固定pH滴定法测定弱酸性药物盐酸普鲁卡因

本文报道了一种水溶液中测定弱酸性药物的固定ｐＨ滴定法．它以弱酸在水溶液中各 种存在形式的分布系数与ｐＨ值的关系为理论依据,不要求滴定反应定量完成,是利用滴定到一定 ｐＨ值时滴定剂消耗体积与弱酸物质的量之间的正比关系进行定量分析,应用该法测定弱酸性药 物盐酸普鲁卡因,结果与药典一致,回收率在９９.６ ％～１００．３％,试液低至 ５×１０－４ｍｏＶＬ,也可用该 法准确测定．本法操作简便、快速、制剂中的赋形剂及有色物无干扰．

On the probability distribution of economic growth

Three important and significantly heteroscedastic gross domestic product series are studied. Omnipresent heteroscedasticity is removed and the distributions of the series are then compared to normal, normal mixture and normal–asymmetric Laplace (NAL) distributions. NAL represents a skewed and leptokurtic distribution, which is in line with the Aghion and Howitt [1 Aghion, P. and Howitt, P. 1992. A model of growth through creative destruction. Econometrica, 60: 323–351. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] model for economic growth, based on Schumpeter's idea of creative destruction. Statistical properties of the NAL distributions are provided and it is shown that NAL fits the data better than the alternatives.     

Two‐sample empirical likelihood ratio tests for medians in application to biomarker evaluations

The median is a commonly used parameter to characterize biomarker data. In particular, with two vastly different underlying distributions, comparing medians provides different information than comparing means; however, very few tests for medians are available. We propose a series of two‐sample median‐specific tests using empirical likelihood methodology and investigate their properties. We present the technical details of incorporating the relevant constraints into the empirical likelihood function for in‐depth median testing. An extensive Monte Carlo study shows that the proposed tests have excellent operating characteristics even under unfavourable occasions such as non‐exchangeability under the null hypothesis. We apply the proposed methods to analyze biomarker data from Western blot analysis to compare normal cells with bronchial epithelial cells from a case–control study. 马克思主义哲学教育的“瓶颈”与创新

马克思主义哲学是"智慧之学"和"为人之学",但传统的马克思主义哲学教育不仅忽视了哲学批判前导的功能和对人的关注,教材建设也跟不上时代的步伐。本文着眼于马克思主义哲学的教育理念和教材体系,提出下面两项创新举措:一是大力彰显马克思主义哲学教育的人性光辉与批判前导的维度;二是在教材体系上,实现各部分内容的创造性重组,并采用史、论、著、比、实有机结合的方式,丰富和深化马克思主义哲学的教材体系。
