差异化医保下的双层医疗系统定价方案分析

在差异化医保的背景下,研究存在政府引导的双层医疗系统定价问题。构建独立决策和医联体共同决策的定价模型,通过对比两种决策方案下的系统成员收益来制定最优定价策略,同时探讨医院间治疗水平差距对于系统收益的影响。结果表明:提高社区医院的治疗水平不一定使患者收益增加,提升三甲医院的医疗能力才能使医疗机构收益及患者收益提升;仅当两医院间治疗差距较大时才能形成医联体,但却不一定对系统成员有利;同时,医联体模式“降价不提质”,大多数情况下独立定价反而是最优的定价方案。     

A Response to Commentary on Faust,Bridges, and Ahern's (2009) “Methods for the Identification of Sexually Abused Children”

With every Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders that has been published, there has been controversy within controversy; however, what appears to be lacking is the importance of truly understanding what, why, and how the changes impact the community at large. Issues such as homosexuality, the five axial diagnostic system, and transitioning from a medical model to a biopsychosocial model have been hot topics that have led clinicians to challenge the reliability and validity of the manual throughout history. As clinicians and medical professionals, it is important to objectively look at the manual and become educated on how and why these changes exist. With that being said, this commentary aims to challenge the article “Commentary: Problems with the Sexual Disorders Sections of DSM-5” by Colin A. Ross (2015). The structure of this commentary purposefully mirrors the structure of the commentary that it is challenging.     

规范操控下的中国近代小说翻译

翻译是一种语言活动,也是一种社会和跨文化交际活动。翻译中各项活动,如文本的选择、翻译策略的运用、译作的推出等均受到社会、文化等外部因素的制约和规范。文章借助图里的翻译规范理论,考查和探讨中国近代特定社会文化环境对中国近代小说翻译活动的规范情形,对中国近代小说翻译进行描述性分析,重新审视这段颇有争议的翻译史。     

职场英语教学中师生主体认知思维的培养

以信息瞬息万变的时代为背景，以国际经济信息语境为客体，以培养掌握宏观经济信息语境为目标的职场英语的师生为主体，并着眼于语言学、哲学、经济学等多视角，引入存在论、元认知、统筹论，提出职场英语教学应积极开展主体认知思维培养，才能主动迎战大数据时代和信息碎片化带来的诸多挑战。强调主体认知思维，实质是要全面认知如何主动实现自身的价值观，使职场英语教学真正能以高端服务培养优质人才。     

Multicriteria decision support for global e-government evaluation

E-government refers to the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) by governments to provide digital services to citizens and businesses over the Internet, at local, national or international level. Benchmarking and assessing e-government is therefore necessary to monitor performance and progress by individual countries and identify areas for improvement. Although such measurements have already been initiated by various organizations, they scarcely highlight the multidimensional nature of the assessment. This paper outlines a multicriteria methodology to evaluate e-government using a system of eight evaluation criteria that are built on four points of view: (1) infrastructures, (2) investments, (3) e-processes, and (4) users’ attitude. The overall evaluation is obtained through an additive value model which is assessed with the involvement of a single decision maker–evaluator and the use of a multicriteria ordinal regression approach. Specifically, the UTA II method is used, whose interactive application process is divided in two phases. Its implementation is supported by MIIDAS (multicriteria interactive intelligent decision aiding system). This research work aims at supporting potential stakeholders to perform a global e-government evaluation, based on their own viewpoints and preferences. Finally, 21 European countries are evaluated and ranked considering the latest criteria data.     

Juror Perceptions of Child Eyewitness Testimony in a Sexual Abuse Trial

ABSTRACT

A mock child sexual abuse trial was used to study juror perceptions of child eyewitnesses. The child's age (5, 11, or 16) and level of involvement (victim or bystander) were varied across conditions in order to test their impact on juror perceptions and verdict. Results indicated a significant effect of level of involvement on the verdict; defendants in trials involving a bystander witness received higher guilt ratings than defendants in trials with a victim-witness. In addition, jurors perceived the child's eyewitness testimony to be more believable when the child was younger. Implications for the impact of these findings on real-life child sexual abuse cases are discussed.     

UNDERSTANDING THE IMPACT OF THE MOTHER-CHILD RELATIONSHIP ON SEX WORKERS’ DECISION TO ENTER AND LEAVE THE STREETS – LESSONS FOR SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE

This paper focuses on ‘streetwalkers’ and ‘street sex workers’ who are unlicensed sex workers not belonging to a brothel and subject to criminalization. They often face great stigmatization and are usually considered victims by service providers. Five Singaporean ex-streetwalkers (n = 5), who had left the streets for at least six months and were currently receiving or had previously received skills training at a social service agency, participated in this study. Using an agentic framework and social relational theory principles, this qualitative study explored the impact of streetwalkers’ relationship with their children on their decision to enter and leave the streets and reasons for their successful help-seeking experiences. Findings revealed them to be agents who actively used strategies to meet their goals and to sustain close relationships with their children. The mother–child relationship context was a key influence on their decision to enter and/or leave the streets. Social work practice implications include tailoring service delivery to tap into their agentic capacities and identity as mothers; research and training in provision of proactive social services in a non-judgmental manner to preserve the dignity of these women while meeting both their own and their children’s needs.     

矿业权的嘱托登记初论

我国目前的矿业权登记既是对于矿业权作为私权利的确认和公示,又体现了国家对于矿业权人行为的管理和监督,具有私权和公权的混合属性。人民法院对于矿业权的私权变动做出的司法认定,不能取代登记机关对于矿业权变动条件的公法审查。矿业权登记机关对于符合公法条件的矿业权司法认定,应该依法予以登记,对于不符合公法条件的矿业权司法认定,则仅可对于其私权的变动部分作他项权登记。

对马克思人的发展三形态理论的深入解读，需从马克思世界历史理论语境探讨“人的自由而全面的发展”。这样，讨论的逻辑就应是先弄清马克思讨论“人的自由而全面的发展”的历史前提，研究马克思提出的人的三形态理论与“人的自由而全面的发展”的关系，从而为中国特色社会主义建设实践提供方法论上的意义。     

语境在语用学研究中的功能与作用

语境就是语言的使用环境。有学者认为,语用学其实就是一门语境学。中外学者对语用学下的定义尽管多种多样,但大都是从语境这一因素出发。从语用学的研究内容和范围(如语用含义、语言环境、前提关系、言语行为)诸方面看,语境都是最重要的。所以说,语境在语用学研究中占有核心地位作用。
