结合沪深A股制造业上市公司年报数据,构建Tobit回归模型对企业研发行为进行影响因素分析和稳健性检验。结论发现,研发强度与企业规模、大股东持股比例、经营年限负相关,但与技术人员人数占比正相关;此外,销售毛利率、存货周转率、现金比率以及市销率、市净率等指标也明显左右着企业创新积极性的发挥。为此旨在透过研发部门体制改革推动企业创新发展,建议由传统龙头企业拆分设立研发型子公司,对新兴初创企业引入战略投资者;鼓励企业将生产、销售业务逐步外包,探索建立多元化内源性融资渠道;试点成立创新型创投、私募等专项基金,制定针对性财税政策扶持等。 相似文献

土地流转是实现农业现代化的基础条件之一,但是,实现土地有序流转需要建立完善的制度体系。日本近年实施的农地中间管理制度旨在通过建立农地中间管理机构(农地银行)及相应的流转机制和流转补贴制度,促进土地向农业承担主体集中,提高农业用地的利用效率和集约化程度,进而提高农业生产力。通过对该制度的细致总结和效果分析,认为中国的土地流转制度有必要以目标为导向,完善制度设计、细化政策措施、调整农业补贴并注重基层和农民参与。 相似文献
新兴资本市场普遍存在着资产误定价金融异象.在传统金融理论无法解释的情况下,可以行为金融学的相关理论,从分析师评级出发,通过投资者情绪传导,与资产误定价三者之间建立分析逻辑.通过对2009-2015年625家上市公司第一季度数据进行面板数据回归和有调节的中介效应检验,结果发现:分析师的乐观评级及调级会引起价格向上的资产误定价扩大,价格向下的资产误定价减小;乐观评级会比悲观评级引发更大程度的资产误定价;机构投资者的调节作用不显著;分析师评级及调级对资产误定价的影响是通过投资者情绪变化作为中介传导的.根据研究结论,如能在政策层面通过加强分析师队伍管理、强化投资者教育、提高机构投资者的业务素养,就能提高分析师评级的科学性与准确性,促使投资者正确对待分析师评级信息,从而减少乃至消除资产误定价,促进资本市场健康稳定发展. 相似文献

Research highlights lasting cognitive and academic challenges in youth internationally adopted from institutional care. However, there is a lack of research examining internationally adopted students' sense of membership at school and associated academic and psychological outcomes. The current study measured sense of school membership and academic and psychological outcomes in post-institutionalized internationally adopted high school students (n = 29) compared to adolescents internationally adopted from foster care (n = 28) and non-adopted adolescents (n = 32). Post-institutionalized males had a lower sense of school membership than males adopted from foster care or non-adopted males. Starting in the 2000s, Denmark and Norway have undergone extensive restructuring of their health-related social benefit programmes, including how they are governed. Several reforms have sought to enhance inter-sectoral collaboration. Aiming at ensuring patients’ faster return to work, policy-makers have instituted economic incentives to both individuals and the health and welfare organisations who handle them. Through an institutional logics approach, this paper explores how hospital social workers in these countries are experiencing these changes. The ‘social’ part of post-treatment care and rehabilitation receives more attention in the Norwegian institutional set-up than in the Danish, and whilst challenges are experienced in both countries, in group interviews Danish social workers in particular express concerns about the implications of the accelerated return-to-work focus. In both countries, they report increasing difficulties in ‘making their way through’ the state-municipal bureaucracy. However, by drawing on the formal health knowledge derived from medical settings and the symbolic capital it bestows on them, they often manage to negotiate the work-and-welfare services, thereby transforming the social context for the patients. 相似文献

Persons with disabilities created through texts as damaged goods are being ‘cured’ by workplace accommodation, a textually mediated work process. Prior to 1999, workplace accommodation in the Canadian federal public service signified the adjustments necessary to enable a disabled worker to fit into a workplace designed for able-bodied workers. In 1999, a Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) ruling known as Meiorin turned this accommodation provision on its head. Instead of being focused on individual-level fixes so that a disabled worker could be accommodated in an existing workplace, this legislation required employers to transform their workplaces so as to make them ready to receive as many different types of workers as reasonably possible from the outset. Using Dorothy E. Smith's institutional ethnography, I use my experiences as a disability rights activist employed in the Canadian federal public service to explicate how textually mediated disability discourse paralysed this groundbreaking SCC ruling. 相似文献
