关于推进高校研究性教学的几点思考

培养高素质创新型人才是高等教育的重要任务之一，研究性教学是培养高素质创新型人才的重要途径。目前高校本科教学中尚存在诸多影响创新型人才培养的问题，大力推进研究性教学是解决问题的途径之一。在推进研究性教学的过程中，高校必须树立现代的教育教学理念，建立研究性的教学队伍，创新研究性教学的管理制度，完善研究性教学的评价体系。     

Local influence in multilevel models

The authors study the local influence of observations in multilevel regression models. To this end, they perturb simultaneously the variances, responses and design matrix. To measure the local change caused by these perturbations, they use generalized Cook statistics for the fixed and random parameter estimates. Closed form local influence measures also allow them to assess the joint influence of various observations. They suggest a simple computation method and illustrate their results using two examples.     

Adaptive tests of regression functions via multiscale generalized likelihood ratios

Many applications of nonparametric tests based on curve estimation involve selecting a smoothing parameter. The author proposes an adaptive test that combines several generalized likelihood ratio tests in order to get power performance nearly equal to whichever of the component tests is best. She derives the asymptotic joint distribution of the component tests and that of the proposed test under the null hypothesis. She also develops a simple method of selecting the smoothing parameters for the proposed test and presents two approximate methods for obtaining its P‐value. Finally, she evaluates the proposed test through simulations and illustrates its application to a set of real data.     

对高等学校低值易耗品科学管理的探讨

低值易耗品具有多品种、小批量、多批次的特点。针对目前高校对低值易耗品管理中存在重视程度不够、资金来源渠道多、添置领用不规范等问题,提出加强低值易耗品科学管理必须健全制度,规范申领程序;讲究采购艺术,保证采购质量;加强监督,规范使用制度;注重培训,提高管理人员素质;改进手段,引进计算机管理,实现科学化、规范化、系统化管理,合理配置和使用低值易耗品。     

云南方志的价值及其开发利用

本文简要介绍了云南最重要的几种方志,对云南方志的五个特征:地方性、广泛性、资料性、真实性与民族性进行了论述,分析了云南志的价值,并讨论了开发利用情况。     

高等师范院校应重视学科基本概念的教学

文章从素质教育的角度出发,通过分析当前师范院校中所存在的一部分教师在教学过程中忽视基本概念的教学的现象,指出了这种现象产生的原因和由此产生的严重后果。从理论上阐述了高等师范院校更应重视学科基本概念教学的必要性和重要性,同时,也提出了作为高等师范院校的教师在概念教学中所应具备的态度和应掌握、熟悉的多种概念教学的有效方法。为目前高等师范院校开展的课程体系和教学内容以及教学方法的改革提供参考。     

精英高等教育与高水平大学建设

我国高等教育发展已经进入大众阶段,高等教育发展面临许多新的课题。在大众化条件下高等教育多样化发展格局中,精英高等教育处于整个体系的顶端,标志着高等教育发展的质量水平。作为后发国家,我国高等教育大众化表现出多样化特征超前显现、高等教育发展水平存在区域不平衡、精英教育一些传统理念根植不深等特点。必须深入认识、正确理解、准确把握大众阶段精英高等教育的基本属性,树立符合精英教育特点、适应大众阶段要求的功能观、对象观、质量观、办学观和发展观,实行高等学校的分层次、分类型管理,提高精英教育质量和区域均衡化发展水平,努力建设主要着眼于精英教育的高水平大学。     

Do Lets Work?

This study aims to uncover some of the reasons for differences in attitudes towards family‐friendly and equal opportunities (EO) policies for women between senior and junior staff and between male and female staff. This in‐depth case study of a multi‐national corporation in Hong Kong that included a survey questionnaire, interviews and participant observation suggests four categories of female employees according to their approach to EO: advocators, supporters, outsiders and rejecters. The approach adopted was dependent on the woman's level of empathy towards the situation of working women and the extent of her career ambition. Four categories of male employees can also be classified depending on their level of empathy towards women's situation (similar to women's case) and their extent of career satisfaction (in contrast to women's career ambition), namely, antagonists, outsiders, fence‐sitters and sympathizers. Women at higher levels were less supportive of EO than women at lower levels. No such clear relationship between organizational level and attitudes towards EO was observed among men. In Hong Kong, female managers had little expectation that their organization would be family‐friendly and women workers who consciously chose to balance work and family accepted that it meant fewer promotional chances. No such self‐adjusted depressed ambition was observed among men.     

高校物业管理的发展趋势探讨

自我国高校开展后勤社会化改革以来,高校的物业管理走过了一条创新发展之路.高校物业服务内容从简单的零星维修到服务综合多样化,应该说,目前高校物业管理的改革是成功的.本文结合学校物业管理实际工作,对高校内物业管理在发展思路和模式上的转变进行了系统总结,同时,对继续提升高校物业管理水平也做了进一步的探讨.

师德建设事关高校办学方向和人才培养质量。在新时期客观分析师德建设状况,加强和改进师德建设是全面贯彻党的教育方针的重要保证,是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的必然要求。
