小误差法和最大相关系数法相比，在1／20亚像素分辨率条件下的运算速度提高了大约5倍。     

强化教育工会维护职能之我见

Status Roles and Recall of Nonverbal Cues

In two experiments, interpersonal status was experimentally manipulated by assigning one dyad member to be the owner of a mock art gallery and the other to be the owner's assistant. Without forewarning, participants were asked immediately following the interaction to recall their partner's hand gestures, self-touch, gazing, smiling, and nodding. Accuracy of recall was determined by comparing these ratings to their partners' behavior as coded from the videotape. In both experiments, assistants were more accurate at recalling the amount of owners' self-touch than vice versa, but there was little evidence of an accuracy difference in recall of the other nonverbal cues. When accuracy was defined as the correlation between a participant's ratings of the partner's behaviors and the partner's actual behaviors, there was evidence that assistants were more accurate than owners when a combined p-value was calculated across both studies.     

不同荷载比下嵌固式钢框架节点M θr曲线拟合

对嵌固式节点进行有限元仿真分析，得到了嵌固式门式框架在不同的荷载工况条件下节点的M θr曲线。通过对不同荷载组合情况下得到的M θr曲线进行比较可知，节点刚度随着荷载组合的变化而变化，但两个方向框架中嵌固式节点刚度的变化规律不同。综合考虑门式框架嵌固式节点M θr曲线的特性，对多种荷载组合情况下的M θr曲线进行曲线拟合，得到拟合公式并对其进行方差分析。透过相关指数可知提出的嵌固式节点M θr曲线的拟合公式是可靠的，可为进一步深入研究嵌固式组装钢框架的力学性能提供借鉴和参考
