再论过去分词形容词的语用制约

制约是一种对语言使用产生某种限制或规约的语言运作机制。“语用制约”是指HN（名词中心词）与其前置修饰语之间在使用过程中形成的互动和限制。纵聚合语义信息制约要求APP（过去分词式形容词）必须能刻画出HN所指的超越典型的区分性特征和非常状态。最简结构制约要求APP＋HN实现语符数最小化，同时达到所承载的语义信息量最大化。从属性上看，纵聚合语义信息制约为语义性制约；而最简结构制约则为结构性制约。

Approaches to blockmodeling dynamic networks: A Monte Carlo simulation study

Blockmodeling refers to a variety of statistical methods for reducing and simplifying large and complex networks. While methods for blockmodeling networks observed at one time point are well established, it is only recently that researchers have proposed several methods for analysing dynamic networks (i.e., networks observed at multiple time points). The considered approaches are based on k-means or stochastic blockmodeling, with different ways being used to model time dependency among time points. Their novelty means they have yet to be extensively compared and evaluated and the paper therefore aims to compare and evaluate them using Monte Carlo simulations. Different network characteristics are considered, including whether tie formation is random or governed by local network mechanisms. The results show the Dynamic Stochastic Blockmodel (Matias and Miele 2017) performs best if the blockmodel does not change; otherwise, the Stochastic Blockmodel for Multipartite Networks (Bar-Hen et al. 2020) does.     

“民工荒”背景下新生代农民工劳动力资源问题研究

随着我国社会经济的发展,新生代农民逐渐成为我国目前劳动力市场的主力军。新生代农民具有时代的新特点,他们懂文化有理想有追求。企业传统的职工管理模式已经不能满足他们的利益诉求。伴随着产业转移和经济结构调整,我国东部沿海城市不断发生＂民工荒＂现象。如何在＂民工荒＂背景下考量新生代农民工劳动力资源问题,构建劳动力资源配置机制、农民工权益法律保障机制、新生代农民工教育培训机制,寻求＂民工荒＂问题的解决对策,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。     

Negotiating Stigma: Lessons From the Life Stories of Gay Men

Gay men, like lesbians, bisexuals, and transgender persons, must negotiate their sexual orientation due to the socially constructed negative view of homosexuality in our culture. Stigma is experienced in various ways according to the meaning that the individual applies to it. This study gleans lessons from the life stories of 15 gay men who recognized the stigma of homosexuality and devised strategies to cope with it. An important finding was that mentors, acting as “cultural brokers,” played a significant role in helping to cope with stigma. The intent of this study is to add to the literature regarding mechanisms that social workers can employ to help gay men cope with stigmatization.     

Do Fair Trade Pricing Policies Reduce Inequalities in Coffee Production and Trade?

This article assesses the Fair Trade pricing model for coffee, investigating the ability of minimum prices and a social premium to reduce price risk and remedy inequalities. It highlights some of the challenges involved in controlling prices. Inequalities exist among Fair Trade‐certified farmers; some are poorer than others, and the poorer ones typically produce less coffee. If Fair Trade succeeds in its aim of raising the prices received by farmers, this will benefit more those farmers producing greater volumes of coffee and who are typically less vulnerable. In addressing inequalities, the Fair Trade social premium is superior to minimum prices.     

Social class as a dimension in casework judgment 1

With few exceptions, outcome studies evaluating batterer treatment groups are inconclusive at best and, at worst, label such treatment programs as ineffectual. This qualitative research study was developed in an effort to understand the forces behind how positive change either happens or is subverted. Through analysis of treatment groups for batterers, the study investigated two questions: How do batterer treatment groups affect the psychological defenses of the members? What types of group dynamics emerge in offender treatment that might be unique to this population and promote defensive change? The theoretical frameworks used in this project include constructs from ego psychology related to defensive maturity and the curative factors in group process, articulated by Yalom (2005).     

基于公民参与视角下邻避冲突的应对研究--以广东省茂名市PX项目事件为例

在城市化和工业化的进程中,公民的生活水平不断提高,但是社会冲突也不断增加。随着民众民主维权意识和环保意识的增强,邻避设施及其引起的邻避冲突也成为了比较严重的公共问题,缺乏有效公民参与是邻避冲突发生的最主要原因之一。笔者以广东省茂名市的PX项目引发的冲突事件为例,从公民参与的角度分析了茂名市邻避冲突产生的原因,并且提出了邻避冲突应对的具体相关建议,即培养公民树立正确的参与意识、完善公民的参与方式、拓宽公民参与渠道、加强公民参与的法律制度建设,强化相关司法保障。     

高校政府采购的廉政风险和内部防控机制研究

由于高校政府采购运行的特殊性,一般的外部监督机制对采购运行的各环节难以形成有效监管,容易形成制度的真空和廉政风险。如在立项决策环节,随意立项和规避政府采购;在实施招标环节,专门为特定投标人量身定造＂萝卜标＂;在合同签署环节,不严格按中标结果签定合同;在验收环节,违规降格验收,等等。因此,建立有效的防控机制,要根据＂科学分权、适度限权、合理放权＂的原则,从实践层面完善内部工作机制,从制度层面构建相应的监管措施。
