“艺术化”与“社会化”的批评价值观辨析

建国以来的文学批评价值观从总体上可划分为＂艺术化＂和＂社会化＂两种。＂艺术化＂的批评价值观坚持文学的审美价值取向,＂社会化＂的批评价值观坚持文学的社会功利价值取向。文学价值是一个多元价值系统,相应的文学批评的价值取向无疑也是多元的。＂文学化＂批评和＂泛文学化＂批评各有其合理性和局限性。     

艺术想象在中西文论中的分途异趋

西方之想象与中国之神思，异名而同实，均指形象思维。西方自柏拉图、亚里斯多德以降，至菲洛斯特拉托斯方为之一变，从否定趋向肯定。借英国经验派之力，浪漫主义在反抗欧陆理性主义时，着力标举想象。其后，荦荦大者有二：一是维柯《新科学》；二是鲍姆嘉通的《美学》。在神思论发展演变的历史长河中，有三部里程碑式的杰作：即陆机《文赋》、刘勰《文心雕龙·神思》和叶燮的《原诗》。想象与神思，异轨同奔，虽有契合之处，但分歧也比比皆是。推究起来，则是中西思维方式的不同，实际上可归原为中西文化的差异。     

Rational-experiential thinking style and rational intergroup cooperation: the moderating role of intergroup conflict / Estilos de pensamiento racional-experiencial y la cooperación intergrupal racional: el rol modulador del conflicto intergrupal

Cooperative relationships between groups are difficult because of the high human capability to differentiate between in-group vs. out-group members. This obstacle exists even when the groups can obtain benefits for themselves from cooperation with other groups (rational cooperation). Based on an interactionist approach, the authors propose that personal (individual differences) and situational (conflicts) factors contribute to rational intergroup cooperation. The authors conducted a preliminary correlational study (Study 1) and an experimental investigation (Study 2). In Study 1, the authors examined, with 105 participants, the psychometric properties of the Spanish version of the Rational–Experiential Inventory (REI), measuring individual differences in information processing. In Study 2, the authors conducted an experimental investigation with 141 participants, testing the role of individual differences and conflict in intergroup rational cooperation. Findings of Study 1 showed that the scale has adequate psychometric properties. Results of Study 2 confirmed that the existence of both manipulated and perceived intergroup conflict reduces the magnitudes of the relationships between rational ability and rational cooperation. In addition, perceived intergroup conflict increased the magnitude of the links from experiential ability and experimental engagement to rational cooperation. Both individual differences and previous conflict have a role in predicting rational intergroup cooperation. According to the interactionist approach, personal and situational factors should be considered in the understanding of intergroup relationships.     

The Trouble With Triumph: Discourses of Governmentality in Mainstream Media Representations of Urban Youth

The Assets Coming Together for Youth project conducted a critical discourse analysis of mainstream media depictions of Jane-Finch to better understand the discursive strategies used to constitute urban youth. Although a substantive body of literature investigates the negative discourses, little analysis interrogates the nominally positive discourses deployed by mainstream media. The findings suggest that the sociopolitical significance of these nominally positive discourses may go uncontested and pose a challenge to communities advocating for policies to support urban youth development. These discourses are examined using governmentality theory to reveal how racialized narratives of individual triumph re/produce troubled communities.     

传统地域文化在当代遗址保护性景观设计中的应用

针对当代中国景观设计中存在的地域文化特色缺失问题，利用当代遗址保护性景观设计案例的性质与特点，通过文化遗产保护和自然生态相结合的出发点，从理解遗址区位背景、尊重遗址传统地域文化、提炼遗址文化精髓、遗址文化精髓结合设计手法、设计手法规划分析五个方面，构成整个案例与传统地域文化在景观设计中的应用体系，并深入分析其步骤、手法。本文从遗址性景观设计案例人手，结合传统地域文化来探讨我们的设计思维与应用。     

霍克海默批判理论中的人道主义思想悖论

本文通过分析霍克海默的"传统与批判理论",认为西方马克思主义中同时存在着人道主义和反人道主义的观点,这在西方马克思主义理论家的思想中形成了一种悖论式的存在。但是这种悖论在深层次上并不矛盾,同时服务于西方马克思主义对资本主义批判的旨归。

美国戏剧家尤金·奥尼尔心仪东方思想、尤其是中国道家 ,“东方特色”成为其作品最重要、最显著的一个方面。本文介绍并分析了奥尼尔对东方宗教与哲学的兴趣与其戏剧创作的关系及其个人世界观和人生观方面的原因 ,并指出其社会文化根源以及在东西方文化交流趋势中的体现。

Incorporating knowledge management as HRD strategy: the case of a Korean electronics company

Abstract

There is no doubt that knowledge management is now a very dominant theme in modern enterprises. To survive and compete in a knowledge-based economy, companies must learn to manage and sustain their intellectual assets. As a number of practitioners have noted, human resources play an important role in the transition process to the knowledge-based economy. This transition process is characterized by participant-driven integrative teamwork for dealing with various tasks and issues in organizations. This article presents a case study of the development of human resources in the context of knowledge management, which is based on systems thinking, exploring the process of problematization. It is based on a Foucauldian approach to expose the social relationship of power, knowledge and subjectivization in the problem-solving practice.     

Critically assessing digital documents: materiality and the interpretative role of software

As a contribution to the ongoing tradition of critically assessing documents for research, this paper aims to highlight materiality as a key factor in the co-shaping of knowledge derived from digital documents. The paper first builds upon prior debates in document studies with work from the fields of Science and Technology Studies, and Communication Studies, to establish the role of document materiality in the interpretative process. By first establishing digital documents’ material reality as electrical signal, the paper then discusses the interpretative role of software, in both the representation of that signal for human interpretation and the production of the document through software tools. Finally, the paper considers the implications for persistence and access to digital documents posed by their material reality and the private archival contexts in which they often reside.
