涡旋压缩机异形封头可靠性设计

为评估异形封头结构在涡旋压缩机运行过程中的可靠性,参考压力容器椭圆形封头设计理论,采用常规设计方 法对封头进行了结构设计和强度校核;基于封头材料性能、结构尺寸等设计参数的分散性,将各参数作为正态分布的基 本变量,对封头结构进行了可靠性设计,并对基本变量分布参数的灵敏度进行分析。计算结果表明,与常规设计方法相 比,可靠性设计在确保结构安全性的前提下,同时保证了设计的经济性;影响封头可靠度的主要因素是材料屈服极限、工 作压力和壁厚。     

简论女丹修炼的特殊机理

女丹功法,又称"坤诀",是指妇女修炼内丹之法。女性之内丹修炼活动虽可追溯至唐代,但其学说成熟则较晚。男女两性存在着生理和心理上的差异,因此,内丹修炼在功法和步骤上也应有所区别。传统中医学原理可以帮助我们阐释女丹修炼程序及"斩赤龙"的特殊机理及其意义。女丹功法的关键步骤为"太阴炼形"之术,其关窍为膻中穴和血海;"阳神出壳"是女子丹功炼至最高层次时所出现的现象,炼功者此时要格外谨慎。     

Nonparametric estimation of the shape function in a Gamma process for degradation data

The author considers estimation under a Gamma process model for degradation data. The setting for degradation data is one in which n independent units, each with a Gamma process with a common shape function and scale parameter, are observed at several possibly different times. Covariates can be incorporated into the model by taking the scale parameter as a function of the covariates. The author proposes using the maximum pseudo‐likelihood method to estimate the unknown parameters. The method requires usage of the Pool Adjacent Violators Algorithm. Asymptotic properties, including consistency, convergence rate and asymptotic distribution, are established. Simulation studies are conducted to validate the method and its application is illustrated by using bridge beams data and carbon‐film resistors data. 对"村官"罢免程序中的几个问题的探讨

新的<村民委员会组织法>规定了村民享有罢免权,但是在该法中却没有明确规定村民行使罢免权的程序及阻碍罢免权行使的相关制裁措施,使得村民在现实中行使罢免权受到了种种障碍.笔者就村民行使罢免权程序上的问题提出了相关的完善建议.     

Reversed preservation of stochastic orders for random minima and maxima with applications

In this paper, reversed preservation properties of right spread order, total time on test order and increasing convex (concave) order when taking random minima and maxima are developed. In this context, reversed preservation properties of some ageing concepts are investigated under parallel (series) systems which are composed of a random number of i.i.d. components. Some applications in reliability and economics are given.
