建设国家文化公园是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大决策部署,是推动新时代文化繁荣发展,推进文化强国建设的重大文化工程,是实现物质与精神共同富裕的“国之大者”。国家文化公园的建设过程本质上是国家文化标识建构与文化空间生产的过程,“国家性”在其整体定位、建构意义与实现路径三个方面贯彻始终,并指导着国家文化公园的建设。“国家性”是国家文化公园的鲜明底色,也是建设国家文化公园的基石。因此,推进“国家性”建构是国家文化公园建设中的重要着力点。

Factors associated with expectation of household's future financial condition

Path analysis is used to examine the causal relationships among selected objective and subjective factors associated with a household's expectation of future financial condition. Results indicate that respondents who perceive the effect of changes in the external environment on their own household's financial condition as positive are younger, have higher net worth, perceive more internal control over their situation, and report that most of the changes in the external environment are positive. Respondents who are younger, have higher income, perceive more internal control over their situation, and believe the effect of changes in the external environment on their household's financial condition are positive are more likely to be optimistic about their financial future. It is important that educators and financial advisors recognize the significant role perception of being in control plays in determining expectations of future financial condition.Journal Paper No. J-15256 of the Iowa Agriculture and Home Economics Experiment Station, Project No. 2809. Culture and Organization: The Case of Transmanche-Link

The relationship between culture and organization has often been discussed, but rarely explored directly. This paper implements a cultural values instrument taken from Hofstede together with a behavioural instrument derived from Van de Ven to matched samples of British and French managers working on the Channel Tunnel project. The results largely replicate the findings of Hofstede regarding cultural values, but do not support the predicted implications for behaviour. In essence, the British were found to be more bureaucratic and more team-oriented than their French counterparts, who tended to be more fonceur and competitive. This indicates that the relationship between culture and behaviour might be more complicated than research to date suggests.

本文以TOT项目融资方式为对象,运用博弈的方法,从合理分配国有资产经营期内增值收入的角度出发,得出这样的结论,在国有资产转让过程中,政府与私营资本之间的谈判是一系列复杂的博弈过程,在博弈中政府的最优行为是对国有资产转让进行招标,同时给予某一招标企业一定的中标优先权,这样政府能够较现行的国有资产转让方式获得更多的收益.     

法律规范的逻辑结构新论

将法律后果界定为法律规范的逻辑构成要素,不仅与法律规则和法律部门的划分理论相矛盾,而且与立法、执法和司法实践相冲突。法律后果中应包含奖励,有肯定性法律后果和否定性后果。规范适用的条件应是法律规范的逻辑构成要素。法律后果要素本身就是一个完整的法律规范,法律规范的逻辑结构只由规范适用的条件(或称为假定)和行为模式(或称为处理)构成。     

“网上追逃”研究

“网上追逃”不仅涉及刑事诉讼中的侦查、审查起诉中的犯罪嫌疑人、审判阶段的被告人,也涉及刑罚执行阶段的罪犯,而且涉及监察案件的被调查人,因而并不仅仅属于侦查措施或者侦查活动。“网上追逃”的根本目的在于强制在逃人员恢复法定状态。强制恢复法定状态的措施主要包括异地拘留逮捕的协助执行、先行拘留、无证抓捕,以及由此发生相应的讯问、羁押、押解等相关活动。“网上追逃”应当从适用规范及权利保护两个方面进行规范。     

中国特色“双一流”大学建设的逻辑根据与路径选择

中国特色"双一流"大学建设有必要从学理上深入分析扎根中国大地办学的逻辑根据,从而找到有效的建设路径。为此,笔者对国外大学崛起成为世界一流大学的历史规律进行了考察,认为传承优秀民族文化是建设中国特色"双一流"大学的深层基因,回应国家战略是建设中国特色"双一流"大学的内在需求,融入民族复兴"中国梦"是建设世界一流大学的神圣使命,构建中国特色学科体系是建设"双一流"大学的强力支撑。因此,扎根中国大地建设中国特色"双一流"大学的路径选择应当是：把"立德树人"作为大学改革发展的根本任务,把传承创新民族文化作为大学改革发展的精神内核,把服务国家战略需求作为大学改革发展的根本追求,把办好人民满意的教育作为大学改革发展的自觉目标,把一流学科和一流师资建设作为大学改革发展的重要抓手。
