德国个人资料保护法简论

德国联邦个人资料保护法是大陆法系国家最有代表性的一部个人资料保护专法,它采取统一立法模式,以信息自决权为宪法基础、一般人格权为民法基础,对全部个人资料给予同等保护。经过长期的适用和反复修订,联邦资料保护法的原则和本人权利、监督机关、损害赔偿等制度,已日臻成熟,成为大陆法系其他国家个人资料保护的立法范本。     

信息社会主义:一种社会形态的复合视角

信息社会主义作为一种技术社会形态与经济社会形态复合视角下的又一新的社会形态,它的形成和实现具有现实可能性。技术社会形态与经济社会形态都是研究人类社会发展历程的基础性视角,通过对两种社会形态理论与现实社会形态发展历程的比较研究,发现采用两种社会形态理论复合的视角可能会更好地把握社会形态的时代特征。复合视角下的社会形态呈现出多样性的特征,经过研究与分析得出结论:信息社会主义不仅在理论上最具有匹配性,而且在现实中也具有实现可能性。     

Sociotechnical Resilience: A Preliminary Concept

This article presents the concept of sociotechnical resilience by employing an interdisciplinary perspective derived from the fields of science and technology studies, human factors, safety science, organizational studies, and systems engineering. Highlighting the hybrid nature of sociotechnical systems, we identify three main constituents that characterize sociotechnical resilience: informational relations, sociomaterial structures, and anticipatory practices. Further, we frame sociotechnical resilience as undergirded by the notion of transformability with an emphasis on intentional activities, focusing on the ability of sociotechnical systems to shift from one form to another in the aftermath of shock and disturbance. We propose that the triad of relations, structures, and practices are fundamental aspects required to comprehend the resilience of sociotechnical systems during times of crisis.     

数字农业教育与学生信息素质培养研究

本文结合我校非计算机专业计算机应用基础课程教学实践,讨论现阶段非计算机专业数字农业教育与学生信息素质培养的关系,提出加强信息素质重要性的认识、重视实践教学、改革教学方法和教学内容、实施任务驱动等策略,从而为农业现代化培养具有高信息素质的人才。     

企业车间系统结构与工艺复杂性多维度评价

提出了信息力、能和结构复杂性信息量度量的基本概念、定义、基本原理和数学模型;建立了企业生产系统结构复杂性评价的新尺度;提出了评价方法和系统结构的简约化、复杂性减少原理;并应用此理论与方法对井工企业掘进工作面系统结构复杂性评价进行了实证研究.     

Estimating total and specific process capability indices in three-stage processes with measurement errors

In multistage processes, two kinds of process capability indices (specific and total process capability indices) are defined in each stage. The total process capability index calculates the capability of each stage when it is affected by the previous stages and the specific process capability index calculates the capability of the stage when the effects of the previous stages are eliminated. Process capability indices in multistage processes are proposed under the assumption of no measurement errors. However, sometimes this assumption may be violated and leads to misleading interpretations. In this paper, the effects of measurement errors on the specific and total process capability indices in the second and third stages of the three-stage processes are statistically analysed. In addition, the effects of the measurement errors on the bias and the mean square error value of the total and specific process capability indices in the second and third stages are studied. Finally, the effects of the measurement errors on the specific and total process capability indices are shown through a numerical example.

现代银行制度能减少因信息不对称而产生的逆向选择和道德风险 ,从而提高金融制度的运行效率。资本市场的信息反馈与直接监督功能 ,有利于企业的经营管理决策和新兴产业的发展。在经济的初级发展阶段 ,金融制度建设的重点是建立稳健高效的银行制度 ;随着经济的不断发展 ,应更重视资本市场的作用     

具有可变几何喷嘴的增压器轴流涡轮热力计算方法

本文提出具有可变几何喷嘴的增压器轴流涡轮热力计算方法。引入三个脉冲系数将脉冲涡轮按等压涡轮计算。给定通流部分尺寸,利用可变几何喷嘴来满足所驱动压气机和涡轮的配合。考虑各部实际损失,采用吴仲华燃气热力性质表迭代计算求出反动度、喷嘴出气角和喉口面积。可给定废气初温时迭代所需的初压或给定初压时迭代所需的初温,并算出涡轮当量通流面积。计算结果表明迭代计算是收敛的,算出的喷嘴喉口面积与实际相符。     

含糊其辞与语用协同

言语交际中,含糊其辞话语会产生语言协同、语境协同、信息协同、语用不协同等语用现象。语用协同既是成功交际的基础,也是言语交际顺利进行的有效运作机制。语用不协同虽会给交际带来一定的负面影响,但也不会造成交际完全失败。     

制造业的发展与未来

本文论述了未来社会对产品的需求模式及其对产品设计的影响,简要介绍了先进的制造技术,指出信息革命带来的制造业信息化趋势。最后分析了我国制造业的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了解决思路。
