A weighted test of internal symmetry

This study examines extensions of McNemar's Test with multinomial responses, and proposes a linear weighting scheme, based on the distance of the response change, that is applied to one of these extensions (Bowker's test). This weighted version of Bowker's test is then appropriate for ordinal response variables. A Monte Carlo simulation was conducted to examine the Type I error rate of the weighted Bowker's test for a cross-classification table based on a five-category ordinal response scale. The weighted Bowker's test was also applied to a data set involving change in student attitudes towards mathematics. The results of the weighted Bowker's test were compared with the results of Bowker's test applied to the same set of data.     

我国商事登记制度的理论深化与实践分析——以《企业信息公示暂行条例》的颁布为视角

2014 年10 月1 日《企业信息公示暂行条例》（以下简称《条例》）的正式实施,从信息公示的角度解决了新 《公司法》颁布后引发的债权人保护的问题。但是,《条例》的位阶与《公司法》不具有对称性,其具体内容也需完善。 而企业信息公示制度是商事登记制度中的重要内容。长期以来,理论界对商事登记的法律性质争论不休,其中颇具代 表性的“公法行为说”、“私法行为说”与“双重性质说”均不能揭示商事登记的法律性质,而“法律事实记录环节说”准 确地揭示了商事登记的法律性质。《条例》的公布实施,对构建我国商事登记制度大有裨益。但《条例》还存在着对公 示信息真实性要求不明确具体、对企业信用等级区分不细等不足,应通过引入公证制度、建立企业信用评级制度来予 以完善。     

语言象似性视角下的翻译研究——以杨宪益、戴乃迭英译《阿Q正传》为例

从篇章象似性的视角出发,考察杨宪益、戴乃迭翻译的《阿Q正传》英译本中两类对称象似性——重复和排比的处理方法。通过对比分析,品评不同处理方式的得失,指出翻译过程中应做到形式对等,尽可能地再现原文中具有表现意义的象似性,以实现译文与原文“形神皆似”。     

论语文教学中的美育

语文教学美育需综合教学论、接受美学、教育心理学和语言美学的理论资源。在语文美育实施过程中作为审美客体的汉语言文学的形式美与审美主体具有异质同构性,作为审美主体的教师和学生的审美心理结构特征及审美心理活动各有其特点。在美育实施中教师与学生必须信息对称交流,并充分发挥各自审美心理活动的优势,在大美育的环境内实施语文美育,以便相得益彰,收效最佳。     

Variability explained by covariates in linear mixed‐effect models for longitudinal data

Variability explained by covariates or explained variance is a well‐known concept in assessing the importance of covariates for dependent outcomes. In this paper we study R² statistics of explained variance pertinent to longitudinal data under linear mixed‐effect models, where the R² statistics are computed at two different levels to measure, respectively, within‐ and between‐subject variabilities explained by the covariates. By deriving the limits of R² statistics, we find that the interpretation of explained variance for the existing R² statistics is clear only in the case where the covariance matrix of the outcome vector is compound symmetric. Two new R² statistics are proposed to address the effect of time‐dependent covariate means. In the general case where the outcome covariance matrix is not compound symmetric, we introduce the concept of compound symmetry projection and use it to define level‐one and level‐two R² statistics. Numerical results are provided to support the theoretical findings and demonstrate the performance of the R² statistics. A new way of quantifying the symmetry of a random variable: Estimation and hypothesis testing

New measures of skewness for real-valued random variables are proposed. The measures are based on a functional representation of real-valued random variables. Specifically, the expected value of the transformed random variable can be used to characterize the distribution of the original variable. Firstly, estimators of the proposed skewness measures are analyzed. Secondly, asymptotic tests for symmetry are developed. The tests are consistent for both discrete and continuous distributions. Bootstrap versions improving the empirical results for moderated and small samples are provided. Some simulations illustrate the performance of the tests in comparison to other methods. The results show that our procedures are competitive and have some practical advantages.

对产业组织理论SCP分析范式中的市场结构测度方法进行了评述,针对行业集中度指标存在的不足,提出了更好的指标——交易对称度概念、定义和模型,并以天然橡胶生产消费市场为例进行实证分析,改进了市场结构测度方法,弥补了存在的不足。
