当前中国的政治参与:再制度化视角

当前,中国民众的政治参与热情日益高涨,社会政治格局发生了显著的变化,中国特色的政治发展正在持续进行中。借鉴用来考察后发国家政治参与和政治发展的"亨廷顿公式"中的制度化概念,结合中国的本土政治经验对其进行修正,提炼出"再制度化"的新观点,以其作为考察当前中国政治参与和政治发展关系的中介。可以看到,政治参与促进了"再制度化"过程,而"再制度化"则是中国政治稳定发展的保障与特征。     

Preventing Credit-Card Fraud: A Goal-Setting and Prompting Intervention to Increase Cashiers’ ID-Checking Behavior

A goal-setting and prompting intervention was promoted by a restaurant manager to increase the frequency of cashiers’ ID-checking behavior. An A-B-A (Baseline-Intervention-Withdrawal) reversal design at one of two restaurants showed that the socially-valid intervention increased the percentage of ID-checked purchases significantly from 2.4% at Baseline to 35.8% during the Intervention phase. ID checking decreased slightly to 30.6% during the Withdrawal phase, showing maintenance of the target behavior. The percentage of ID-checked purchases at the control restaurant was almost nonexistent throughout the 18-week study.

＂重商＂是研讨晚清社会转型的一个关键词,它不应放在现代语境中来理解,以传统之＂商＂来＂格义＂近代经济社会的新事物赋予晚清＂重商＂思想以丰富的＂政治经济学＂内涵,其中包含着重商—重工、观念—制度、单维—系统的演进逻辑,尝试从结构性制约探寻富强之道开出了中国经济思想的近代面向。重商思想试图推动晚清经济社会的近代化进程,但封建体制的顽固性未使清政府适时通过主动的制度转换来协调社会转型,近代工商业社会的发育和转变,未能跨出划时代的步伐。     

乡村协商民主:制度化建设困境与推进思路分析

推进乡村协商民主在基层治理中更广泛更深入开展的同时,其制度化建设不可忽视。乡村协商民主的制度化,是其由文本制度的正式确立到切实落实趋于稳定的过程,但是目前乡村协商民主的制度化在制度确立及制度落实两个方面都存在建设困境,推进乡村协商民主制度化建设必须要采取完善文本制度、提升制度意识、推进保障机制和衔接既有制度等措施。     

个人关系，联盟制度化程度与战略联盟控制——针对中国企业联盟实践的分析

有效的联盟控制是实现战略联盟潜在优势的重要保证.文章针对中国企业间战略联盟中的控制方式选择与应用展开分析.基于社会交易理论和制度理论,提出中国企业间联盟中个人层次的关系与联盟层次上的制度化程度是决定中国企业间战略联盟控制方式的重要因素;同时个人关系和联盟制度化对控制方式的影响在联盟不同阶段存在显著差异.通过对365个中国企业联盟进行调研所获得的数据进行统计分析,验证了相关假说.最后对研究的理论和实践意义进行讨论.     

Corporate Ethics Codes: A New Generations' Tool for Strategic Global Management and Decision-Making

The premise of this article is that it is important to train domestic and international executives in management ethics using corporate ethics codes. Incorporating ethics codes into the professional development of executives in business and industry contributes to the institutionalization of codes in the global workplace. Ethics institutionalization imbues corporate structures with understanding, both internally and externally, of the concepts of ethics. At an east coast University School of Management a Comparative Code Method (CCM) was developed and tested. Among the major findings, was that the use of corporate codes quickly transitions employees from an individual ethical perspective to a corporate ethical perspective. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

社会转型、政治稳定与政治制度化构成了亨廷顿政治秩序论的基本要素,而三者内在的关系则构成了亨廷顿政治秩序论基本的逻辑架构。若撇开意识形态的色彩,亨廷顿政治秩序论可以为中国社会稳定提供一定的借鉴与启示:充分认识"社会稳定"是当前中国社会重要的价值目标与条件,建构科学与高效的服务型政府,提升政治吸纳能力,提升政治认同感。     

The co-optation of feminisms: a research agenda

This article introduces the thematic section “The co-optation of feminisms: a research agenda,” which brings together contributions that discuss the appropriation, dilution and reinterpretation of feminist discourses, and practices by nonfeminist actors for their purposes. Recognizing the myriad ways in which feminist scholars and activists have shared their concerns with co-optation within their respective subfields, we propose that it is productive to develop a more substantive research agenda around co-optation. In the first section, we seek to contribute to this by synthesizing the scattered literature on co-optation in various feminist subfields. Subsequently, we present a selection of studies on co-optation published outside feminist studies in order to identify concepts and empirical insights that are instructive for developing a feminist research agenda on co-optation. This forms the basis for a set of guiding questions that we propose could be helpful in analyzing co-optation. The article finally presents the contributions to this thematic section and discusses what each article adds to our understanding and conceptualization of co-optation.
