试论孔子"为政先礼"的治国方略

孔子生活时代 ,“礼”的政治含义和思想内涵是“礼制”、“礼仪”、“礼治”、“礼俗”。孔子建立“礼”治社会的主张和措施是“礼以教人”、当权者率先“好礼”、“克己复礼”。孔子对“礼制”的创新和改革表现为“损益”西周以来的礼制 ,扩大“礼治”的社会基础 ,向传统的“礼教”提出挑战     

普通高校体育教学内容改革构想

普通高校体育教学内容在以“健康第一”及“终身健身”思想的指导下,改造竞技体育运动项目,吸取我国民族、民间传统体育,安排足够时间的体育与健康理论知识的传授。面向全体学生,调动其学习积极性,提高大学生身心健康水平与终身健身的意识。     

对"实践"定义的逻辑质疑

从普通逻辑上讲,“马克思主义哲学原理”教科书中的“实践”定义不够规范。存在着定义过宽的逻辑错误。本文提出了两种解决方案。

明代中叶以来,社会生产力的提高和商品经济的发展使中国城乡手工业的发展达到很高的水平,出现了与近代欧洲早期相似的工场手工业,也就是早期工业化,这意味着在西方以大工业生产为基础的现代设计"冲击"中国造物艺术之前,中国早期工业化的发展已具备了一定的生产基础而非空白,也就是说,西方现代设计的最初引入,中国并不只是处于一种被动的局面,而是在传统设计的积累与工场手工业的基础上作出了一种积极的"回应"。     

The Gambling Self-Efficacy Questionnaire: An Initial Psychometric Evaluation

Instruments to assess individuals' self-efficacy for the control of addictive behaviors have been useful for monitoring behavior change, predicting maintenance of treatment gains, and identifying potential relapse situations. The Gambling Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (GSEQ) was developed to assess perceived self-efficacy to control gambling behavior. A demographically diverse sample of 309 adult gamblers completed an initial set of 42 items, of which 16 were selected to form the final version of the GSEQ. The GSEQ showed high internal consistency ( = .96) and good test-retest reliability (r = .86). A factor analysis provided some support for a unitary factor structure. As expected, GSEQ scores were negatively correlated with reports of problematic gambling behavior. Participants experiencing problems related to their gambling behavior scored significantly lower on the GSEQ than those who were not experiencing gambling problems. This psychometric examination of the GSEQ supported its potential utility for treatment planning and outcome evaluation with problem gamblers.     

思辨“必需”与“够用”

在职业技术教育中 ,对文化基础理论课教学的“必需”、“够用”观点 ,出现了认识及实践上的偏颇。为了能正确认识“必需”与“够用”观点 ,使其在指导实践中发挥应有作用 ,本文提出了“适度”基础上的“够用”,“充分”前提下“必需”的观点 ,以满足素质教育和创新教育的需要。     

论我国高校“人文教育”本科专业设置之必要性

中国大学通识教育二十年的理性反思

通识教育作为教育理念和教育实践的统一体,是重要的高等教育内容。我国内地大学通识教育近二十年（1987-2006）的发展经历了三个阶段,省察理论研究与教学实践中存在的问题,可以更好地把握通识教育的发展脉络,提高我国大学的通识教育水平。     

Semiparametric Likelihood Based Method for Goodness of Fit Tests and Estimation in Upgraded Mixture Models

We use Owen's (1988, 1990) empirical likelihood method in upgraded mixture models. Two groups of independent observations are available. One is z ₁, ..., z _n which is observed directly from a distribution F ( z ). The other one is x ₁, ..., x _m which is observed indirectly from F ( z ), where the x _i s have density ∫ p ( x | z ) dF ( z ) and p ( x | z ) is a conditional density function. We are interested in testing H ₀: p ( x | z ) = p ( x | z ; θ ), for some specified smooth density function. A semiparametric likelihood ratio based statistic is proposed and it is shown that it converges to a chi-squared distribution. This is a simple method for doing goodness of fit tests, especially when x is a discrete variable with finitely many values. In addition, we discuss estimation of θ and F ( z ) when H ₀ is true. The connection between upgraded mixture models and general estimating equations is pointed out.
