农林院校毕业生就业心理障碍问题探析

随着大学生就业形势的日益严峻，农林院校大学生就业问题更是雪上加霜，农林院校毕业生由于就业问题的困扰，导致很多就业心理障碍的产生，已经影响到高校的安全和社会的稳定。首先阐述了农业院校毕业生就业心理障碍的典型表现，其次分析了导致这些心理障碍出现的诸如就业竞争激烈、家人期望太大、有效引导不足、缺乏自我调整等原因，最后提出了推进高校教学改革、加强就业形势教育、强化就业技能指导、培养学生创业意识、重视心理健康教育等措施以推进毕业生心理问题的消除。     

论20世纪80年代中国先锋戏剧的思想主题

二十世纪八十年代，中国的先锋戏剧明显受到了西方文化思潮以及西方戏剧观念的影响，同时探询中国先锋戏剧的民族品格。由于彼时中国特定的国情，决定了此时的先锋戏剧多从“人”出发，对人性进行探讨，对普通人的焦灼生存状态和人的精神世界的多面性进行展示，从“人”、异化、心理、社会批判四大基点出发，在思想层面形成明显的主题性特征。     

启蒙者的非启蒙心态——五四新文化运动的历史性局限

新文化运动的最大不足在于启蒙不够充分.由于历史性的诸多原因,新文化提倡者带有浓厚的科举心态,缺乏对文化启蒙及其功能的深刻理解,将启蒙当做一种政治手段,让启蒙承担起其力不能及的过分沉重的民族国家的现代性使命.这种非启蒙心态在启蒙内部构成了一种颠覆,使启蒙丧失了其本身所具有的基本价值及功能.     

Building Strength Through Challenging Homophobia: Liberation Workshops with Younger and Midlife Irish Lesbians

Drawing on the theoretical framework of liberation psychology, this article details workshops on liberation psychology conducted in Ireland with lesbian and transgendered persons aged from early 20's to late 50's. Both younger and older lesbians in the workshops benefited from the opportunity to focus on oppression and to explore options for transformation. The workshops illustrated many of the strengths and vulnerabilities associated with living with homophobia and demonstrated the value of action and engagement. Midlife lesbians were more aware of the systemic nature of homophobia and of the negative emotions related to that. They saw many of these as understandable and even necessary reactions to oppression rather than as negative patterns. These older lesbians tended to be more accepting of the course their lives had taken and of the ways in which choices had been influenced by homophobia and heterosexism. They tended to be more relativistic in their views on coming out, viewing coming out as a decision for each context rather than an overall principle. They valued the importance of community and of activism, and though they were aware of some of the challenges, they also had more positive experiences in this area. These strengths can facilitate managing both homophobia and aging more effectively.     

Sharing beyond Slacktivism: the effect of socially observable prosocial media sharing on subsequent offline helping behavior

New forms of youth social and political participation have been termed ‘Slacktivism’ – low-cost online forms of social engagement that decrease subsequent offline participation. Previous experimental work has provided support for a ‘Slacktivism effect,’ but it is unclear if this theoretical model applies to youth media sharing on social networking sites. This study uses a novel sharing simulation paradigm to test the effect of publicly vs. anonymously sharing a social cause video on subsequent willingness to engage in offline helping behavior. Results show that publicly (as compared to anonymously) sharing a selected video on one’s own Facebook wall led to a greater willingness to volunteer for an issue-related cause. Participants’ existing use of social media for engagement in social issues/causes moderated the effect, such that only participants low in use of social media for social engagement were susceptible to the sharing manipulation. Implications for reconceptualizing media sharing as a unique form of online participation beyond ‘Slacktivism’ are discussed.     

Psychotherapy with Alcoholic Patients

Abstract

This paper demonstrates how use of the empathic mode in outpatient psychotherapy helped an alcoholic patient reduce his denial of the severity of his illness. Both the general psychoanalytic literature and, in particular, the self psychology literature concerning treatment of alcoholics is reviewed and evaluated. This paper also examines in depth how the empathic mode functions to promote selfobject transferences, which facilitate internalization processes that may lead to a reduction in the alcoholic patient's need to rigidly maintain his denial of the illness. The complexity of the relationship between alcoholism self-help groups and the professional psychotherapy community is also explored.     

Sustained Empathic Focus and its Application in the Treatment of Couples

Although all psychoanalytically informed approaches to couples therapy recognize the importance of underlying dynamics, there are important differences in the focus of the treatment. This paper suggests a focus that is based on a self-psychological/intersubjective viewpoint. Two concepts that exemplify this model, a sustained empathic focus and an appreciation of the experience of vulnerability, are discussed and applied to a couples session. What is emphasized in this material is a process of focusing on underlying vulnerability, affect and subjective experience.

新时期高师院校学生择业心理调查分析及教育策略

为了探讨市场经济条件下，高等师范院校学生的择业、就业心理状况，通过问卷调查，发现高师学生在择业心态及择业心理等方面存在较多问题。高师院校必须通过思想教育、教学改革、更新教育观念等多种途径来提高师范生的择业能力，以达到实现毕业生有效就业的目标。

西晋文学征实,齐梁更重“形似”,熟记典实多少,往往被认为是文人富有才华的重要标志。时代形成的文化挑战,异域文化和宗教文化给予文学活动新的激发,带有竞赛性质的集会唱和所导致的创作方式、作品功用变化,也是逞才炫博风气氤氲的原因之一。帝王心中早年积存的“阴影”,愈益激发了其内心的荣誉感与报复欲。但在接受心理中,君主的势位还会增加人们的逆反心理,使其受到贬抑,有如文人的命运坎坷引人较多的同情和偏爱一样。     

从时间知觉到时间心理学的研究

时间心理学的发展趋势是：随着研究方法的不断进步和研究视野的不断扩大,研究的领域逐渐拓展,逐步走向多方法多取向的、全面综合的研究。在早期的时间知觉阶段,研究了刺激的时间特性的影响;在时间认知阶段,研究了个体的认知因素的影响;在时间心理学阶段,研究了个体的人格特征的影响。我国时间心理学的发展趋势是起步较晚,但进展较快。在时间知觉阶段,我国的研究相对较少,而到了时间心理学阶段,我国的研究已经走在世界的前列。
