研究生学术道德建设的现状及其改善途径

近年来，研究生中出现的学术道德失范现象着实令人担忧，问题的出现除学生个体和社会大环境的原因外，作为高校的研究生教育工作者，更是要进行深刻的自我反思。本文主要从研究生学术道德失范的具体情况入手，反思学术道德建设中存在的问题和不足，并提出改善学术道德建设的途径。     

经济法与市场经济——对现代经济法的一种认识

经济法是现代市场经济发展到一定阶段出现政府干预失灵的特定历史下产生的法律部门和法律学科.它不仅是政府干预经济的有效手段,也是政府干预的约束和规范,是政府干预法治化和市场秩序优化的必然需求.同时,现代经济法法益保护也具有双重性既侧重于社会公共利益的保护,又兼顾市场经济个体私利的保护,实现社会公益和个体私益的最大协调和平衡.     

建构适合我国国情的新型医疗救助体制

医疗救助是社会救助体制的重要组成部分,它是政府和社会对贫困人口中因病而无经济能力进行治疗的人实施专项帮助和支持的行为。文章对我国实施医疗救助的迫切性与重要性加以论述,并提出建构适合我国国情的新型医疗救助体制的构想。     

反馈型振荡器起振条件的新研究

阐述了目前被广泛应用的对于反馈型振荡器的分析方法在描述起振条件和稳定条件时存在严重的逻辑缺陷。提出了一种普适的起振条件判据,推导出两组具体而又具有实际指导意义的起振条件判据,阐明了不存在“频率稳定条件”的理由。     

实现经济增长方式转换的条件和难点探讨

经济增长方式从粗放型到集约型的转换，是实现＂九五＂和２０１０年奋斗目标的关键之一。但从目前的实际和今后的发展看，要实现这一历史性的转换，还存在着许多困难，需要创造和具备一定的条件。因此，要辩证地认识经济增长方式转换中的有关理论问题，同时根据不同部门、不同行业和不同区域之间的差异情况采取结构转换的对策。     

动机与第二语言习得

动机是学习第二语言成就大小的重要因素之一。很多研究实验已经证明动机在人类认知过程中起非常关键性的作用。本文打算对动机，融合性动机和功用性动机及其与第二语言习得的关系做一些探讨     

Improving on truncated linear estimates of exponential and gamma scale parameters

We consider the problem of estimating the scale parameter of an exponential or a gamma distribution under squared error loss when the scale parameter θ is known to be greater than some fixed value θ₀. Natural estimators in this setting include truncated linear functions of the sufficient statistic. Such estimators are typically inadmissible, but explicit improvements seem difficult to find. Some are presented here. A particularly interesting finding is that estimators which are admissible in the untruncated problem which take values only in the interior of the truncated parameter space are found to be inadmissible for the truncated problem.

Factors associated with expectation of household's future financial condition

Path analysis is used to examine the causal relationships among selected objective and subjective factors associated with a household's expectation of future financial condition. Results indicate that respondents who perceive the effect of changes in the external environment on their own household's financial condition as positive are younger, have higher net worth, perceive more internal control over their situation, and report that most of the changes in the external environment are positive. Respondents who are younger, have higher income, perceive more internal control over their situation, and believe the effect of changes in the external environment on their household's financial condition are positive are more likely to be optimistic about their financial future. It is important that educators and financial advisors recognize the significant role perception of being in control plays in determining expectations of future financial condition.Journal Paper No. J-15256 of the Iowa Agriculture and Home Economics Experiment Station, Project No. 2809.
