城市建设引入体验经济--谈大连城市的体验模式

体验经济正以强劲的势态进入人类生活的各个方面 ,城市建设意义上的体验无疑是在一个较大的范围内涉及到城市建设的各个环节 ,城市建设的文化价值已经成为城市经济发展新的增长点。大连城市的体验模式在长期的发展中已经形成了基本的框架 ,对其认真的思考与整理 ,从体验经济理论高度作进一步研究 ,对建立大连城市特色 ,发展城市新型经济格局将起到重要的作用     

中国企业并购的新趋势——丽珠集团股权之争的个案分析

企业并购是企业因为激烈的市场竞争而主动选择的发展战略。长期以来,我国绝大多数企业并购都是在政府部门牵线搭桥和具体实施的,政府在企业并购过程中起着主导作用。2002年3月至5月期间,太太药业和东盛集团通过我国证券市场对丽珠集团股权争夺进行的企业并购,呈现出我国企业并购的新趋势。     

中国当代文学的历史传统与现实处境

通过对２０世纪 ５０年代文学创作的历史传统与现实处境的批判性审视,认为 ５０年代文学创作的政治化、模式化绝不是个别时期内的个别现象,它受到了五四新文学以来的功利传统、国家政治、作家主体退位等多重因素的影响。     

Creating Stepfamilies: Integrating Children Into the Study of Union Formation

As a result of the growth in out‐of‐wedlock childbearing and union instability, adults contemplating forming a new union are often already parents. This article examines the role of children in stepfamily formation, both coresident and not, using the 2,594 respondents in the National Survey of Families and Households who were not living with a partner in 1987/1988. We consider children of the respondent and of the partner, which allows us to examine the determinants of entering a stepfamily. We found that being a coresident father dramatically increases forming a union with a woman with children. Women’s coresidential children reduce women’s odds of forming unions with men who do not have children and increase them for unions with men who do.     

Threshold decisions: how social workers prioritize referrals of child concern

This paper examines local authority social workers' decision‐making when considering referrals of children, where the concerns are on the margin of child protection procedures. In doing so, it describes the findings of a qualitative research study undertaken in the policy context of attempts to ‘refocus’ social work practice in the late 1990s and early twenty‐first century. Data collection involved interviews with social workers and parents in 23 cases. Conclusions are that referrals were evaluated on the basis of five key factors, specificity, severity, risk, parental accountability and corroboration, the use of which determined whether an initial assessment or an investigation of alleged abuse took place. The analysis builds on previous work in the child protection field, but demonstrates how the application of these factors differs between cases of child concern and cases of child protection. Policy implications concern the complexity of decision‐making in the uncertain context of limited referral information and it is proposed that the simplistic notion of a continuum of abuse is now outdated. 文章通过分析铁凝的小说《哦，香雪》、《棉花垛》、《永远有多远》、《秀色》、《安德列的晚上》、《树下》等对人的“存在”的发现和追问，试图寻找这位女性作家作品里的某些欠缺，而对其作品所展示的艺术表现力和概括力也予以充分肯定。     

Marital Conflict,Ineffective Parenting,and Children's and Adolescents' Maladjustment

Data from the 1988 National Survey on Families and Households were analyzed to examine the associations among marital conflict, ineffective parenting, and children's and adolescents' maladjustment. Parents' use of harsh discipline and low parental involvement helped explain the connection between marital conflict and children's maladjustment in children aged 2 through 11. Parent‐child conflict was measured only in families with a target teenager and also was a significant mediator. Although ineffective parenting explained part of the association between marital conflict and children's maladjustment, independent effects of marital conflict remained in families with target children aged 2 through 11 (but not for families with a teenager). With a few exceptions, this pattern of findings was consistent for mothers' and fathers' reports, for daughters and sons, for families with various ethnic backgrounds, and for families living in and out of poverty.
