根据对进城农民工和原城镇居民的问卷调查和统计分析,可探讨农民工在城镇社会的融合度和面临的挑战.在农村城市化和农民市民化进程不断加速的沿海城市(如浙江),进城农民工与原城镇居民的融合状况总体良好,但也面临重大挑战;城市居民主要通过报纸和电视新闻等媒体了解农民工,新闻媒体对城市居民的态度有着重要的影响,媒体引导城市居民认识农民工任重道远;城市内部形成的"新的二元社会结构"是阻碍城市和谐社会构建的主要制度因素,因此,推进城乡一体化改革,赋予农民真正的国民待遇,将是促使进城农民融入城镇社会,实现与原市民和谐相处的制度保障.  相似文献

利用1990~2018年间中国264个地级及以上城市的投入和产出数据,本文通过非参数DEA Malmquist生产率指数法分析了中国城市全要素生产率增长及其分解项技术进步、技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率等的变化及其对经济增长的贡献率,并探讨了资本和劳动对经济增长的贡献率,进一步采用HP滤波法研究了全要素生产率增长趋势、投入要素增长趋势及其波动对经济潜在增长率的影响,得出结论并提出如下政策建议:1)优化投入要素和资源的合理配置,通过技术研发、人力资本、制度变革等多种方面来提升全要素生产率增长及其对经济增长的贡献率;2)提高各地区固定资本存量的有效使用效率; 3) 提高劳动的有效参与率。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This article contends that the ‘go-along’ contains more technical and ontological agility as a methodology for social research than is often assumed. After distinguishing the central spectrums of technical and ontological agility rooted in different research designs and philosophical orientations, I examine how researchers can nourish it while refining the go-along’s moral purpose in the context of environmental and related mobility crises that define the Anthropocene. I argue researchers can cultivate the go-along’s agility and moral purpose by deploying it with a quantitative context, comparing go-along case studies, moving past human supremacism and illuminating ecologically just forms of mobility that respect other species of life and their habitats. To show one way that the go-along can accomplish these things, I present two vignettes of cycling in urban Canada, drawing on a mobile video ethnography of cycling, a funded study in sociology, conducted between 2014 and 2018.  相似文献

This paper considers joining the economical characteristics of Italian cities with a relevant sociological aspect of the Catholic saints. More than in other countries, a high percentage of Italian cities are toponyms coming from the name of specific saints (hagiotoponym). The link with Italian religious views is distinct. The statistical analysis of the economic contributions that each hagiotoponym city provides to the Italian GDP is considered. Such an analysis is also based on the comparison with Italian data and is considered with the Theil, Gini, and Herfindahl-Hirschman indices. It is obtained that hagiotoponym cities represent a proxy of the overall Italian reality of medium-sized cities in the case of outliers removal.  相似文献

The Australian Government's attempts at national urban policy have been sporadic and inconsistent, under the constraints of constitutional, financial, ideological and political factors. This paper concerns the recent resurgence of national urban policy under the rubric of “smart cities” adopted by the Turnbull Government and carried on by the incumbent Morrison Government. It investigates how this round of smart cities agenda articulates with Australia's political tradition of national urban policy to seek continuity and change, through comparing historical policies, unpacking major smart cities programmes, identifying explanatory factors and critically commenting on its innovation and legacy. Drawing upon these analyses, this paper argues that understanding the smart cities agenda needs to move beyond the political, ideological “to-and-fro” pendulum to national urban policy observed in history. Rather, it resonates with a globalised policy norm established upon the city-based global integration and competition, driven by an imperative of transitioning to a knowledge economy and pursuing innovation capacity. It is too early to judge whether the smart cities agenda will bring changes to Australian cities in the way it wishes, since it involves long-term infrastructure investment and urban development projects. However, a comprehensive and consistent national urban policy to govern the Australian system of cities and towns has not been established yet.  相似文献

Marital fertility in 54 Prussian cities and 407 Prussian Kreise (administrative areas) is analyzed using unusually rich and detailed socioeconomic and demographic data from eight quinquennial census between 1875 and 1910. Pooled cross-section time series methods are used to examine influences on marital fertility level and on marital fertility decline, focusing particularly on fertility differences according to level of urbanization. Increases in female labour force participation rate and income, the growth of financial services and communications, improvement in education, and reduction in infant mortality account for most of the marital fertility decline in 19th century Prussia. In 1875, rural and urban fertility were similar but by 1910, urban fertility was far lower than rural in part because the values of some of these variables changed more rapidly in the cities, and in part because some of these variables had stronger effects in urban settings.  相似文献

联合国人口状况报告显示,世界城市化速度不断加快,突出表现为城市居民数量持续增长、特大城市数量增多且规模庞大。回顾中国城市化历程,起步晚发展快,并已进入最快的发展阶段,城市规模也不断扩展,呈现出大城市快速增加、Ⅱ型小城市减少,同时长三角、珠三角、京津冀等大都市圈高速发展的显著特点。以巨型工商城市为中心的城市群已成为国家经济增长的引擎,随之而来的"城市病"(环境污染、人口分布不均、资源紧张、人口老龄化、家庭空巢化、社会治安管理难、交通拥堵、房价飞涨等等)对公共管理和政策研究提出了挑战。从政府管理向社会治理理念的转变,已成为世界大都市研究的新思路。梳理国内外社会治理研究的学术成果,为中国的大都市治理提出政策建议:充分借鉴国际上大都市治理的优秀成果,科学研究、综合治理、改善城市规划,利用大数据挖掘等现代科技手段把大都市治理及其研究推向一个新高度。  相似文献

Abstract

This study presents a novel approach to design and evaluate ‘last-mile’ solutions – encompassing the social and economic perspectives of key stakeholders. While urban system initiatives have been implemented in practice, theoretical gaps remain at the operational design level. A theoretical framework is developed, based on design criteria identified from a critical synthesis of supply chain and operations management literature, and ‘operationalised’ using an in-depth case study demonstrating implementation of a Consumer Choice Portal-Package Consolidation Centre solution, within a densely populated urban geography. Findings suggest that there is a need to re-define the role of institutional actors beyond that of the traditional governance task, to one of being able to facilitate performance outcomes. Similarly, industrial efficiency dimensions need to be reorientated to include consumer participation, social considerations and multi-stakeholder service outcomes. Finally, implications for operations theory and practising managers in city logistics are highlighted, with suggested directions for future research.  相似文献
