标准化病人在内科学教学中的应用效果

目的：观察标准化病人（Standardized Patient,SP）在内科学教学中应用的效果。方法：在社会上公开招聘一定数量的自愿者。经过三个月相关疾病的系统培训、考核后,有8名自愿者成为内科SP。用辽宁医学院在临床内科实习的大五学生26名,分别对相同疾病的真实病人和SP进行问诊与查体实习（学生不知谁是真实病人,谁是SP）,并请同学对真实病人和SP的演示能力及效果进行评估,以检验SP的应用效果;问诊、查体结束后,分别由带教老师和SP给学生进行评估,作为对学生问诊内容和查体内容是否全面及符合要求的评判。结果：SP在扮演病人的演示与真实病人问差异无显著性;学生在应用真实病人和SP进行临床实践所获得的成绩差异无显著性。结论：SP在内科学及其实践教学中具有其推广价值和意义。     

医院药物临床试验机构伦理委员会规范化管理中的问题与对策

为保护药物临床试验受试者的合法权益，我国药物临床试验机构伦理委员会规范化建设已取得重要进展，但也暴露了诸多问题。建议加快相关立法，建立政府主导的标准化操作规程，制定伦理委员准入和考核标准，进一步加快其规范化步伐。

本文分析了对格式合同进行规制的原因 ,介绍了国外有关格式合同制度的先进经验 ,并针对我国立法中存在的问题 ,提出了改变目前不合理的体系 ,完善相关内容 ,确立预防性审查制的建议     

Estimation of the smaller and larger of two uniform scale parameters

Assume independent random samples are drawn from two populations which are uniformly distributed with unknown scale parameters. The problem is to estimate the minimum and the maximum of the two unknown scales. In this paper, several simple estimators are proposed which are better than the natural estimators in terms of standardized bias, risk under squared error loss and the Pitman nearness criterion.     

对法律文书格式的法理学思考

格式对于包括法律文书在内的一切公文具有特殊意义。法律文书格式是形式正义的载体,具有“过程价值”。但它不仅仅只是实现实质正义的工具,更具有效率、理性等自身价值。法律文书格式化旨在为使用者提供能重复使用的程式。在一次次的重复使用过程中,部分实现了同样事情同样对待。法律文书格式目前未能受到应有重视,其根源在于人们未能摆脱二千多年来重实质正义、轻形式正义的法律传统的影响。

汉字规范的成果总是能在各个朝代的字书中得到鲜明的体现.基于此,该文以宋本<玉篇>为研究对象,探讨其中异体字的整理情况,分析书中异体字的界定方法、来源、结构形式以及与异体字混同的其它文字关系,力求比较全面地认识和总结当时异体字整理的方法和经验,以便为现代汉字规范提供一定的参考.     

Estimation of the Distribution Function of a Standardized Statistic

For estimating the distribution of a standardized statistic, the bootstrap estimate is known to be local asymptotic minimax. Various computational techniques have been developed to improve on the simulation efficiency of uniform resampling, the standard Monte Carlo approach to approximating the bootstrap estimate. Two new approaches are proposed which give accurate yet simple approximations to the bootstrap estimate. The second of the approaches even improves the convergence rate of the simulation error. A simulation study examines the performance of these two approaches in comparison with other modified bootstrap estimates.     

通用考试系统开发现状及其解决方案

目前国内通用考试系统的开发与研究,主要存在的问题是通用性不强及其他信息系统的交互性不好。采用模块叠加和替换的方法,以XML作为各个模块间数据交互的标准,能较好解决通用性和交互性问题。     

Designing Experiments with Respect to 'Standardized' Optimality Criteria

We introduce a new class of `standardized' optimality criteria which depend on `standardized' covariances of the least squares estimators and provide an alternative to the commonly used criteria in design theory. Besides a nice statistical interpretation the new criteria satisfy an extremely useful invariance property which allows an easy calculation of optimal designs on many linearly transformed design spaces.
