独立学院通信工程专业实践教学体系构建探索

分析通信工程专业的特点,以天津理工大学中环信息学院为例,针对目前教学内容、教学方式、实践环节进行了研究和改革,采取校企结合的有效措施,让学生融入通信专业的工程环境,构建相对完善的实践教学体系,大大增强了学生的创新意识和综合分析问题、解决问题的能力。     

A simulation study of methods for selecting subgroup‐specific doses in phase 1 trials

Patient heterogeneity may complicate dose‐finding in phase 1 clinical trials if the dose‐toxicity curves differ between subgroups. Conducting separate trials within subgroups may lead to infeasibly small sample sizes in subgroups having low prevalence. Alternatively,it is not obvious how to conduct a single trial while accounting for heterogeneity. To address this problem,we consider a generalization of the continual reassessment method on the basis of a hierarchical Bayesian dose‐toxicity model that borrows strength between subgroups under the assumption that the subgroups are exchangeable. We evaluate a design using this model that includes subgroup‐specific dose selection and safety rules. A simulation study is presented that includes comparison of this method to 3 alternative approaches,on the basis of nonhierarchical models,that make different types of assumptions about within‐subgroup dose‐toxicity curves. The simulations show that the hierarchical model‐based method is recommended in settings where the dose‐toxicity curves are exchangeable between subgroups. We present practical guidelines for application and provide computer programs for trial simulation and conduct.

电动空调涡旋压缩机型线优化

选取我国三大经济区2001—2017年的数据,运用面板数据模型分析了政府财政、金融市场及其相互作用对区域自主创新能力提升的影响,结果表明:政府财政对自主创新能力的提升作用较金融市场更为显著,但三大经济区存在差异;就全国总体而言,金融支持效率指标在是否存在政府中介的情况下均不显著,金融市场对自主创新的支持效率还很低下;误差修正模型表明区域自主创新能力提升还受自身前期自主创新能力水平影响;人力资本的投入对区域自主创新能力的提升起到至关重要的作用。     

试论技术预见在自主创新中的作用

技术预见是对于未来较长时期的科学技术、经济和社会发展的系统研究,它有别于技术预测,遵循所谓的"5C"原则。技术预见符合当代技术创新的发展的新要求,在自主创新中能起到战略导航系统的作用。技术预见能提升区域自主创新能力,预测能形成自主知识产权的关键技术和最有可能实现产业化的技术项目,为制定区域科技发展规划、实现区域经济跨越式发展提供依据。     

‘I shouldn’t be living there because I am a sponger’: negotiating everyday geographies by people with learning disabilities

Learning disability policy has for some time been framed by the goal of inclusion which purports to enable people with learning disabilities to lead a ‘life like any other’ person. This article examines the extent to which this is the case in England, by tracing the lived experiences of people with learning disabilities within their communities. The article draws on two interlinked qualitative studies involving interviews that examined their local place-based experiences of inclusion and exclusion. The findings reveal ‘moments of inclusion’ and opportunities for social encounter from peer support, but these were situated amidst wider experiences of exclusion and harassment.     

A robust multivariate measurement error model with skew-normal/independent distributions and Bayesian MCMC implementation

Skew-normal/independent distributions are a class of asymmetric thick-tailed distributions that include the skew-normal distribution as a special case. In this paper, we explore the use of Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods to develop a Bayesian analysis in multivariate measurement errors models. We propose the use of skew-normal/independent distributions to model the unobserved value of the covariates (latent variable) and symmetric normal/independent distributions for the random errors term, providing an appealing robust alternative to the usual symmetric process in multivariate measurement errors models. Among the distributions that belong to this class of distributions, we examine univariate and multivariate versions of the skew-normal, skew-t, skew-slash and skew-contaminated normal distributions. The results and methods are applied to a real data set.     

推进区域自主创新联盟发展研究——基于湖南十四个市州的调研分析

通过对湖南区域创新能力现状、湖南区域产业发展现状进行分析,对湖南区域技术创新联盟的组建情况进行调查统计后其认为,湖南区域自主创新联盟发展应在战略性新兴产业和区域主导产业内重点推进。在战略性新兴产业内,应该在高端工程机械装备、轨道交通装备等领域内重点推进。各市州也应该根据各自主导产业或优势产业情况,在相应的领域内重点推进。
