五四进步知识分子选择马克思主义的思想轨迹

五四时期的进步知识分子选择马克思主义的过程是一个经历了理想目标、改造手段、依靠力量的多重转换的复杂过程。如果以摆脱民初中国政治社会的困境而作的救国选择为线索,五四进步知识分子完成由一般民主主义者转变为马克思主义者经历了这样一种大致相同的思想发展轨迹：选择对青年群体进行文化改造实现资产阶级民主主义;选择依靠平和的民众运动推动社会改造实现社会主义;选择在马克思主义的指导下进行阶级斗争实现无产阶级专政。     

渐进式与休克疗法式改革的比较分析

我国选择了渐进市场化的改革道路,这是一条有别于西方市场经济理论的改革道路,尽管在实践上取得了巨大的成就,但在理论上却备受争议。本文试图通过理论的角度,分析说明渐进式改革从总体上优于休克疗法式的改革,并指出,在渐进式改革的过程中,只单方面进行体制内或体制外的改革,效果都是一样的,并且是渐进式改革模式中效率最差的。而同时进行体制内和体制外的市场化改革是最优的渐进改革模式。

建议我国住房公积金制度根据职工收入水平高低,采用累进的缴存率、累退的贷款发放率和偿还期限,以提高住房公积金制度的公平性和效率性。     

回归分析在短跑教学中的应用

针对教学中学生100m跑的具体情况,采用逐步回归分析方法建立了回归方程;在此基础上,分别以各相关因素、100 m跑成绩作为因变量与自变量建立了多项式回归方程,并依据正态分布理论制定了各因素平衡发展的标准.上述方法在指导短跑教学中取得了较好的效果.     

The Practical Realities of Implementing Progressive Social Work: A Case Example in Parenting Education

What actually happens when an agency sets out to implement progressive social work by shifting power and decision making from agency personnel to people with particular needs? Both staff and participants are thrust into roles different from those they occupy in traditional settings. Interpersonal dynamics change. New ways of making decisions evolve. Tensions arise as new ways of doing things and relating replace usual practices. This article explores what happened when an agency set out to implement progressive social work in the context of developing and implementing a parent education program in which parents designed and taught a parenting program. Results explore decision-making processes, group dynamics, inclusion, team building, program administration, and the impact of participation. Seven lessons learned are described.     

Progress,democracy, efficiency: normative narratives in political science EU studies

ABSTRACT

This article identifies influential political narratives in the 73 currently most highly cited political science articles on the EU. It is based on systematic analysis of expressions of normativity, which signal that European integration, or its institutions or policies, are bad, good, flourishing or declining. A normative narrative of continuous progress in integration, connected with a 1990s grand theoretical debate in EU studies, accounts for much of the positive tone of EU studies until about 1998. Narratives about the EU's democratic deficit and its impact beyond its borders help explain the subsequent negative turn in EU studies normativity.     

Statistical inference of Marshall-Olkin bivariate Weibull distribution with three shocks based on progressive interval censored data

There are several failure modes may cause system failed in reliability and survival analysis. It is usually assumed that the causes of failure modes are independent each other, though this assumption does not always hold. Dependent competing risks modes from Marshall-Olkin bivariate Weibull distribution under Type-I progressive interval censoring scheme are considered in this paper. We derive the maximum likelihood function, the maximum likelihood estimates, the 95% Bootstrap confidence intervals and the 95% coverage percentages of the parameters when shape parameter is known, and EM algorithm is applied when shape parameter is unknown. The Monte-Carlo simulation is given to illustrate the theoretical analysis and the effects of parameters estimates under different sample sizes. Finally, a data set has been analyzed for illustrative purposes.

二月革命之后,列宁提出了国有化的思想。他认为,国有化并不是社会主义性质的措施,不是直接过渡到社会主义社会,而是过渡到＂全民计算和监督＂的阶段。十月革命之后,尽管苏俄的国有化实践大大缩短了工人监督的时间,但是,列宁仍然清楚地认识到国有化并不意味着直接实现了社会主义。
