市场经济条件下大学生诚信的缺失与重构

诚信 是 每个 公民 必 备的 道德 素 质。我 国目 前 正处 于 社会 转型 的最 关 键亦 最 复杂 的时 期 ,市场 经 济的 效 率优 先和 利 润最大化 原 则在 极大 地解 放 生产 力 、促 进经 济 发展 的同 时,也 不幸 地在 相 当范 围内 运 用于 人际 关 系中 ,生活 中真 实 的 “守信 者”利损、“失信 者”利增 的 反向 淘汰 机 制,使 得 整个 社 会的 信用 体 系日 渐薄 弱 ,并浸 蚀 到圣 洁的 大 学校 园。 作 为社 会先 进 文化 重 要载体的 大 学 生 的 诚 信 缺 失 状 况 引起 越 来 越 多 的 社 会 关 注 。 重 构 的 重 头 戏 在于 制 度 层 面 的 完 备 的 学 生 信 用 体 系 和奖 惩 制 度 的 建立,加强 道德 层 面的 诚信 教 育,营 造 大学 独特 的 诚信 守信 环 境。     

论我国石油企业文化的重塑

从中国石油企业文化的历史、现状及其背景分析入手 ,根据现阶段中国石油企业内外环境的变化 ,结合中国石油企业发展战略 ,探讨了新时期重塑中国石油企业文化的必然性及其思路和方法 ,以期构建有利于提升石油企业竞争力的企业文化体系 ,最大限度地调动员工的积极性和创造性 ,实现员工价值和企业价值的共同增长。     

杂化膜驻极体PVDF／SiO_2表面改性的研究

较系统地研究了化学表面改性对杂化膜驻极体ＰＶＤＦ／ＳｉＯ＿２（ＰＶＤＦ－聚偏氟乙烯）电荷储存及稳定性的影响。实验结果在明：在面改性处理将在杂化膜驻极体表面形成一疏水的保护层，这对于改善杂化膜的电荷储存及稳定性起到显著的作用。另一方面当杂化膜内部存在过剩水分子时，此疏水层也会阻止水分子向外扩散，造成表面改性后驻极体内的电荷快速衰减这一反常现象．     

水稻根系活力与稻谷生产能力

水稻根系活力与品种的稻谷生产能力之间有着密切的关系。高产水稻的表根根活力较高，根活量下降较缓，齐穗期叶绿素含量高。“青二矮”乳熟期和黄熟后期叶绿素含量比“晚青选早”增加，根活量与叶绿素含量呈极显著相关，品种乳熟期至黄熟期根活力和根活量下降率低，则产量高。     

论中西方人格观念的深层差异

本文不同意日本学者把中西方人格观念的差异归结为群体性与个体性,或“间-个人性”与“个人性”之间的差异,分别从共时态结构与历时态结构对中西方人格观念进行比较分析,提出中国古代人格观念在深层结构上突出和讲求个人性、个体性——一种以神性为中心的人格,而在表层结构上突出和强调集体性或间-个人性一一一种伦理-政治关系的应答性的角色,人格与角色的统一不二,构成了一种有机的人格观念结构。西方古代的人格观念则不然。其个人性与群体性、或人格与角色大抵是分离的,难以调和与有机地统一起来,这是一种思辩-分析的人格观念。中西方人格观念的差异包蕴于中西方两种自成系统的文化传统之中,是中西方文化传统中最深层的价值本性和思维方式不同的映现。它们在不同程度上影响着中西方现代社会中的人们的人格观念。     

行政许可监督：主体与内容、缺失与重构

监督原则是《中华人民共和国行政许可法》确立的行政许可必须遵循的一项重要原则。目前,我国的行政许可监督权缺乏整体设计思路。监督权的重构与强化不仅需要系统的宪政制度和司法体制的改革,而且期待一个法治政府与公民社会的构建。     

Efficient Bayesian Multivariate Surface Regression

Methods for choosing a fixed set of knot locations in additive spline models are fairly well established in the statistical literature. The curse of dimensionality makes it nontrivial to extend these methods to nonadditive surface models, especially when there are more than a couple of covariates. We propose a multivariate Gaussian surface regression model that combines both additive splines and interactive splines, and a highly efficient Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm that updates all the knot locations jointly. We use shrinkage prior to avoid overfitting with different estimated shrinkage factors for the additive and surface part of the model, and also different shrinkage parameters for the different response variables. Simulated data and an application to firm leverage data show that the approach is computationally efficient, and that allowing for freely estimated knot locations can offer a substantial improvement in out‐of‐sample predictive performance.     

Rotatability is a Sufficient Condition for A- and D-Rotatability

Designs for estimating axial slopes of a response surface are considered. A design is said to be A- (D-) rotatable if the trace (determinant) of variance–covariance matrix of the estimated slopes at a point in the factor space is a function of the distance of the point from the center of the design. It is shown that for any order d and any dimension k, a design which is rotatable in the Box and Hunter (1957 Box , G. E. P. , Hunter , J. S. ( 1957 ). Multifactor experimental designs for exploring response surfaces . Annals of Mathematical Statistics 28 : 195 – 241 .[Crossref] , [Google Scholar]) sense is automatically A- and D-rotatable. Some specific examples illustrating the validity of this general result are provided.     

Analytical Characterization of the Information Matrix for Split-Plot Designs

This article provides the analytical characterization of the inverse of the information matrix for second-order SPD. A particular feature of these explicit expressions is that they are functions of the design parameters enabling the development of analytical functions to efficiently compute exact design optimality criteria. The application of these analytical expressions is demonstrated using the generalized variance of the parameter estimates for second-order SPD. An example illustrating the use of these expressions is also presented.     

Estimation in Second-Order Models with Errors in the Factor Levels

The impact of errors in the factor levels is examined on the estimation of parameters in second-order response models. Errors can occur in setting the factor levels for response surface and robust parameter design models. These errors can lead to heterogeneity of variances in model errors that make ordinary least squares estimation inappropriate. Weighted least squares and maximum likelihood estimation approaches are developed as viable alternatives where it is assumed the variances and covariances of the errors are known. Performance of these estimation techniques are examined in simulation studies for two examples. Another example is given that applies these results.
