美学研究之当下论域与理论前景

近年来,我国的美学研究蓬勃发展,美学基本原理探讨成效显著,中外美学史梳理有条不紊,部门美学研究异彩纷呈,流派美学研究乐此不疲。其主要特征有五:一是参与者众,成果五花八门;二是师承关系明显,排异性强;三是教材各异,令人无所适从;四是思辨者多,实验取证者少,归纳总结者多,创新者少;五是学位论文俨然成为新见主产地。研究方法主要有哲学思辨法、心理还原法以及语义分析、经验主义、社会学、历史学、系统论等。不足之处即为缺乏理论创新,鲜有大师级人物出现,故此未来之研究应以创新为第一要务,力求把深奥难懂的美学理论阐发得通俗易懂。     

马克思拜物教批判的逻辑进路与方法论意义

随着现代性社会的兴起，物化处境也逐渐得以生成。马克思拜物教批判思想旨在回应这一物化处境。通过三位一体的拜物教批判，马克思深刻揭示了商品、货币和资本等物象对人与人之间社会关系的掩盖。拜物教批判的逻辑展开，不仅是现代市民社会的政治经济学解剖，而且是意识形态批判的具体化和深刻化。马克思拜物教批判思想的方法论意义在于，一方面用关系性思维取代实体性思维来进行拜物教批判；另一方面，在现代性社会中要就现实层面和观念层面双向展开拜物教批判。     

HR systems and leadership attachment affecting idea generation and implementation: An experiment and two-source multi-level study

This paper focuses on the direct and interactive influence of leadership attachment styles (secure, anxious, and avoidant) and commitment HR system on two distinct stages of the individual innovation process—idea generation and implementation. We test our hypotheses in two studies. An experimental study of undergraduate students establishes a positive effect of secure attachment on idea implementation. The interplay between commitment HR system and avoidant attachment marginally predict idea generation; commitment HR system and neither secure nor anxious attachment predict implementation. A multisource multi-level field study in three EU-based private firms replicates the direct role of commitment HR system in stimulating idea implementation (but not generation) and suggests that secure attachment fosters both generation and implementation, whereas anxious attachment hinders both. Moderation analyses support only a marginal interaction between commitment HR system and secure attachment in fostering idea generation. We discuss theoretical, practical, and future research implications.

当代中国社会的转型,是传统社会向现代社会的转型,是传统因素减少与现代因素增多的过程。当代中国社会的转型"涉及到人类思想和行为所有领域的变革",必将为我国宪法的实施提供诸如政治、经济、文化等方面的积极条件,从而促进我国宪法的良好实施。     

‘Let's Talk About Children’: Investigating the Use of a Family‐focused Intervention in the Gambling Support Services Sector

The family‐focused mental health intervention, ‘Let's Talk About Children,’ has positively influenced the lives of families affected by parental mental illness. This paper outlines the use of this brief, strengths‐based intervention for parents with gambling and other co‐occurring issues from the gamblers’ support services sector. Over a six‐month period, a training manual and accompanying resources were adapted for the gamblers’ support services sector and a targeted training session developed. Nine problem gambling counsellors from three Victorian gambling support services trialled the Let's Talk About Children intervention over a four‐month period. Qualitative data were gathered through focus groups, interviews, and practice enquiry groups to determine the impact of the Let's Talk About Children model for gambling support services. The results are presented as ‘practice wisdoms and recommendations’ reporting on the impact of the trial and to provide some guidance to support others in the implementation of a specific family‐focused intervention. This paper reports on the first exploratory trial of Let's Talk About Children for the gambler's support services sector in Australia.     

Unacceptable forms of work: A multidimensional model

Unacceptable forms of work (UFW) have been identified as an “area of critical importance” for the ILO as it approaches its centenary. Yet there is currently no comprehensive elaboration of the dimensions, causes or manifestations of UFW. This article reports on a research project that has proposed such a framework. The article first investigates and reconceptualizes key discourses on contemporary work to identify their contribution to an analytically rigorous conception of UFW. It then outlines a novel Multidimensional Model that has been designed for use by local policy actors in identifying and targeting UFW in countries across a range of income levels.     

基于中外合作办学学生特点的教学管理策略研究

中外合作办学能够较好地满足我国社会对高等教育多样化的需求，提高高等院校人才培养的质量，但因中外合作办学的独特性，其招收的学生也是特点鲜明，文章在全面剖析中外合作办学学生特点和学习现状的基础上，提出了配套教学管理策略。     

女性在田野调查中的性别处境研究

当研究者进入田野，田野对象就会试图将研究者放置在一个位置上，而研究者也会给自身寻找一个适合的位置．田野对象对研究者的定位反映的即是一般的社会性别价值。通过对12位女性研究者进行访谈，拟了解女性研究者是否因自身性别而遭受困境，其性别先前理解又是如何影响她对于性别差别遭遇的反应的。结果发现，虽然处于不同的年龄、专业领域，拥有不同的生活阅历，女性研究者在田野中的经验却有着相似之处。即她们的专业角色被忽视，更多地被视为传统女性的角色。在这一现实背景下，为了使研究能够顺利进行。女性研究者通常的选择是表现得有礼貌或者不得不忍气吞声。     

湖南省学前教育普及现状调查与对策建议

湖南省实施发展学前教育三年行动计划效果明显，学前教育机构总数、在园幼儿数、学前三年毛入学率显著增加。与经济发达省份对比，湖南省学前教育普及水平还比较落后，城镇学前教育普及水平明显高于农村地区，县域之间学前教育普及水平差距明显。湖南省普及学前教育面临的主要问题是：政府主导作用发挥不够、农村学前教育普及水平落后、学前教育基础建设不足、普及学前教育路径不畅。推进湖南学前教育持续普及，需要构建学前教育公共服务体系，大力扶持农村学前教育，建立学前教育的保障体系，优化学前教育普及模式。     

黄山市音乐考级的现状调查与研究

音乐考级是对音乐能力进行的分级考试。黄山市作为皖南山城,具有浓厚的徽州文化底蕴,在当地老百姓的观念中学习艺术是旁门左道,自从十年前第一个音乐考级点建立起,至今已有三个考级单位,参与培训并获得考级证书的学员近万人。极大程度上推动了黄山市素质教育的发展,更新了老百姓的传统观念。本文通过对黄山市音乐考级现状的调查与分析,了解本市音乐考级这一机制的运行情况,总结音乐考级带来的成效以及存在的不良发展趋向,提出解决弊端的方法并对黄山市音乐考级未来发展提出建设性的建议。
