中国农村留守儿童社会保障权研究

中国农村留守儿童社会保障权是农村留守儿童享有的请求政府依法维护其生存和发展的基本权利,兼有社会权与自由权属性,并以公平与需求作为其价值基础.中国农村留守儿童社会保障权的内容非常丰富,主要包括基本生活保障权、照管保障权、教育保障权、健康保障权;这些权利的实现皆建立于中央政府、农村外出务工人员流出地政府与流入地政府的积极作为与具体援助之上.     

山区弱势留守人员问题研究——以湖北长阳县为例

我国山区面积大,经济条件相对落后,外出务工人员多,农村弱势留守人员面临的困难也多。基于对湖北长阳县的调查,分析了山区弱势留守人员的困难及原因,提出了建立服务型社区、亲情社区、强化学校和教师的教育主功能及建立健全关爱服务体系等对策。     

The Cox–Aalen model for left-truncated and right-censored data

We analyze left-truncated and right-censored (LTRC) data using an additive-multiplicative Cox–Aalen model proposed by Scheike and Zhang (2002), which extends the Cox regression model as well as the additive Aalen model. Based on the conditional likelihood function, we derive the weighted least-squared (WLS) estimators for the regression parameters and cumulative intensity functions of the model. The estimators are shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed estimators.     

农村留守儿童主观幸福感现状调查报告

农村留守儿童主观幸福感状况不容乐观,农村留守儿童的主观幸福感显著低于非留守儿童,留守儿童中,非独生子女的主观幸福感显著低于独生子女,父母感情不和的留守儿童其主观幸福感显著低于感情融洽的留守儿童。并有针对性地提出了提高留守儿童主观幸福感水平的建议。     

Proportional hazards regression with interval-censored and left-truncated data

This paper considers the estimation of the regression coefficients in the Cox proportional hazards model with left-truncated and interval-censored data. Using the approaches of Pan [A multiple imputation approach to Cox regression with interval-censored data, Biometrics 56 (2000), pp. 199–203] and Heller [Proportional hazards regression with interval censored data using an inverse probability weight, Lifetime Data Anal. 17 (2011), pp. 373–385], we propose two estimates of the regression coefficients. The first estimate is based on a multiple imputation methodology. The second estimate uses an inverse probability weight to select event time pairs where the ordering is unambiguous. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed estimators. The proposed methods are illustrated using the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) Blood Transfusion Data.     

The resentful undergrowth of nostalgia: Ontological insecurity,relative deprivation and powerlessness

This article untangles competing conceptualisations of nostalgia and identifies a specific form of collective-restorative nostalgia as politically significant. We argue that the link between resentment and this type of nostalgia emerges from their joint critique of the socio-political realities of the present. Nostalgia provides spatial and temporal orientations for a group's experiences of resentment through highly selective recollections of the heartland and an idealised golden age. We hypothesize that nostalgia leverages the heartland and the golden age to formulate claims for recognition and restored status on behalf of those who feel left behind by late modernity. Next, the article uses structural equation modelling and the 2019 Belgian National Election Study to reveal how resentment (consisting of ontological insecurity, group relative deprivation, and powerlessness) mediates between structural characteristics and nostalgia. Our findings suggest that each component of resentment individually contributes to explaining the nostalgia of less educated and economically deprived individuals.     

Parental Migration and Education of Left‐Behind Children: A Comparison of Two Settings

The out‐migration of parents has become a common childhood experience worldwide. It can confer both economic benefits and social costs on children. Despite a growing literature, the circumstances under which children benefit or suffer from parental out‐migration are not well understood. The present study examined how the relationship between parental out‐migration and children's education varies across migration streams (internal vs. international) and across 2 societies. Data are from the Mexican Family Life Survey (N = 5,719) and the Indonesian Family Life Survey (N = 2,938). The results showed that children left behind by international migrant parents are worse off in educational attainment than those living with both parents. Internal migration of parents plays a negative role in some cases, though often to a lesser degree than international migration. In addition, how the overall relationship between parental migration and education balances out varies by context: It is negative in Mexico but generally small in Indonesia.     

浅析农村留守未成年人监护制度

随着社会经济的快速发展，农村到城市务工人员不断增长，相对应的农村中的留守未成年人也在不断增多。由于缺少必要的监护，农村留守未成年人所引发的社会问题也随之不断增多。例如，留守未成年人的抚养问题、教育问题、监护问题、犯罪问题，等等，并已引起国家和社会的广泛关注。立足于我国农村留守未成年人权利保护现状，配之以对我国法律相关规定的分析，适度考量国外相关方面的立法，探索既适合我国国情，同时有利于保护留守未成年人权利的监护制度，以丰富我国的农村留守未成年人监护制度。     

也谈“左”“右”和“左右”——兼与王希杰先生商榷

人类左、右的分工很早就有,一般的都是右手有利,从左、右引申出的相关意义也是"左贬右尊",但在汉语中为何"左前右后",是否违背了人类的认知规律?文章从左、右的汉字结构,语言使用中"右"、"左"的引申含义及左手和右手在使用过程中的差异等三个方面探讨了"左前右后"的原因,指出汉语中的"左前右后"并没有违背人类语言的认知性原则--首位原则.     

《高兴》：“左翼”之外的“底层文学”

文学与时代的关系一直是文学研究的重大主题，《高兴》再一次提出了这一严峻的问题。在“左翼”式的“底层文学”标准参照下，《高兴》独特的典型形象、思想资源以及人物关系值得研究界重视。就此而言，贾平凹提供了“底层文学”一种新的方式，即在“美学”与“道德”之间，在不伤害“文学”的“可能性”的基础上，探索对大时代的讲述。
