试论教育现代化与加强中华民族凝聚力的关系

新时期,国内外政治、经济、科技发展所带来现代人民族精神家园的失落及东西方文明之间的冲突对中华民族凝聚力提出了新的挑战。教育现代化从国家的统一、政权的巩固、经济、传统文化的发展等方面,对形成与巩固中华民族凝聚力发挥着强大作用。在全球视野中发展本土文化是中华民族永葆凝聚力的动力源泉。     

国家、市民社会与公民权利——兼评我国近年来的市民社会话语

我国的市民社会话语一开始就是一种规范性话语,具有明显的意识形态化倾向.事实上,正如黑格尔、马克思早就分析指出的那样,市民社会既有解放性,又有它的欠缺性、压迫性,就如同国家既有压迫性又有保护性一样.从维护保障公民权利的角度出关键是如何防止市民社会的压迫性和国家的压迫性的重叠,进而以市民社会和国家的解放性、保护性来克服、遏止它们的压迫性.     

试论我国刑事附带民事诉讼执行

刑事附带民事案件执行比普通民事执行更难,有其自身特殊的原因。解决刑事附带民事执行难问题已不是执行机构单方面的努力所能解决的,而需要公安机关、人民检察院、监狱和刑事审判庭等各个部门的通力合作。解决刑事附带民事执行难的最终机制在于建立国家补偿制度。     

State‐led transnationalism and migration: reaching out to the Argentine community in Spain

Abstract This article focuses on when and how states develop transnational policies. It presents a case study of a relatively small emigrant community, whose departure was not simply caused by poverty or crisis, but most recently by an economic and political debacle that questioned people's values and expectations. I focus on the state side of the equation and identify a shift in Argentina's policy after 2003, though also show how such policies came out of a long history of state intervention in population and migration and are now related to human rights concerns and the unfinished process of democratic consolidation. I argue that the state initiates political transnationalism, not migrants, and highlight the importance of some relatively unexplored factors in the understanding of the motivation, intensity and impact of the state's involvement, such as the characteristics of the emigrant community, the existence of specific political projects, the role of some domestic actors and processes, and the nature of international agreements.     

高职院校国防教育工作初探

论文化全球化背景下民族文化的建设问题

文化全球化背景下，民族文化面临着文化全球化与民族文化的关系问题、外来文化与本土文化的关系问题、强势文化和弱势文化的关系问题、大众文化和精英文化的关系问题等。科学认识和把握文化全球化背景下民族文化建设的关键、民族文化建设的原则、民族文化建设的起点、民族文化建设的契机等，对民族文化建设至关重要。     

我校大学生的营养状况调查与对策研究

对三峡大学的部分学生的营养状况、营养知识和饮食行为进行问卷调查,结果表明:大学生营养不良程度较轻,其饮食的月消费水平大都在200~400元之间,但营养知识的掌握情况一般,同时存在一些不良的饮食行为,因此,学校应强化营养知识教育,在加强后勤管理与改革的同时,把提高学生食堂供餐的营养质量作为一项重要的工作来抓。     

阿尔都塞意识形态理论研究述评

阿尔都塞的意识形态理论独树一帜，曾产生过巨大影响。近年来，学术界对其思想的研究日益聚焦在这一方面，并出现一大批理论成果。目前，国内对这一思想的研究主要集中在对其理论渊源、内容、贡献和缺陷的认识等方面。阿尔都塞在诸多方面时马克思主义的意识形态理论都进行了丰富和发展，甚至触及到经济基础和上层建筑相互作用的机制问题，但其捍卫马克思主义的“初衰”并未真正如愿以偿。     

A STUDY OF STUDENTS＇ANXIETYON THE LISTENING PERFORMANCE IN CET BAND IV

This paper mainly focuses on investigating to what extent and how listening comprehension was affected by students‘anxiety, which was considered to be one of the factors to which EFL/ESL teachers must pay attention. The author of the thesis used a questionnaire on trait anxiety and one on state anxiety to look into students‘anxiety levels exhibited in the listening part of the College English Band IV Test. 52 subjects from the Inner Mongolia (Polytechn:c) University of Technology were involved in the investigation. Data collected from the investigation were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10. 0. The research findings indicate that anxiety is a factor to affect the students’ listening performances, that means the reduction of trait anxiety levels may facilitate listening performances of the students. Visualization is a promising technique for treatment.

跨州问题管辖权案件联邦法院受理案件的基本类型,就跨州管辖权而言,存在完全的跨州管辖权理论和最低限度的跨州管辖权理论,跨州管辖权案件主要考虑当事人的不同州籍和诉讼金额的大小,在如何确定当事人的州籍和诉讼金额上存在不同的理论。
