湿空气的图解法及图

本文提出了湿空气的图解法，导出了符合工程习惯的湿空气的计算式，绘制了湿空气的－温图，－压图与－湿图，并给出了算例。本文所提供的湿空气的图解法使湿空气的计算与湿空气其它参数的计算一样简便。     

天线罩覆盖的波束近轴场

本文根据复射线法对通过介质天线罩的高斯波束场进行近轴近似分析。实空间的轴向复射线追综大大简化了计算过程,而复相位差、反射-传输系数和曲面扩散系数的进一步校正则提供了相当精确的结果。所得数字结果表明,在波束的近轴区域内为获得同样的计算精度,近轴近似法所需要的计算机时间远小于复射线追综法的时间。     

Bayesian sample‐size determination methods considering both worthwhileness and unpromisingness for exploratory two‐arm randomized clinical trials with binary endpoints

A randomized exploratory clinical trial comparing an experimental treatment with a control treatment on a binary endpoint is often conducted to make a go or no‐go decision. Such an exploratory trial needs to have an adequate sample size such that it will provide convincing evidence that the experimental treatment is either worthwhile or unpromising relative to the control treatment. In this paper, we propose three new sample‐size determination methods for an exploratory trial, which utilize the posterior probabilities calculated from predefined efficacy and inefficacy criteria leading to a declaration of the worthwhileness or unpromisingness of the experimental treatment. Simulation studies, including numerical investigation, showed that all three methods could declare the experimental treatment as worthwhile or unpromising with a high probability when the true response probability of the experimental treatment group is higher or lower, respectively, than that of the control treatment group.     

Indicator development as a site of collective imagination? The case of European Commission policies on the circular economy

ABSTRACT

In recent years the concept of the circular economy gained prominence in EU policy-making. The circular economy promotes a future in which linear ‘make-use-dispose’ cultures are replaced by more circular models. In this paper, we use the concept of sociotechnical imaginaries to ask how an imaginary of circularity has been assembled and stabilized, which imaginative resources were drawn on, and how goals, priorities, benefits and risks haven been merged with discourses of innovation, sustainability and growth. Drawing on policy documents and interviews with policy officers of the European Commission, we argue that the monitoring framework and indicator development function as a site collective imagination in which desirable ‘circular’ futures are co-produced. These futures are imagined to provide novel opportunities for the private sector and to generate jobs and economic growth while at the same time improving the natural environment as measured by selected environmental indicators.     

自然资源资产产权制度的反思与重构

中国自然资源资产产权制度失灵造成了自然资源产品的成本结构畸形化、价格构成单一化等问题.以租值耗散理论为视角,分析得出自然资源产权虚置与价格管制是导致自然资源产权制度缺陷的根源.解决上述问题,需要从厘清自然资源资产产权结构要素、维护自然资源资产的市场交易、规范自然资源资产宏观管理环境、调处自然资源资产产权纠纷等四个方面形塑自然资源资产产权制度.     

成本管理中成本计算方法的选择

企业成本计算方法有两种:成本核算法和作业成本法。成本核算法如运用不当会导致产品成本信息失真、决策依据失真和成本失控等问题;作业成本法相对来说优点更多,是现代企业成本管理中成本计算方法的最佳选择;扬者二之长,使之共同发挥作用,可以达到更好的效果。     

消费信任发生机制探索——一项基于中国本土的实证研究

信任是促进消费者购买的关键因素之一。本研究在梳理以信任为研究主题的文献基础上,对消费信任的发生机制进行探索,编制了消费信任发生机制的量表,并运用此量表调查了中国7个省市和地区的529名消费者,采用结构方程模型检验消费信任的发生机制模型。结果表明,声望和理性计算结果对消费信任的产生具有重要影响,消费者做决策时对刻板印象的偏好及其对商家的认同也对消费信任具有显著影响。     

对《劳动合同法》实施中经济补偿金的探讨

经济补偿金是对劳动者在用人单位所作贡献的补偿并兼具社会保障功能,在劳动合同解除或终止后,用人单位都应依法支付给劳动者经济补偿。在解读《劳动合同法》的基础上,探讨了经济补偿金的计算方法。     

我国机场环境外部成本计量及内部化研究

利用HPM法和ICAO发动机排放数据库构建航空运输业噪声和排放环境外部成本测算模型,选取首都国际机场等6个机场作为实证研究的对象,测算其2008年噪声和排放产生的环境外部成本,可以看出我国机场普遍存在显著的环境外部成本。根据外部成本内部化的经济理论,针对我国航空运输业的发展现状可实施机场噪声收费和排放权交易制度,将我国航空运输业环境外部成本内部化。
