河南城镇化进程中的犯罪问题研究

河南省城镇化实施中心城市带动战略,对犯罪形势变化将产生深刻的影响:犯罪率将呈现先升后降最终稳定的态势;流动人口犯罪、青少年犯罪、女性犯罪、职务犯罪等将会激增;各种类型犯罪在短期内都会大量增加;一些社会管理控制相对薄弱的"边缘地带"有可能成为犯罪孳生地。河南省应实行综合治理的犯罪防控战略。     

户籍制度改革与城市化进程

以计划经济为背景建立起来的中国户籍制度构筑了城市中国与乡土中国的分立壁垒.衍生在制度之上的各种特权与利益分配使得户籍制度改革错综复杂,也给城市化进程设置了重重障碍,延缓了城市化的推进;另一方面,城市化的滞后发展和城市公共资源的有限性,也构成了户籍制度改革的"瓶颈".     

Brexit,Global Cities,and the Future of World Order

The emergence and role of global cities provide a rubric by which we can understand Brexit and illuminate the present tensions between those who favor open economic policies and those who favor closed economic policies. Economic inequality, political disenfranchisement, and social exclusion at the regional level are now driving a fresh interrogation of the relatively open world order that requires global cities—sites densely populated with institutions necessary for orchestrating global economic activity. While questions about the legitimacy of economic openness may undermine the economic output, political power, and cultural influence of global cities, those same cities may, if they harness economic output for broader regional benefits, demonstrate the potential of an alternative and newly legitimate open world order.     

莫斯科的国际中心城市地位研究

20世纪90年代，莫斯科的政治、经济和社会结构经历了重大变革，改变了莫斯科的国家地位和国际排名。本文研究莫斯科在俄罗斯国内和在欧洲城市中的地位。毫无疑问，莫斯科的发展特点是：在逐渐脱离国家城市体系的同时，也逐渐朝着国际方向发展。以经济指标来衡量，莫斯科在国内找不到竞争对手。它远远领先于国内其他城市，因为这些城市正快速融入国内和区域经济的潮流，只在很小的程度上参与经济全球化。相反，莫斯科越来越多地争取融入跨国公司和国际经济体系的行列。虽然莫斯科作为一个国际性城市的概念往往只是城市的政治工具，但事实上，如果俄罗斯的首都想要融入世界，其资本是有限的。从中欧的角度来看，目前莫斯科最重要的功能，是连结中欧、西欧和俄罗斯。但现实是，莫斯科与俄罗斯其他城市之间的差距将会继续扩大。     

中外主要中心城市更新演化比较研究

广州要建设国家中心城市，其特点和目标是什么？本文从西方近现代城市所倡导的城市更新运动为出发点，分析建设中心城市面临的社会问题，以期为我们提供经验与启迪。     

Art for integration: political rationalities and technologies of governmentalisation in the city of Malmö

Cities increasingly use artistic and cultural activities to promote active citizenship and social cohesion. We suggest that city-sponsored cultural and artistic practices in Sweden are finding a new discursive context in migration. In this article, we look at two artistic and cultural institutions in Malmö, Sweden: Arena 305 and Drömmarnas hus. We develop a typology of governmentalisation based on the work of Nicholas Rose and Peter Miller, which allows us to describe the governing activity of Arena 305 and Drömmarnas hus. What becomes visible is the discrepancy between the moral form of the political rationalities and the technologies of government: even though institutions may harbour ideals and principles of inclusion, they are perfectly capable of sustaining activities that brighten the very boundaries they set out to challenge.     

油气资源型城市（镇）人口问题与对策

人口问题是制约油气资源型城市（镇）全面协调可持续发展的重大问题，是影响经济社会发展的关键因素，涉及人口自身的发展以及人口与社会、人口与经济、人口与自然相互作用过程中所产生的各种问题。分析了油气资源型城市（镇）人口问题表现及成因，并提出以人为本解决人口问题的对策。     

国家中心城市文化软实力评价研究——以港京沪津穗城市为例

城市文化软实力是城市综合竞争力巨系统下的子系统，由文化核心价值水平、城市制度健全程度、城市政府管理效率及创新、城市国际化水平、城市文化中心影响力等指标组成。本文对港京沪津穗五大国家中心城市的文化软实力进行了分析，并就城市如何提升文化软实力提出了建议。     

‘A city is not a company,a flat is not a commodity’: urban movements and defenders of tenants’ rights in Poland

This article describes urban and tenant movements that have been created in Poland in response to the commercialization of urban space and the complete commodification of the right to housing. On the one hand, spatial segregation in Polish cities was fully approved by the state; on the other hand, it became a source of income for new owners of acquired buildings, who often used criminal methods to intimidate tenants. Brutal evictions encountered social resistance from the emerging tenant movement, non-institutionalized left-wing communities and endangered tenants, who were often pensioners and members of the lower classes. The author mentions undertaken and possible methods of social self-defence such as eviction blockades and rent strikes. He also raises the question of whether urban movements can become part of a broader social movement for systemic change.

近年来,南华大学船山学院通过提出现代人才培养理念、科学定位人才培养目标、科学制定人才培养方案、打造一流师资队伍、突出专业特色、完善课程体系、建构教学质量监控体系、搭建实习平台、加强校园文化建设、强化就业指导和服务等一系列对策与措施,探索出了一套适合非中心城市独立学院自身发展的、较为完善的人才培养质量保障体系。
