当代大学生诚信危机及思考

当代大学生的诚信问题近年来已成为社会关注的焦点之一。笔者认为,尽管当代大学生在某些方面某种程度上存在着诚信缺失,但大多数人是诚实守信的。校园是社会的缩影,校园内的不良不义行为正是社会生活中的诸多不诚信对当代大学生产生的负面影响和误导,在一个社会诚信文化氛围整体亟待提高的环境里,一味地谴责大学生无益于问题的解决。但当代大学生毕竟是担负着祖国未来建设重任的群体,因此有必要对他们开展深入持久的诚信教育,切实提高其诚信素质,使诚实守信不仅成为构筑校园文化的重要特质,也是建设社会诚信文化的有机组成部分。     

高校知识学习评价与诚信环境研究

现行的高等教育评价体系以“应知”、“应会”的共性知识的继承为主要目的 ,使学生把主要精力花在死记硬背上 ,忽视了知识的灵活应用和创新能力的培养 ,少数学生出现了考试诚信危机 ,难以适应我国加入WTO后人才竞争的需要 ,改革高校知识学习评价体系势在必行 ,增强学生知识创新能力和营造知识学习评价的诚信环境已成为高等教育研究的重要课题之一     

In—Credible Government: Legitimacy, Democracy, and Non-Governmental Organizations

This article analyses emerging trans-global networks of governance that are coming to light within a post-democratic form of governance that relies upon specific technologies of credibility building, as opposed to universalistic mechanisms of representation. Using the NGO sector as a model, and using examples from fieldwork conducted in the unraveled contexts of Bosnia and Croatia, and the unraveling context of Ecuador over the past decade, we show how intervention within the global south and post conflict realms, although often couched using such master terms as democracy, development and freedom, are in fact geared towards the generation of political legitimacy and influence through relationships based upon the exchange of credibility.

Need to know vs. need to share: information technology and the intersecting work of police,fire and paramedics

Emergency preparedness concerns over inadequate emergency interoperability among police, fire and emergency medical services (EMS) have led to the adoption of shared information technologies. Using a social worlds/arenas framework, I ethnographically study police, fire and EMS, as ‘users’ of technology, to understand how they interact with their technologies, and the ways in which their respective organizational contexts, cultures and practices shape technological functioning and collaborative action. From this analysis, I uncover social world contexts (ideologies) and individual actions (social legitimation and hierarchy of credibility) that alter technological functioning and create impediments to emergency interoperability. I further highlight an important ideological disconnect between the design and in-situ application of emergency technologies. I conclude by discussing the extent to which policies and technological innovations cannot, in and of themselves, address emergency preparedness concerns.

在公共事件中网络媒体的公共角色日益显现,其社会影响力对传统媒体形成挑战,报纸等传统媒体在公共事件中如何扮演好公共角色以提高其公信力?传统媒体通过在公共事件报道中的角色扮演,公共议题的建构、公众参与平台搭建、促成社会共识等方面于提升了媒体影响力和公信力。     

Cultural perceptions of public relations gender roles in Romania

This study examines attitudes about gender roles and their implications for public relations practice in Romania. Results reveal Romanians still hold traditional views, but women held a more liberal view of their role in society and in the workplace. The study supports that history and socio-cultural values are important factors in understanding the context in which attitudes about workplace roles are formed, which can increase understanding of public relations in transitional countries in Europe.

司法公信力生成基础研究

司法公信力是社会法治进程中逐步形成的建立在一定社会基础之上的反映国家司法机关与社会公众之间信用、信任关系的社会现象,是社会司法文明的产物。司法公信力生成需要契合社会公平正义的价值取向,需要获得社会公众的普遍心理认同,需要特定的社会政治、经济、文化环境,需要有与之配套的社会制度保障,只有这些基础性条件具备以后,司法公信力才可能逐步孕育并发展成熟。同时,司法公信力在其生成演化过程中也不可缺少理论层面的论证与支持,社会契约论、法治理论是促成司法公信力生成的理论基础。     

社会诚信:高校学生资助工作风险防范的基石——从社会学视角谈高校资助工作的风险防范

高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作中,存在着一些反映社会信用缺失的现象。从社会学的视角,对高校资助工作中社会信用缺失风险的表现、影响因素做了系统分析,并立足高校资助工作的实际,针对性地提出了建构诚信文化机制、严格工作规范机制、建立系统评价机制、强化社会监督机制等防范对策。     

诚信的经济伦理价值

诚信是对经济主体行为的一种规范要求，诚信内含经济关系中的等价原则、公平原则、守信原则等功利伦理精神。诚信具有降低交易费用的经济功能；诚信作为制度安排提供了交易的秩序；诚信作为交易的宏观手段有利于提高社会资源配置的效率；信用交易方式的出现带来了市场交易的变革。
