社会主义新农村建设的一个根本问题——大力发展农村集体经济

搞社会主义,在农民占多数的、经济文化落后国家的广大农村,必须发展集体经济、走合作化道路,是马克思主义的一个基本原则。发展集体经济,坚持集体道路,实现共同富裕,是我国真正解决三农问题、建设社会主义新农村的根本道路,也是全面建设小康农村、基本实现农业现代化的重要基础,落实科学发展观的基本要求。在我国的广大农村,没有集体经济的家庭承包经营,只能是“农户小规模经营”,实质上是小农个体经济。多年来的实践证明,这种小农个体经济是没有出路的。     

“第三部门”视野下的福建集体林业产权制度改革

福建集体林业产权制度改革进入第二阶段后,随着广大林农自治能力的逐步提高,市场和政府不能涵盖的林业生产领域方面出现了"第三部门".本文对"第三部门"的出现、现状及其存在的问题进行了经济分析,并在此基础上,提出要加强对"第三部门"的制度支持与约束,完善提高"第三部门"自身参与能力的政策措施.     

孔子人论的再解读

孔子的人论是儒家人论的根基。孔子提出:"仁者,人也。"确定了儒家人论与其所开创的"仁"学的密不可分的关系。本文尝试从"仁"得以产生的两大基石、"仁"的人性内涵、孔子的做人之道及成人之教等方面论述孔子人论的主要内容,并归纳出其人论的重要历史意义。

醉酒所致精神障碍,是一个遍及世界各国的重要社会问题之一,而且有越来越严重的趋势.关于醉酒状态下犯罪的刑事责任问题,有的国家刑法没有对之做出专门规定,而是将其作为自愿(故意或过失)陷入无责任能力状态的情形之一,规定不免除或减轻行为人的刑事责任,但有些国家对此作了专门规定.     

Is Nature‐Oriented Tourism a Pro‐Environmental Practice?: Examining Tourism–Environmentalism Alignments Through Discourse Networks and Intersectoral Relationships

A key tenet of ecotourism is that interacting with nature through tourism cultivates environmental awareness and responsibility. We examine this assumption by analyzing discourse networks and organizational networks that connect tourism and environmentalism in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Using a combination of interviews, field observation, and web‐based data, we ask: Is there an alignment of tourism and environmental discourse regarding human interaction with and use of coastal environments? Are there meaningful organizational ties between tourism and environmental organizations? We conclude that there is little indication that nature‐oriented tourism is working to produce substantial changes to our broader political ecology.     

对“公司＋农户”组织模式的反思

本文对当前我国“公司＋农户”组织模式困境作了较为深入的剖析。一是对公司和农户签订的契约环境进行分析，找出“公司＋农户”组织困境产生的根源。二是对履约过程中的障碍进行分析，找出“公司＋农户”组织运行的困境。结合我国实际提出了“公司＋农户”组织模式改进的建议：通过提高农户的组织化程度，构建有效的治理结构，摆脱集体行动逻辑的困境；扩大农户生产规模，提高自我履约能力；双方建立起真正的利益共享机制；政府体制进行改进和互补性制度的安排。

集体行动是社会科学界长期关注和思考的核心问题之一,本文主要针对西方学者关于集体行动理论的分析和研究发展进行较为系统的介绍和简要评议,以图对国内的集体行动研究提供有益的思考问题的视角。     

农村土地制度改革及今后的完善思路

现代中国的农村土地制度进行了三次伟大变革,其基本成果就是现行农村土地制度;这一制度关系国之根本并具有其基本合理性,但也存在某些严重缺陷,应当以高度慎重的态度进行渐进式的改革完善。城乡二元体制是造成农村土地制度严重缺陷的首要根源,应当坚决摒弃。     

Between Neo-liberalism and Neo-indigenismo: Reconstructing National Identity in Mexico

Heightened integration with the US coupled with the rise of an indigenous movement have challenged and strained long-held images regarding the US and the indigenous within Mexico. As a result, Mexico finds itself facing the difficult task of re-evaluating and reconstructing its national identity. This paper explores the traditional images of the US and the Indian shaping national identity in Mexico and the challenges posed today by neo-liberalism and neo-indigenismo. It sets out a range of current issues, explores the linkages and contradictions, and examines the state of national reform. Fundamentally, the paper strives to raise important theoretical questions and hence set the stage for further research into these issues.     

When Futures Meet the Present

In this essay, I respond to Mische's work on projection and the research of future action. Further, I suggest a tri-partite framework of mechanisms—one I have termed "political semiosis"—that allows historical actors to materially and figuratively reorient and realign the past, present, and future in projects of transformation.
