铁路站前框架式挡土型高架结构规划设计

连接铁路客站落客平台和周边道路的高架结构以梁式桥居多，宁杭高铁湖州站的站前北接线高架由于道路线形、建设工期、与客站地块衔接等原因，部分区段采用框架式挡土型结构。采用框架结构初步拟合、路面基层二次找坡、道路面层修正的三步骤方法拟合道路线形；采用箱涵式挡土墙为管线及人员检修预留空间，同时在挡土墙内底填充素混凝土以满足挡墙稳定性要求；在挡土墙的外侧顺道路方向设置钢筋混凝土墙体，增加结构的侧向刚度、改善结构受力；在结构与高填土路基段的交界区域，设置了搭板缓解路面差异沉降，并设置伸缩缝改善车辆行驶的平顺性。可为类似工程提供参考。     

Seclusion,decision-making power,and gender disparities in adult health: Examining hypertension in India

Research on the social determinants of health in developing countries is increasingly focusing on the importance of gender. Cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension are a growing concern in developing countries, where they are now the leading cause of death. Researchers have documented differences in hypertension between men and women, but the importance of gendered practices in shaping these differences has been left unexamined. Using national data from the India Human Development Survey 2005 (N = 101,593), this study assesses the moderating role of two salient and widespread gendered practices—women’s seclusion and decision-making power—on hypertension disparities between women and men. Both seclusion and low decision-making power are associated with increased odds of hypertension for women, but in the case of seclusion reduced hypertension for men. Results also show the gender gap in hypertension is exacerbated with women’s seclusion and low decision-making power.     

水下高围压射流模拟装置的工程设计及测试分析

设计了水下高围压射流模拟装置的主体部分和辅助部分。结合对模拟装置的理论模型分析。实验测试了水下高围压射流模拟装置伴随射流时内部的压力变化过程,并验证了理论模型。     

特高含水期油藏调整挖潜研究

经历了30多年的开发,胜坨油田已经进入了特高含水开发后期,调整和挖潜的难度增大,在非均质油藏中,潜力往往分布于压力水平较低的层段,从压力状况入手分析油藏潜力是一种新的尝试。通过对胜坨油田二区83-5单元地层压力状况的分析,指导特高含水期油藏调整挖潜的工作,总结出了对特高含水期油藏开发有着指导意义的一些结论和建议,在开发实践中取得了较好的效果,对进入特高含水后期的老油田的开发有一定参考价值。     

Underestimating busyness: Indications of nonresponse bias due to work-family conflict and time pressure

International research shows that both work-family conflict and time pressure are increasing in Western societies. With these increased pressures, precisely those people who are combining work and family obligations may be missing from survey estimates. This study investigates whether the measurement of work-family conflict (WFC) and time pressure is influenced by nonresponse bias. Using the Flemish “Work, Family and Time use in Flanders”-survey and the Basic Question survey for nonrespondents of this survey, we investigate whether nonrespondents score higher on subjective and objective indicators of WFC and time pressure than respondents. Results show that nonrespondents are indeed those sample units who experience significantly more WFC and time pressure, demonstrating that WFC and time pressure related nonresponse biases exist. Implications and suggestions to reduce bias in data collections are discussed.     

茶多酚协同超高压处理对枯草芽孢杆菌的灭活效果研究

通过采用响应曲面方法中的Pentagonal模式建立了茶多酚协同超高压处理杀灭枯草芽孢杆菌（B.subtilis）的二次多项数学模型,验证了模型的有效性.同时利用模型的响应面及其等高线对影响杀菌的关键因子压力和茶多酚浓度及其相互作用进行了深入的探讨.优化出残存4个数量级枯草芽孢杆菌1.1474的工艺参数为：压力346.72~481.80MPa,茶多酚浓度为0.89~1.47mg/mL.

2004年前三个季度的外汇储备大幅增长,其中近一半是等待人民币升值进行套汇交易的游资。人民币面对国际国内多重压力,还是应该保持币值稳定。     

高等教育体制改革引发的教师压力及应对

教育体制改革给高校带来巨大生机和活力的同时也引发了高校教师的压力问题。文章从分析高校教师压力的现状入手,探索引发高校教师压力的原因,有针对性地提出积极的个人应对策略,主张建立具有人文关怀的高校教师管理体制,从各种渠道缓解教师压力。     

高压旋喷桩在隧道洞顶地表和洞口基地加固中的应用

当前我国大力发展西南地区客运专线项目建设,该地区属云贵高原,山高坡陡,线路设计隧道所占比例较大,沪昆项目隧道所占比例接近70%。隧址区存在地质复杂、地形多变、隧道进出口多存在浅埋、偏压及软弱围岩、洞口基地软基等地质危害,利用高压旋喷桩施工技术对隧道洞口洞顶及基地进行加固,为安全进洞施工及明洞施工提供了安全保证,其中明洞段软基处理可以尽早防治线路工程下沉、冒泥、弹簧土等严重危害运营安全的工程病害。
