毛泽东、邓小平若干经济伦理思想比较

毛泽东思想、邓小平理论蕴含着十分丰富的经济伦理思想。二者在为人民群众谋利益、集体主义原则等问题上有着很多共同之处，但因他们所处的时代不同，面临的形势和任务不同以及经济体制等方面的不同，又使二者对一些经济问题有不同的认识。邓小平的经济伦理思想是对毛泽东思想的继承、发展和创新。研究和比较两个伟人经济伦理思想的异同，对于构建有中国特色社会主义市场经济伦理规范有着十分重要的现实意义。     

文化多样性与普世价值

在人类历史的大部分时期,文化多样性一直被否认,各文化共同体都力图把自己的价值说成是普世价值。但一个多世纪以来,用文化多样性否定普世价值存在的思潮兴盛起来。当今世界已处于全球化的时代,全球文化整合成为新的命题,为此必须钩稽和建构普世的核心价值。历史上诸多寻求普世价值的方法都无法从必然性角度说明价值的普世性,只有从马克思主义的“价值”和“需要”概念出发,从价值产生的客观社会需要中才能钩稽出普世价值。     

The South Carolina LGBT Needs Assessment: A Descriptive Overview

Limited quantitative information exists about the demographics and needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) persons in South Carolina, a predominately rural Southern state. Responses to a needs assessment survey (n = 715) were analyzed to understand the diversity and needs of members of the LGBT community in SC. The purpose was to inform future programming and guide the development of a more comprehensive portfolio of services to be offered by a local LGBT community center. Findings suggest that a diverse LGBT community exists in SC and needs include increased programming for community members as well as efforts to provide policy-level support and increased acceptability and understanding of LGBT persons in South Carolina.

形势与政策课时代性、政治性强,是引导青年学生政治价值观发展的重要途径,教学中必须充分注重教育的主体性发挥,注重思想发展过程的迟效性原理。形势与政策课教师队伍质量不高,其课程内容变动不居,学科基础薄弱以及其它制度性保障条件不足成为课程发展的主要问题。必须充分尊重和满足大学生成长过程中的学习需要,采取探索式教学方式,加强专职队伍建设,完善制度保障才能解决该课程的实效性难题。     

Balancing Justice and Welfare Needs in Family Group Conferences for Children with Harmful Sexual Behavior: The HSB-FGC Framework

In England and Wales, family group conferences (FGCs) are most often found either in the field of youth justice or in the field of child protection, and consequently often have priorities in line with either one of the two systems. On the one hand, FGCs are a restorative justice tool to address offending behavior and hold young perpetrators to account, while giving victims the possibility of contributing to the justice process. On the other hand, FGCs address safeguarding concerns and are used to plan for child safety and protection. In cases where a young person has sexually harmed another young person, that is, has perpetrated harmful sexual behavior (HSB), all young people involved will have both justice and welfare needs. FGCs are emerging as promising mechanisms in such cases, not only because of their ability to deal with both sets of needs for both young people but also because of their potential to address more holistic needs. However, HSB cases are often complex and sensitive, and are not without risk. Drawing on their experiences in research and practice, the authors explore how the holistic needs of both the harmed and harming individual can be balanced within a risk managed HSB-FGC framework.

服务类职业口语是反映社会文明程度和民众精神面貌的一个形象窗口。通过调查,我们初步了解广州市职业口语使用的基础、需求和培训现状。针对当前存在的不足,我们提出了应该结合产业发展、社会需求、语用特点来解决应用滞后、农村城市化超前培训和从基础到专业技能均等发展的长效性机制问题。

Spiritual and Sexual Identity: Exploring Lesbian,Gay, and Bisexual Clients’ Perspectives of Counseling

ABSTRACT

Although religious and spiritual issues have emerged as areas of focus in counseling, very few scholars have explored the meaning and experiences of lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) clients who addressed their sexual and religious/spiritual identities in counseling. Using consensual qualitative research (CQR; Hill, 2012), the current study explores the perspectives of 12 LGB persons who sought counseling that involved religious/spiritual concerns. Four themes in participant interviews are identified, including (a) self-acceptance, (b) goals of counseling, (c) identification with counselor, and (d) counseling environment and relationship. Implications of findings for the counseling field are discussed.     

Spiritual Mechanisms Underlying Substance Abuse Behavior Change in Faith-Based Substance Abuse Treatment

ABSTRACT

Despite increasing interest in “faith-based” substance abuse treatment and HIV risk reduction interventions, there is little systematic evidence of the efficacy of explicitly spiritual interventions. However, fundamental to effective interventions is an explicit conceptualization of mechanisms underlying behavior change. This paper discusses the definition of faith-based organizations, specifically as they relate to substance abuse treatment programs, briefly reviews relevant behavior change theories to identify key variables underlying change, presents an integrative conceptual framework articulating linkages between spiritual intervention components, behavior change processes and substance abuse outcomes, and discusses how the mechanisms identified in our model can be seen in commonly used substance abuse interventions. Overall, the paper suggests that what happens in “faith-based” programs may not be so different from processes taking place in good social work practice in the addictions field.
