县级政府、供应链管理与农产品上行关系研究

基于中国13省87个电子商务进农村示范县的调研材料,分析政府项目驱动下农产品上行问题。实践表明,政策利好为县域农产品电商发展提供了试错空间,“S2B2C”的供应链管理模式对农产品上行的推动作用明显。但是,多数县级政府未能认识到供应链管理之于农产品上行的作用,普遍存在政府治理方式滞后、公共服务网络不健全、农产品区域公用品牌缺乏、冷链等基础设施投入不足等问题。因此,为有效推动农产品上行,政府应进一步推动“公私合作”、构建一体化的公共服务、注重品牌营销、优化产品供应链管理。     

Predicting Attitudes Toward Lesbian and Gay Parent Families Among Portuguese Students from Helping Professions

The authors' goal was to characterize predictors of attitudes toward lesbian and gay parent families (LGPF), held by students enrolled in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, elementary, and preschool education programs in Portugal. The authors examined the predictive value of students' (n = 600) sociodemographic characteristics when assessing their attitudes toward LGPF. Participant's gender, interpersonal contact with lesbians and gay men, gender role attitudes had indirect effects on attitudes toward LGPF, through attitudes toward lesbians and gay men. Understanding characteristics associated with attitudes toward LGPF may inform decisions in terms of the education and training of helping professionals.     

Staff Member Reactions to Same-Gender,Resident-to-Resident Sexual Behavior Within Long-Term Care Facilities

The current study assesses ageism and heterosexism relating to older adult sexual activity within long-term care facilities. To assess caregiver reactions, 153 residential care facility staff members read one of three vignettes. Each vignette described a scenario in which a staff member walks in on two residents (male/female, male/male, or female/female) engaging in sexual activity. Although no main effects were discovered for vignette type, exploratory analyses revealed that the facility where participants were employed was significantly related to their ratings of approval. Furthermore, an interaction effect between vignette and facility types was also discovered for caregivers’ approval of sexual activity among residents. Additionally, a strong overall approval rating of older adult sexuality was reported by staff members. The results of this study warrant that further research is necessary regarding older adults’ perception of caregiver bias, as well as further investigation of caregivers’ perceptions of older adults’ sexual activity.     

关于优化齐齐哈尔历史文化资源的思考

历史文化资源是城市特有文化形态的依托和我体。能否挖掘、保护、梳理好历史文化资源，关系到城市优秀历史文化的继承与弘扬，关涉到城市未来的发展与走向。历史文化资源，不但要挖掘、整理、保护，更要优化。优化历史文化资源，就是在文明的大背景下，系统梳理历史文化资源，理清历史发展脉络，理清文明发展足迹，理清优秀历史文化传统，进而树立鲜明的城市文化形象，增强城市文化软实力。     

高管团队决策效力与在华子公司战略导向的关系研究

在决策理论与子公司发展理论基础上,分析提出在华子公司高管团队决策效力的三个构成变量分别为高管团队的管理连结、决策全面性和决策自主权。对决策效力与在华子公司战略导向的关系及环境动荡性的调节作用进行了辩析1,06家在华子公司样本检验的结果表明,在华子公司高管团队决策效力的三个代表变量均正向影响子公司战略导向,环境动荡性负向调节决策全面性与战略导向的关系、正向调节决策自主权与战略导向的关系,而对管理连结与战略导向的关系没有调节作用。     

以学生为中心,加强系列课程教学团队建设——以合肥工业大学为例

高水平的教学团队建设是教育部本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要内容之一。文章主要介绍信号检测、处理及实现系列课程教学团队建设思路,以学生为中心,注重学习产出,将课堂教学、创新实践和科学研究有机结合,建立健全的运行机制,使之在教学改革中发挥积极有效的作用,促进团队成员的综合素质的提高,保证人才培养的质量。     

谁的乡村建设？——基于乡村建筑变迁的观察和思考

在全面推进乡村振兴的大背景下，乡村建设正如火如荼地开展。其中，乡村建设中农民房屋建筑类型从特质性的“匠心独具”到同质性的“千村一面”，再到异化性的“自厝同异”变迁路径，反映出传统文化的保护危机，也深刻揭示出建筑变迁背后暗藏的农民与地方政府间的多元矛盾和博弈。此问题的根源在于农民主体性被消解，成了被建构的对象或客体，而地方政府却不断强化构建主体的身份认同。事实上，当前乡村建设呈现出五种不同的价值取向：一是为城市消费者休闲情趣的乡村建设；二是为城市中产阶级家乡情感的乡村建设；三是为地方政府凸显政绩的乡村建设；四是为开发商投资回报的乡村建设；五是为农民生存利益的乡村建设。不同参与者均带着不同的利益诉求介入乡村建设，直接影响到乡村建设的发展走向。因此，要处理乡村建设中的矛盾和问题，必须强化农民在乡村建设中的主体意识和主体身份，赋予农民对乡村建设事务的话语权与决定权。     

高职高专学生金工实习模式的探索与实践

金工实习是高职高专学生实现理论知识与实践过程相结合的重要途径,对学生树立正确的就业观,掌握职业技能至关重要。以行为导向教育思想为基础,探讨了高职高专学生体验真实工程过程,获取真实职业能力的金工实习模式,以真正培养出既有理论基础更有实践能力的高技能人才。     

Same-Sex Sexuality and Educational Attainment: The Pathway to College

Research finds lower levels of academic performance among sexual minority high school students, but some studies suggest sexual minorities have higher levels of educational attainment in adulthood. To further our understanding of how and why sexual orientation is associated with educational success, this study turns attention to the pathways to college completion, examining points along educational trajectories in which sexual minorities fall behind or surpass their heterosexual peers. Using data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health, we find that sexual minority women are less likely than women with no same-sex sexuality to complete college, in part due to their high school performance and transition into college. Men who experience same-sex sexuality only in adolescence struggle in high school, but men who experience same-sex sexuality for the first time in adulthood are more likely to earn a college degree than men who do not experience same-sex sexuality.     

Web analytics and the functional differentiation of journalism cultures: individual,organizational and platform-specific influences on newswork

A key development in journalism over the past decade has been the rise of web analytics for real-time measurement of how audiences respond to news content. While this has led to concerns that analytics may contribute to a dumbing down of news, our understanding of the impact analytics have on journalism culture is still limited. This study explores individual, organizational and platform-specific influences on ways in which journalists and newsrooms access, use, interpret and apply analytics in their daily work. It argues that, increasingly, analytics are beginning to shape and reshape journalistic roles, values, norms and practices across different types of newsrooms. These developments are contributing to processes of functional differentiation in the journalistic field, which is found particularly in emerging practices of day- and platform-parting. The study argues that this differentiation has important consequences for scholars wanting to study news production, distribution and content in the digital age.
