基于住房“过滤”模型的住房福利政策的影响分析

住房“过滤”论近年来主要用于住房福利的研究，文章从我国目前的市场情况出发，建立住房三市场“过滤”模型，分析了“两限房”和经济适用房在处于低级市场并且被低收入者购买、处于中级市场被中级收入者购买等情况下对住房市场的影响；“廉租房”实行实物配租和货币补贴这两种情况下对住房市场的影响，并给出了结论和建议。

讨论了双交错Millitron慢波系统的设计方法,并采用通过式谐振法对双交错Millitron的色散特性进行了实验研究,给出了实验结果,并和作者所得到的理论结果[4]进行了比较,分析了出现误盖的原因。     

在线双向拍卖中的不完全信息博弈仿真研究

双向拍卖机制能较好地解决在线拍卖中如何有效利用网络资源、减轻网络负荷的问题,而构造双向拍卖的报价模型和策略是其重要内容之一。从实验经济学方法的角度,构造了在线双向拍卖中不完全信息博弈下存在的贝叶斯—纳什均衡并求解,通过计算机仿真详细分析了该模型的特点和可行性,为高效利用网络资源、提高在线拍卖效率提供了可行的思路。     

博弈下的暗涌——解读20世纪中期英国加勒比流散文学

20世纪中期英国殖民统治逐渐走向衰落,与此同时美国正在迅速崛起,曾称霸一时的英国文化面临着被其取代甚至同化的危机。因此英国文化不断寻找着既能助其保持殖民统治,又能抵制美国化的同盟军。它们在英国加勒比移民文化中找到了可团结的力量,以此一度对加勒比移民采取拉拢的态度。反映在文学上,加勒比流散文学也需要这种拉拢才能得到英国主流文化的承认,并确立其在英国的地位,因此欣然接受拉拢,甚至主动向其靠拢;但流散书写总是不断对自我身份进行重新审视,这使加勒比作家进一步反抗殖民主义和帝国主义对其的统治。由此,二者之间虽呈现出短暂的、反常的融洽,但这种平衡终究会被打破。20世纪中期英国加勒比流散文学正是这一特殊时期的典型反映。     

产品服务供应链的“双重收益共享”合作机制

产品与服务融合缓解了"供需错位"矛盾，使得产品服务供应链探索成为"供给侧结构性改革"下供需结构性匹配的重要路径。本文刻画产品服务视角下供应链组织结构的本质特征，构建产品服务供应链合作模型，探讨合作机制下"帕累托改进"区间存在性，揭示合作机制对产品服务供应链效率的作用机理。核心研究发现：供应链多元化组织结构加剧收益分配冲突，并导致服务规模与供应链效率"倒挂"现象，而合作机制下"双重收益共享"合作模型能提升产品服务供应链效率。     

Housing hardship and energy insecurity among native-born and immigrant low-income families with children in the United States

The costs for rent and utilities account for the largest share of living expenses, yet these two critical dimensions of material hardship have seldom been examined concurrently in population-based studies. This paper employs multivariate statistical analysis using American Community Survey data to demonstrate the relative risk ratio of low-income renter-occupied households with children experiencing ‘rent burden', ‘energy insecurity', or a ‘double burden’ as opposed to no burden. Findings suggest that low-income households are more likely to experience these economic hardships in general but that specific groups are disproportionately burdened in different ways. For instance, whereas immigrants are more likely to experience rental burden, they are less likely to experience energy insecurity and are also spared from the double burden. In contrast, native-born African Americans are more likely than all other groups to experience the double burden. These results may be driven by the housing stock available to certain groups due to racial residential segregation, decisions regarding the quality of housing low-income householders are able to afford, as well as home-country values, such as modest living and energy conservation practices, among immigrant families. This paper also points to important policy gaps in safety net benefits related to housing and energy targeting low-income households.     

More on the ontological status of autism and double empathy

This response to Milton’s recent article on the ontological status of autism and double empathy also explores, through the lens of ‘double empathy’ and ‘theory of mind’, the issues of relationality and interaction that researchers in the fields of cognitive neuroscience and psychology hardly acknowledge. I go on to consider Wittgenstein’s criteriological view of mind, propose a synthesis of theory to describe autism, and suggest that public criteria of a non-autistic ontology enable many autistic people to eventually develop the understanding of other (non-autistic) minds that, in turn, enables them to survive, and even thrive.     

“科学技术是双刃剑”质疑

在学术界,持"科学技术是双刃剑"论的学者,似乎没有真正搞清楚科学技术的基本性质,因而他们的观点存在诸多明显缺陷。科学技术具有真、善、美的本性。具有真、善、美本性的科学技术,不可能同时包含着假、恶、丑的内容,因而"科学技术是双刃剑"的命题不合逻辑。人类在利用科学技术从事实践活动的过程中,常常会受到来自自然界盲目力量的报复,那是因为人类的无知。而一些个人、团体和国家利用科学技术从事犯罪活动,则根源于他们的贪婪,没有理由把他们犯下的罪行归咎于科学技术。

关于高校管理中“双肩挑”问题的探讨

为了做好专业技术岗位聘用工作,高校应该认真研究普遍存在的“双肩挑”人员的管理现状和探索新的使用方法。笔者对高校中“双肩挑”管理模式现行管理政策与措施进行了调查和研究,提出了应加强对“双肩挑”岗位设置的管理,同时,应注重管理队伍朝着专职和专业的方向发展,并在高校中逐步提高学术权力的领导地位、建立新时期高校管理体制的新格局和确保高校人事管理科学发展的建议。
