溴化锂水溶液降膜吸收强化技术的实验研究

在吸收式制冷技术中，提高溴化锂水溶液吸收蒸汽效率的手段主要是采用高效传热传质元件和添加表面活性介质。本文主要研究竖直平板流降膜吸收中添加表面活性介质的强化吸收技术。选择一种典型的表面活性介质；2－乙基－己醇，研究在一定实验工况下加入活性介质后不同降膜雷诺数Re、溶液进口温度ts,i、吸收压力、活性介质浓度以及不同降膜长度试件下的吸收强化。     

当代中国影视创作文化的病症审视

当代中国影视艺术取得了突出的成就,同时也存在着诸多病症,如文化意识滞后、缺乏现代文化品格以及精英意识作祟、大众文化品格难立等等,影响着中国影视文化的进一步繁荣发展.只有以多元的文化立场如实反映多元的生活现实、满足多元的审美需要,将引导与适众相结合、批判与弘扬相结合,从而完成启蒙大众、服务大众等多重文化使命,才是中国影视创作未来的发展方向和必由之路.     

二氧化钛纳米膜制备条件对炼焦厂废水光催化降解性能的影响

以四氯化钛为前驱体,用溶胶—凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米膜,并进行了炼焦厂废水的光催化降解实验,考察了制备条件对其光催化降解性能的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:四氯化钛∶乙醇∶水=30∶400∶25,溶胶体系pH=7,掺铁量Fe∶Ti=0.16,干凝胶在450℃煅烧2h,由此制成的TiO2纳米膜光催化降解炼焦厂废水的降解率超过79%。     

考虑交通时间与设备转换时间的跨区域就医调度优化问题

在资源共享时代背景下,跨区域就医可以很好地解决患者日益增长的就医需求与医疗资源紧张的矛盾。本论文以医疗联盟为研究对象,在关键医疗资源共享的前提下,通过患者跨区域就医实现就医诊断延误最小化,以满足患者就医需求。本研究同时考虑了患者跨区域交通时间与基于患者诊断类型的设备转换时间,以最小化患者就医总延迟为目标,分配患者就诊医院及优化患者就诊/检查顺序。针对该问题,论文首次提出以最早交货期原则（EDD rule）为基础,以患者再分配为主导的EDD-ReAss1和EDD-ReAss2启发式算法,结合局部搜索算法以进一步提高就医调度方案的质量,缩短患者诊断/检查等待时间。实验结果表明,新启发式算法EDD-ReAss1和EDD-ReAss2算法性能显著好于EDD,SPT和LPT等调度规则;在较短运算时间内Swap局部搜索算法性能最优。

国家精准扶贫战略实施过程中涌现了一大批扶贫攻坚的模范人物,黄诗燕就是其中的典型和代表,将其优秀事迹改编成主旋律电影,既能凸显典型人物的榜样作用,又能向世界展现脱贫攻坚的中国经验。黄诗燕事迹的电影改编,其主题表达,要以讲好中国故事为核心,在展示其感人的扶贫事迹同时,向世界传播中国扶贫经验;其人物塑造,要以还原真实、塑造典型为原则,彰显黄诗燕的榜样形象;其剧情设置,应突破传统主旋律电影模式化的叙事手段,以点带面,虚实共构;其影像画面,应利用现实主义手法,通过在地性的空间变化和符号化的典型意象,向世界输出中国影像。如此,电影改编才能产生其应有的社会价值和观影效果。     

The positive transmission and aesthetic reconstruction of Chinese contemporary films and television works to contemporary college students

The varieties and different form of contemporary films and television works have brought a great impact to the group of college students' ideas and behaviors. The works are the textbook of outlook on life, the guide of values, the leader of outlook on beauty, to contemporary college students. This paper points out that the contemporary film and television works play an important role in the ideological and political education of contemporary college students. For positive transmission and aesthetic reconstruction of Chinese film and television works from the perspective of ideological and political education, one needs to do the following things: to explore new ways of aesthetic education in the Internet era through film and television aesthetic education; Refusing to cultivate the one-dimensional personality in the media age by film and television aesthetic education; To build a new type of film and television aesthetic education system, for a new breakthrough in film and television art classroom, so as to promote the all-round development of contemporary college students in moral, intellectual, physical, beauty, labor.     

众语喧哗时代的平民化“交响乐”——解读电影《辛亥革命》

为纪念辛亥革命100周年而拍摄的电影《辛亥革命》,—改传统主旋律电影的套路,意识形态日趋淡化,叙事视角以小见大,审美权重多元均衡。这表明,我国主旋律电影其宏观意识形态和历史观点一直呈现出进步的态势。     

“Open to all and everybody”? The Irish Film Board: accounting for the scarcity of women screenwriters

Despite the many social and cultural changes that have occurred in Irish society since the Irish Film Board was re-established in 1993, the Irish film industry remains strongly male dominated. Specifically, Irish women constitute a minority of produced screenwriters and writer/directors. This article contributes to an understanding of the discursive resources that key decision makers in the Irish Film Board draw upon in order to talk about gender. A number of interpretative repertoires are used to rationalize its position in relation to the dearth of women screenwriters, four of which are examined here: evasion and deflection; gender neutrality; project-led funding; and a difficulty making sense of entrenched gender issues, articulated here as “I don’t know.” Within the respondents’ repertoires an ideological dilemma can be identified in the conceptualization of gender as both relevant and irrelevant.     

基于支持向量机的管理信息系统故障识别模型研究

管理信息系统故障影响着企业信息工程的开展。及时识别故障,能够为企业争取更多时间处理故障。因此,管理信息系统故障识别有着重要的研究意义和实践意义。基于支持向量机,构建管理信息系统故障识别模型,通过把样本应用于该模型,结果表明该模型具有较好的准确性,能有效识别管理信息系统故障。     

机器学习视角下中国去产能产业的识别

随着中国环境压力的增加,政府提出了供给侧改革,去产能是改革的主要内容,但是由于产业特征的实时演变,需要对政策进行完善。文章运用模糊C均值算法和支持向量机算法分析现阶段需要进行去产能的产业,结果发现在现行去产能政策中大部分行业是需要去产能的,但煤炭开采和洗选业以及铁路、船舶、航空航天和其他运输设备制造业已不适合继续去产能,同时将化学原料和化学制品制造业加入去产能行列中。
