数字化维修技术研究

本文以数字化维修为基础,阐述了目前数字化维修的关键技术。从网络模型、目标及功能等方面,分析了我军外场数字化保障的可行模式,并提出了适用于我军的新型外场保障模式。对提高我军外场保障能力,加快数字化维修保障模式的建设具有一定的指导意义。     

视觉与权力：约翰·菲斯克的视觉文化理论

菲斯克把权力斗争理论运用于大众媒介如电视、监控摄像机、MTV等的分析,揭示这些视觉媒介中的权威意识形态的宰制性,发掘后现代状况下大众阅读的抵抗性权力。菲斯克分析了资本主义民主体制下的社会矛盾的新形态,为西方社会的变革寻找革命主体,其视觉文化理论具有重要的政治实践意义。     

Totalitarian Paranoia in the Post-Orwellian Surveillance State

Most commentary on the Edward Snowden affair and other recent accounts of government spying leaked in the media has focused on individual privacy concerns, while overlooking how contemporary neoliberal modernity has created a social order in which new surveillance technologies grant the state a degree of power unthinkable to past generations – exceeding in reach and complexity even the totalitarian state imagined in Orwell's dystopian account, 1984. Any critical analysis of the modern surveillance state must move beyond documenting abuses of state power to address how government repression has been allowed to proceed unchecked, and even to flourish, through its support of an antidemocratic public pedagogy produced and circulated via a depoliticizing machinery of fear and consumption. In the USA, repression works through the homogenizing forces of the market as well as a corresponding loss of public memory and political identity to encourage the widespread embrace of an authoritarian surveillance culture. The state and corporate cultural apparatuses now collude to socialize everyone into a surveillance regime, even as personal information is willingly given over to social media and other corporate-based sites as people move across multiple screens and digital apparatuses. It is no longer possible to address the violations committed by the surveillance state without also analysing this broader regime of security and commodification. The authoritarian nature of the corporate–state surveillance apparatus in the USA can only be fully understood when its ubiquitous tentacles are connected to wider cultures of entertainment, commerce and punishment, and the increasing labelling of democratic dissent as an act of terrorism. If democracy is to have a future in America, then it is imperative to organize social movements capable of recovering public memory and reclaiming dissent as essential features of responsible citizenship.     

Community Based Rural Health Care in India

SUMMARY

India is a large country, geographically as well as popula-tionwise. The majority of its population lives in rural areas, i.e., villages. Again, most of the villages are in remote areas. The State has been making sincere efforts to make the basic social services accessible to all in the rural area. Health being one of the vital services, it has been a challenging task before the State to extend it to the remote rural areas, many of which are not yet connected by motorable roads. As a result of various experiments carried out over the last five decades, the State has developed a fairly well-designed primary health care service, and it is in operation in rural areas. However, there appears to be a striking gap between the delivery of health services in rural areas and utilization of the services by the people. Attempts have been made in this article to apprise the readers of the health service system in India, and it discusses the issue of health service delivery at the village level. The discussion is based on a small study carried out in a rural area in the State of West Bengal (India) where students of social work of the University to which the author belongs are placed for field work. Following the inputs received through supervision of the students' work, the study was initiated and conducted.

This article based on the study seeks to focus on peoples' perception of the health services as provided by the State in rural areas, which in turn gets reflected in the extent to which they utilize the services. Social workers being an integral part of the health set up, their role bears special significance. Discussion, therefore, centres on scope for social work intervention at the community level as well as in institutional level of the health service delivery system to make the services meaningful and effective in rural areas. In fact, it has to take the leadership role in reforming the service delivery system when required.     

Feminist And Postfeminist Readings Of Romantic Narratives

This paper examines the reception and interpretation of romantic narratives among fifteen Israeli heterosexual women viewers of the TV series Sex and the City. Based upon the dialogue carried out by the participants in two discussion groups and individual interviews, I map the different strategies employed by the viewers in interpreting the show, as situated within their worldviews concerning issues such as romance and romantic relationships, power relations, and social gender roles.     

Losing localism,constraining councillors: why the Northern Territory supershires are struggling

Local government reform in Australia's sparsely settled Northern Territory resulted in the emergence of large, remote area, regional shires in 2008. This paper outlines the history of remote area local government in the Northern Territory since ‘self-government’ in 1978 and compares these new large supershires with the more dispersed system of local government which preceded them. It argues that the large remote area shires are struggling to be accepted by their predominantly Aboriginal constituencies due to two significant changes in ideas. The first is a loss of the ideas of localism and self-determination, which sustained the previous generation of smaller, dispersed local governments. The second is the rise of the idea that the roles of elected councillors in local government should be constrained and those of appointed staff enhanced. The paper questions the wisdom of both these changes in the particular context of remote area, predominantly Indigenous, local government.     

Drone-topia as method

ABSTRACT

The figure of the civilian camera drone remains ambiguous and contested. Its promises and perils shape contemporary imaginaries of future mobilities and visualities. Donny the Drone by Mackenzie Sheppard is one example of a fictional short film that creatively engages with such ambivalent scenarios in the story about a sentient quadcopter. In this article, I explore this techno-futurist narrative in how it serves as a heuristic for a mobile utopia. Themes of mobility and aerial commons, visuality and cosmopolitanism, relationality and affective subjectivity, along with domination and political mobilization emerge from the utopian thought experiment about a camera drone becoming human. Ultimately, I show how the evolving figure of the civilian drone serves as an experimental platform and utopian method towards elevated visions for an imaginative reconstitution of society.     

不同生育期冬小麦高光谱数据与SPAD值的相关分析

利用ASD便携式野外光谱仪和SPAD-502叶绿素计实测了冬小麦冠层的高光谱反射率与SPAD值.建立了基于归一化植被指数(NDVI)与比值植被指数(RVI)不同生育期冬小麦SPAD值估算模型.结果表明:从返青期到灌浆期,可见光波段,冠层光谱反射率与SPAD值负相关,在"红边"处,由负相关变成正相关.一阶导数光谱与SPAD值相关系数在有些波段要高于冠层原始光谱与SPAD值的相关系数.在返青期,NDVI与RVI估算效果相当(估算模型R2分别为0.7957,0.8027).在拔节期、抽穗期、灌浆期,NDVI估算效果较好(估算模型R2分别为0.8096,0.7557,0.5033).
