实现传统建筑的改造性再利用——广州上下九商业街区的保护对策

Street children in Trinidad and Tobago: understanding their lives and experiences

A community-based action research process, over a three-year period, employed interviews and participant observations with five children living on the streets in Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago. Data revealed violence in the family to be a contributing factor to children's presence on the streets: it was also a feature of their lives on the streets. A complex pattern emerged of violence, hostility, and distorted social interactions amidst negative attitudes and disdainful behaviour all around them. It is argued that, although it is not easy, more people – professionals and citizens – would do well to listen to, and understand the lives of, street children in order to be motivated for change.     

社会治理模式法治化——以“街头政治”为视角

街头政治的表现近年来在世界范围内风起云涌,乌克兰、泰国、土耳其、委内瑞拉、柬埔寨针对执政当局、执政者的游行示威活动风起云涌。我国的台湾地区2014年3月"反服贸"、4月"反核四"——两场声势浩大的"街头运动"搅动台湾社会,香港七一"占中环",大陆内也出现了不同程度的街头政治现象,其负面影响极大。应该如何看待并规范街头政治行为,本文企图在公民权利和民主政治之间寻求合法的平衡点,使得街头政治行为纳入到社会治理法治化轨道,既实现了公民的民主政治权利,又不至于使街头政治背离民主政治的合法性而成为民主的暴政。     

消费者网络购买认可度影响因素分析

文章以具有网络购物行为的网民为样本,利用SPSS软件对影响网络购买认可度的相关因素进行了效度分析、信度分析和相关性检验;分析这些因素对于购物网站认可度的影响作用,并提出了提高网站购买认可度的措施。     

21世纪电影中的重庆街道意象

在21世纪当代电影中,重庆是一个正在被发现和书写的城市,重庆的大街小巷是影像空间中重要的呈现对象,也是典型的城市意象,从而被赋予了多变而丰富的文化内涵。文章讨论了街道意象中的深层文化因素,即街道差异带来的身份对立、街道改造后的价值失落、现代街道中的自我迷失以及作为街道延伸部分的交通工具意象特征,从而探索街道意象中人与城、文化与城的变动乃至互动。从中,得以考察都市人在城市化过程中精神的流离辗转,也促使我们重新认识生活于其间的都市的驳杂性和多样性。     

大学生网上购物意向影响因素的实证研究

文章以当前在校大学生作为调查对象设计调查问卷,以问卷调查所获得的数据为依据,运用SPSS统计软件对大学生网上购物意向的影响因素进行探索性研究。研究结果表明：大学生网上购物意向主要受网上交易的便利性、网上产品的性价比、网上购物的交易成本、网上购物的乐趣、网上购物的时尚性等因素的影响。其中,影响最大的是网上交易的便利性,其次是网上产品的性价比,网上购物的交易成本、乐趣、时尚性这三个因素的影响程度则比较平均。     

Street children and crime in the UK: a case of abuse and neglect

It is claimed that many incidences of children running away from home and residential care involve issues around violence, bullying and child abuse and neglect. Surveys show that between 14 and 20% of children run away from home for at least one night and that 2% run away 10 times or more from home or a care setting. The potential reasons for running away are discussed together with the increased possibility for further victimization, delinquency and criminal behaviour. Four ‘streetwork projects’ that provide information and support to young runaways in the UK are described and their limitations discussed. It is proposed that counselling should be a part of intervention with street children and that trained counsellors/psychotherapists should be available free to these young people with social and emotional difficulties outside the usual health/social service provision. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Making a difference: ethical consumption and the everyday

Our everyday shopping practices are increasingly marketed as opportunities to ‘make a difference’ via our ethical consumption choices. In response to a growing body of work detailing the ways in which specific alignments of ‘ethics’ and ‘consumption’ are mediated, we explore how ‘ethical’ opportunities such as the consumption of Fairtrade products are recognized, experienced and taken‐up in the everyday. The ‘everyday’ is approached here via a specially commissioned Mass Observation directive, a volunteer panel of correspondents in the UK. Our on‐going thematic analysis of their autobiographical accounts aims to explore a complex unevenness in the ways ‘ordinary’ people experience and negotiate calls to enact their ethical agency through consumption. Situating ethical consumption, moral obligation and choice in the everyday is, we argue, important if we are to avoid both over‐exaggerating the reflexive and self‐conscious sensibilities involved in ethical consumption, and, adhering to a reductive understanding of ethical self‐expression.     

网购快递物流服务系统测评的枝模型仿真

以网购环境为背景,运用物流服务理论与系统动力学理论,通过对快递物流服务的流程分析,构建网购快递物流服务系统测评体系,对此体系和物流服务质量这一主变量分别进行了因果关系分析,进而构建了物流服务质量下的配送及时率这一附属变量的系统动力学枝模型,并对模型进行了量纲化检验、敏感性检验以及极端条件测试以证明模型的正确性;在此基础上,将申通、圆通、中通以及韵达四家快递企业的数据运用到Vensim软件对枝模型进行实证仿真并得出以此变量为根据的快递企业排名,为网购快递物流服务的测评提供一种新的方法。     

街头·行为·艺术: 性别权利倡导和抗争行动形式库的创新

2012年被媒体称为中国“女权行动元年”。通过考察这一年发生的“占领男厕所”、“受伤的新娘”、“上海地铁反性骚扰”和“光头姐抗议教育部”等产生广泛社会影响的性别事件,文章分析了街头行为艺术作为一种新的抗争行动手法在当代中国社会的形成和发展。相比近年来抗争政治研究整体蓬勃发展的局面,国内学界对抗争行动形式库的研究较为缺乏。本文首先对这一领域的理论视角和相关研究进行了梳理和评述,然后简要呈现街头行为艺术在中国抗争政治景观中的兴起。文章的主体部分围绕这一抗争行动手法的三个关键词——街头、行为和艺术,结合近年倡导性别平权街头行动的实证资料,详细阐述了它们各自对于抗争行动的意义及其对实施效果的影响。最后,文章提出从政策改变、参与动员和文化变迁三个层面,评估运用街头行为艺术进行诉求表达和政策倡导的成效。
