当今部分研究生出现了失落、迷茫、焦虑、孤傲等心理问题,必须丰富研究生思想政治教育的方法和手段,创新工作体系和运行机制,培育一个良好的研究生思想政治教育社会环境。

中国共产党如何始终代表人民的根本利益,仍须进行不懈的理解与实践探索。必须正确认识到,人民的现实利益是人民根本利益的重要组成部分,人民的长远利益总是通过阶段性现实利益的积累而实现的。社会转轨过程中的失业问题、贫富差距问题、腐败问题、人事制度缺失问题,已严重危及人民的现实利益,必须予以充分重视。应重点做好三大工作:从严治党以保证党的代表性;建立健全社会保障体系以维护人民的现实利益;建立公正的人事制度以保证人的全面发展。     

对高校教师政治理论教育有效性的思考

通过对当前高校教师政治理论教育现状的研究分析，在肯定高校教师政治理论教育主流的同时，论述了高校教师政治理论教育存在的问题及成因。从把握政治理论教育的基本规律，遵循政治理论教育的基本原则，提高政治理论教育工作的素质，更新政治理论教育的内容等六个方面提出了加强和改进当前教师政治理论教育，提高教育有效性的基本思路和对策。     

关于"历史重演"的几个理论问题

“重演”在自然界随处可见,在社会领域也难以避免。“历史重演”是指人类社会演进中,在不同领域、不同时空态中重复出现的,带有一定规律性的历史现象。人性相同,社会同构,社会发展的差异性和不确定性,是导致“历史重演”的原因和条件。文中提出七种背景条件下的重演,认为研究“重演”现象对于提升历史学预测功能具有重要意义。     

科学处理人民内部矛盾 推动和谐社会建设进程

构建和谐社会的关节点就是如何处理好人民内部矛盾。在认识和解决人民内部矛盾中要以马克思主义原理为指导,既要抓住矛盾的普遍性,从宏观上认识矛盾,把握矛盾的格局和发展态势;又要坚持与时俱进,从微观上找准矛盾的差异性,在分析矛盾特殊性的基础上正确化解矛盾。只有科学认识和处理好当前复杂多变的人民内部矛盾,不断提高党成功驾驭、应对和处理矛盾的能力,才能保障社会主义和谐社会建设战略目标的顺利实现。     

Characteristics of Gambling Helpline Callers with Self-Reported Gambling and Alcohol Use Problems

The characteristics of problem gamblers calling the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling (CCPG) gambling helpline during the years 2000–2001 (n = 960) were examined based on the presence or absence of self-reported alcohol use problems. A relatively low proportion of callers reported a problem with alcohol use (173/960 or 18.0%), and of those acknowledging an alcohol use problem, the majority reported a past rather than current problem (143/173 or 82.7%). A logistic regression analysis found that, as compared with problem gamblers denying any alcohol use problems, those reporting past or current alcohol use problems were more likely to be male and more frequently acknowledged problems with more forms of gambling, suicide attempts related to gambling, arrests secondary to gambling, daily tobacco use, drug use problems, prior substance abuse treatment, and family histories positive for alcohol and drug use problems. The findings highlight the strong relationship between alcohol use problems and other substance use problems, and suggest that problem gamblers with as compared with those without alcohol use problems demonstrate greater problems in multiple areas (arrest, attempted suicide) linked by impaired impulse control.Please address correspondence to Marc N. A Perspective on Problem Gambling Treatment: Issues and Challenges

Researchers face several challenges in conducting gambling treatment research. These include the impact of monetary incentives to participate, difficulty in subject recruitment, treatment ambivalence, heterogeneity of gambling behaviors among treatment samples, the role of natural recovery, the impact of intractable financial pressures, and the specification of adequate process and outcome measures. Each challenge is defined and potential resolutions suggested.     

Conceptual and Methodological Issues in Treatment Outcome Research

Few studies have evaluated the comparative efficacy, effectiveness and mode of action of specific treatment interventions, or developed evidence-based best-practice management guidelines for the treatment of problem gambling. While individual and multi-modal programmes demonstrate positive results, systematic well-designed randomised controlled studies incorporating follow-up blind assessments and standardised diagnostic and outcome measures are needed to establish long-term outcomes.

我国策略教学研究的现状分析和未来发展建构

策略教学解决的是教与学策略的实践问题.我国的策略教学经历了一个从不同层次策略的教学到策略教学的条件、影响因素、模式和有效性的深化研究过程.目前主要存在理论创新、策略开发、实证拓展、推广应用和有效性标准认识等问题.今后策略教学需要创新理论体系,研究策略开发机制,系统探讨策略各成分及其影响因素之间的相互作用问题,开展策略教学的策略、模式、评价、体验、学科渗透、学段衔接、教材编制等研究.
