基于高职教育与其学生未来从业岗位对接之需,构建了由成就与执行、服务与帮助、影响与冲击、管理与组织、思维与认知、个人有效性等组成的六个素质概念模块;从高职经管专业学生从业素质的维度,设定行动的强度与完整性、影响范围的大小和主动程度,划分出高职经管专业学生从业的基本素质内涵,并给出相应等级。在此基础之上,涵盖成就导向(ACH)、人际理解力(IU)、影响力(IMP)、关系建立(RB)、培养人才(DEV)、团队合队(TW)、演绎思维(AT)、归纳思维(CT)、专业知识(EXP)、自信(SCF)等要素构成的高职经管专业学生从业素质模型。编制高职经管专业学生未来从业素质词典,并以此为依据构建从业素质模型,为高职人才的规格确立和培养教育提供借鉴。  相似文献

Abstract

Purpose: Bereavement is considered to be one of the most profound experiences in older adulthood. However, assessments of emotional reactions to grief and loss have often been based on measures tested on primarily Anglo samples. This study examined the validity and factor structure of a commonly used bereavement measure on an older Latino sample.

Design and Methods: Using convergent and discriminant validation procedures, this instrument was tested using a purposive sample of 134 older, recently bereaved Latinos.

Results: While the instrument was originally designed to measure two domains of grief: Past Behaviors and Present Feelings, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis revealed a three-factor solution for this sample which included also Disbelief of the loss. Items within this domain included anger, rejection, and a sense of injustice.

Implications: This study underscores the need for improved measures in research on grief and bereavement to capture the intensity and severity of grief in a cross-cultural context.  相似文献

目前我国的会展业发展迅速,然而专业会展人才的缺乏却成为制约我国会展业进一步发展的重要瓶颈。本文通过与一些成熟研究的对比,在对专业型会展项目经理进行问卷调查的基础上运用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行主成分分析,得出每项职能的因子负荷量,总结出专业型会展项目经理所需具备的职能。专业型会展项目经理必须从技术专长、组织管理、个人特质、市场公关等四个职能来实现快速成长;会展企业则可以根据职能模式的各项资格条件来筛选应聘者,实现人岗匹配。  相似文献

The family circle instrument is a self-constructed diagram that has been used by family physicians for more than 40 years to gather and assess information about patients’ family connections and relationships. Even though healthcare professionals have found the family circle instrument to be effective and easy to administer, the literature is silent on social workers’ use of this instrument to engage and assess individuals and families. This article describes the effectiveness of the family circle interviewing method in increasing the confidence and skill of graduate social work students in assessing families. The author also presents the results of an evaluative study that examined graduate social work students’ use of the family circle instrument. Graduate social work students received instruction on how to administer the family circle interview as a method of engaging and assessing families from a family systems perspective. Thus, a primary focus of this article is upon how using the family circle interview can promote competency and confidence among students to engage and assess families. A majority of the students that completed family circle instruction felt the instrument helped them understand families from a systems perspective and increased their confidence in their ability to assess families.  相似文献

In a post hoc study conducted on closed files at the Centre of Audio-Psycho-Phonology, the psychometric distributionof Listening Threshold decibel scores was found to be positively skewed, and in some cases bi-modal, necessitating the use of non-parametric statistics for hypothesis testing. The author notes inappropriate statistical usage in previously published studies investigating the Listening Threshold variable. Once correct statistics are applied, and appropriate controls are introduced for expected ceiling and interaction effects, Listening Threshold decibel scores were found to decrease significantly following treatment using the Tomatis remedial listening program.  相似文献

A systematic literature review on child sexual abuse (CSA) and ethnic minority communities was conducted to help address the current gap in knowledge in the area. This article reports on one explored theme – aspects of service delivery models identified as effective, as the basis for developing a model for Australia. The findings indicate two key aspects of effective service delivery: (i) models should be ecologically grounded to the specific cultural context, and (ii) individuals should be placed at the center of intervention so their needs and experiences are not ‘boxed in’ by their ethnicity. The model proposed for the Australian context is guided by these two key principles. Service delivery models are important because they help guide practice and standardize treatment and support in the field. However, the model proposed here also values flexibility, cultural competency, a strengths-based approach, an empowerment-based approach, intersectionality, and a feminist framework. These model elements are particularly relevant in relation to the family cohesion and support that collectivist cultures offer; whether, to what extent, and how they act as a risk or protective factor, or even both, is best determined by the victim/survivor. The utility of the model for practitioners and clients requires rigorous evaluation.  相似文献

从全国辅导员素质能力大赛获奖者视角开展青年辅导员专业化发展研究,研究发现:全国优秀青年辅导员年轻化显著、双性化的人格特征突出;且入职3~5年为职业发展和专业能力提升关键期。此外,辅导员专项分工、外在组织环境和经济发展水平等因素对青年辅导员专业能力提升呈现显著影响。基于此,高校需要从加强入职培训教育,增强青年辅导员专业认同,开展分类分级培养,提升青年辅导员核心专业技能,组建辅导员共同体,强化青年辅导员专业胜任力三方面,深化青年辅导员专业化发展路径。  相似文献

本文旨在建立中国基层党政领导干部的胜任特征模型,并探索可能的中西方差异。通过系统总结基于胜任特征的行政管理在国内外的研究和应用情况以及经验和教训,明确了开展中国党政领导干部胜任特征研究的原则和策略。通过对近6000名党政领导干部的访误、问卷调查和统计分析,构建并确认了中国党政领导干部的胜任特征模型,由工作能力、自我约束、政治素质、领导能力、学习能力、协调能力和以人为本等七个维度构成。与西方管理者相比,中国党政领导干部更注重个人道德修养,但相对忽视处理实务的能力。文中还对党政领导干部队伍建设提出了初步的建议。  相似文献

和谐社会建设的对象主要涉及的是人,处理好人与人、人与组织、人与社会和人与自然的关系尤为重要.把关心民众的生理、心理健康作为稳定和谐的评价指标,不断调整执政者的决策行为,才能保证经济增长与社会进步的和谐统一.本文作者认为,可以把健康型组织(Healthy Organization)作为和谐社会构建的评价标准,从社会心理学、组织行为学和人力资源管理的角度,探索我国社会经济转型时期和谐社会建设的影响机制和标准度量问题.作者提出,健康型组织包括正常的心理状态、成功的胜任特征和创新的组织文化三方面.近年来,我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的高速发展,但是处理好经济发展和社会和谐的关系至关重要,系统地探索我国社会经济转型时期健康型组织建设的影响机制,不仅利于和谐社会的建设,而且有助于管理科学理论自身的知识创新.为此,和谐社会的健康型组织建设可以从如下六方面来开展研究:各类健康型组织的心理行为的健康标准体系;危机事件的社会心理行为预警系统;转型时期劳工冲突的心理行为机制;企业的员工心理援助和压力管理研究;领导者执政能力模型及开发模式研究;健康型组织文化的形成机制研究.最后,本文提出了实施健康型组织建设的几点建议.  相似文献
